Abstract

本发明海浪发电机,包括发电机,还包括动力装置、传动装置。动力装置包括聚能斗、下活塞柱和与之滑配的下柱套、上活塞柱和与之滑配的上柱套、用以连接上、下活塞柱的连接杆、连杆、曲轴。传动装置包括棘齿轮、棘爪轮、小齿轮、小齿轮轴、大皮带轮、小皮带轮和变速箱,棘爪轮包括轮体和棘爪,棘齿轮的外圆周上设有与小齿轮啮合的外齿,内圆周上设有与棘爪相匹配的内棘齿,棘爪轮与曲轴的伸出端用键连接,棘齿轮上的轴孔套装在曲轴的伸出端上,小齿轮与大皮带轮同轴安装在小齿轮轴上,小皮带轮安装在发电机轴上,小齿轮轴安装在变速箱上,曲轴的伸出端上安装有飞轮和棘齿轮。本发明优点是:结构简单,便于安装,制造成本低,发电效益高。

本发明涉及海浪发电装置。
背景技术
人类对能源需求与日俱增,新能源的研究开发利用势在必行。海洋能是一种取之不尽用之不竭的无污染能源,我国是海洋大国,可利用的海浪能极为丰富,沿岸海洋能蕴藏量大,具有很大的开发利用价值。而现有的海洋海浪发电装置结构复杂,投资较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述不足,而提供一种海浪发电机。它结构简单,便于安装,制造成本低,发电效益高。
本发明的技术方案如下。
一种海浪发电机,包括发电机,还包括动力装置、传动装置。
所述动力装置包括聚能斗、下活塞柱和与之滑配的下柱套、上活塞柱和与之滑配的上柱套、用以连接上、下活塞柱的连接杆、连杆、曲轴,所述聚能斗包括边框互相连接的左斗架、右斗架和四周边固定夹在左、右斗架边框间的斗墙,右斗架的端头上设有连接套,通过销轴将下活塞柱的端头与连接套连接,上、下柱套分别固定安装在高脚架的顶、底板上。
上活塞柱一端下侧固定连接有上耳座,上耳座与连接杆的上端固定连接,下活塞柱的两端分别固定连接有左耳座、右耳座,左、右耳座与连接杆的下端固定连接。
上活塞柱另一端通过连接销与连杆连接,连杆与曲轴连接,曲轴安装在机箱中,曲轴的一端伸出机箱。
所述传动装置包括棘齿轮、棘爪轮、小齿轮、小齿轮轴、大皮带轮、小皮带轮和变速箱,所述棘爪轮包括轮体和棘爪,通过销轴使轮体与棘爪连接成棘爪轮,所述棘齿轮的外圆周上设有与小齿轮啮合的外齿,内圆周上设有与棘爪相匹配的内棘齿,棘爪轮与曲轴的伸出端用键连接,棘齿轮上的轴孔滑配套装在曲轴的伸出端上,小齿轮与大皮带轮同轴安装在小齿轮轴上,小皮带轮安装在发电机轴上,小齿轮轴安装在变速箱里。
本发明优点如下:它结构简单,便于安装,制造成本低,发电效益高。

具体实施方式
参看附图,一种海浪发电机,包括发电机,还包括动力装置、传动装置。
参看图1、图2,所述动力装置包括聚能斗、下活塞柱18和与之滑配的下柱套19、上活塞柱24和与之滑配的上柱套25、用以连接上、下活塞柱的连接杆21、连杆15、曲轴17。所述聚能斗包括边框互相连接的左斗架11、右斗架13和四周边固定夹在左、右斗架边框间的斗墙12。右斗架的端头上设有连接套131,通过销轴132将下活塞柱的端头与连接套131连接。上、下柱套分别固定安装在高脚架23的顶、底板上。下活塞柱18可在下柱套19中轴向移动,上活塞柱24可在上柱套25中轴向移动。
参看图1,上活塞柱24一端下侧固定连接有上耳座241,上耳座与连接杆21的上端固定连接,下活塞柱18的两端分别固定连接有左耳座182、右耳座181,左、右耳座与连接杆的下端固定连接。通过上述的连接使上、下活塞柱可同步运动。
参看图6至图8,上柱套25上开设有供上耳座241滑移的槽251。
参看图3,上活塞柱24另一端通过连接销16与连杆15连接,连杆与曲轴连接,连杆带动曲轴运动。曲轴安装在机箱14中,曲轴的一端伸出机箱。
参看图3、图4,所述传动装置包括棘齿轮32、棘爪轮33、小齿轮37、小齿轮轴36、大皮带轮35、小皮带轮38和变速箱39,所述棘爪轮包括轮体331和棘爪332,通过销轴333使轮体与棘爪连接成棘爪轮,所述棘齿轮的外圆周上设有与小齿轮啮合的外齿321,内圆周上设有与棘爪332相匹配的内棘齿322,棘爪轮与曲轴的伸出端用键连接,棘齿轮上的轴孔323滑配套装在曲轴的伸出端上,小齿轮与大皮带轮同轴安装在小齿轮轴上,小皮带轮安装在发电机8轴上,小齿轮轴安装在变速箱里,曲轴的伸出端上还安装有飞轮31。
如图5所示,棘爪轮顺时针转动时,可带动棘齿轮转动,反之不能带动棘齿轮转动。
机箱14与变速箱39互相连接,均固定安装在机架27上,发电机8也安装在机架27上,机架与底架26相互固定连接。
简述本发明的使用。
海浪发电机安装在海岸边海浪能冲击到聚能斗的地方。如图1所示,海浪正、反向往复冲击聚能斗的斗墙12而带动下活塞柱18在下柱套19孔中作往复运动,下活塞柱通过连接杆21带动上活塞柱24在上柱套25孔中作同步往复运动,上活塞柱带动连杆15运动,连杆带动曲轴17转动,曲轴依次带动棘爪轮33、棘齿轮32转动,棘齿轮则依次带动小齿轮37、小齿轮轴36和大皮带轮35转动,大皮带轮通过皮带传动带动小皮带轮38转动,小皮带轮带动发电机8的轴转动,使发电机发电。

1.海浪发电机,包括发电机,其特征是,还包括动力装置、传动装置;
所述动力装置包括聚能斗、下活塞柱(18)和与之滑配的下柱套(19)、上活塞柱(24)和与之滑配的上柱套(25)、用以连接上、下活塞柱的连接杆(21)、连杆(15)、曲轴(17),所述聚能斗包括边框互相连接的左斗架(11)、右斗架(13)和四周边固定夹在左、右斗架边框间的斗墙(12),右斗架的端头上设有连接套(131),通过销轴(132)将下活塞柱的端头与连接套(131)连接,上、下柱套分别固定安装在高脚架(23)的顶、底板上;
上活塞柱(24)一端下侧固定连接有上耳座(241),上耳座与连接杆(21)的上端固定连接,下活塞柱(18)的两端分别固定连接有左耳座(182)、右耳座(181),左、右耳座与连接杆的下端固定连接;
上活塞柱(24)另一端通过连接销(16)与连杆(15)连接,连杆与曲轴连接,曲轴安装在机箱(14)中,曲轴的一端伸出机箱;
所述传动装置包括棘齿轮(32)、棘爪轮(33)、小齿轮(37)、小齿轮轴(36)、大皮带轮(35)、小皮带轮(38)和变速箱(39),所述棘爪轮包括轮体(331)和棘爪(332),通过销轴(333)使轮体与棘爪连接成棘爪轮,所述棘齿轮的外圆周上设有与小齿轮啮合的外齿(321),内圆周上设有与棘爪相匹配的内棘齿(322),棘爪轮与曲轴的伸出端用键连接,棘齿轮上的轴孔(323)滑配套装在曲轴的伸出端上,小齿轮与大皮带轮同轴安装在小齿轮轴上,小皮带轮安装在发电机(8)轴上,小齿轮轴安装在变速箱里。
