Abstract

本发明所提的液压微调系统,包括高压过滤器、蓄能器组、单向阀、伺服阀、液压缸,液压缸连接伺服阀,伺服阀通过单向阀与高压过滤器连接,高压过滤器与蓄能器组连接,单向阀与高压过滤器的连接并联一单向阀。本发明提出的液压系统,增大了系统的稳定性,保证了安全,降低了成本。

本发明涉及液压控制技术领域,具体涉及一种改进的液压微调系统。
背景技术
液压微调系统存在蓄能器没有起到应有的作用,管路冲击振动大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种增大系统稳定性的液压微调系统。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种液压微调系统,包括高压过滤器、蓄能器组、单向阀、伺服阀、液压缸,液压缸连接伺服阀,伺服阀通过单向阀与高压过滤器连接,高压过滤器与蓄能器组连接,单向阀与高压过滤器的连接并联一单向阀。
本发明提出的液压微调系统,增大了系统的稳定性,保证了安全,降低了成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1对本发明作进一步地说明。
如图所示,本发明提出的液压微调系统,其特征在于,包括高压过滤器1、蓄能器组2、单向阀3、伺服阀4、液压缸5,液压缸5连接伺服阀4,伺服阀4通过单向阀3与高压过滤器1连接,高压过滤器1与蓄能器组2连接,单向阀3与高压过滤器1的连接并联一单向阀6。

1.一种液压微调系统,其特征在于,包括高压过滤器、蓄能器组、单向阀、伺服阀、液压缸,液压缸连接伺服阀,伺服阀通过单向阀与高压过滤器连接,高压过滤器与蓄能器组连接,单向阀与高压过滤器的连接并联一单向阀。
