Abstract

本发明涉及一种使开孔聚氨酯海绵吸波材料闭孔的阻燃涂料、及其制备的闭孔聚氨酯海绵吸波材料,所述涂料,按质量百分比,由下述组分组成:氢氧化铝7~10%、聚磷酸铵4~5%、季戊四醇4~5%、钛白粉6~8%、水性聚氨酯乳液15~30%、纯丙乳液24~40%、分散剂0.3~0.5%、消泡剂0.3~0.5%、水余量,本发明有益效果为制备的使开孔聚氨酯海绵吸波材料闭孔的阻燃涂料涂覆在开孔聚氨酯海绵吸波材料表面后,使聚氨酯海绵吸波材料由开孔结构变为闭孔结构,解决了吸波剂和阻燃剂脱落、受潮等问题。

一种使开孔聚氨酯海绵吸波材料闭孔的阻燃涂料、及其制备的闭孔聚氨酯海绵吸波材料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种使开孔聚氨酯海绵吸波材料闭孔的阻燃涂料、及其制备的闭孔聚氨酯海绵吸波材料。
背景技术
聚氨酯海绵吸波材料广泛用于建造电波暗室(无回波室、微波暗室)、电波暗箱、吸波屏风或吸波墙等,用于覆盖测试环境的反射物,降低背景噪音、消除杂波干扰和提高测试精度。聚氨酯海绵吸波材料是经浸渍吸波剂、阻燃剂、表面喷涂涂料等系列工艺加工制成的,因吸波剂和阻燃剂是通过浸渍处理吸附于聚氨酯泡沫孔内,吸波剂和阻燃剂随着使用年限的增加易脱落,造成环境污染,影响使用性能,另外,聚氨酯海绵属于开口气孔,易吸潮,导致吸波性能下降。
发明内容
本发明通过优选成膜物质、颜填料和阻燃剂制备了一种使开孔聚氨酯海绵吸波材料闭孔的阻燃涂料,该涂料涂覆在开孔聚氨酯海绵吸波材料表面使其开孔结构变为闭孔结构,不受外界环境湿度影响,长期使用不会造成吸波剂和阻燃剂的脱落。
本发明提供了一种使开孔聚氨酯海绵吸波材料闭孔的阻燃涂料,所述涂料,按质量百分比,由下述组分组成:
本发明通过优选与聚氨酯海绵伸缩率相近的水性聚氨酯乳液和纯丙乳液作为成膜物质,形成的涂膜具有弹性,可随聚氨酯海绵任意弯曲而不开裂,涂膜光滑而不发粘。
本发明所述聚磷酸铵的聚合度优选为50。
本发明所述钛白粉优选为金红石型钛白粉。
本发明所述水性聚氨酯乳液优选为脂肪族水性聚氨酯乳液。
本发明所述纯丙乳液优选为弹性纯丙乳液。
本发明所述涂料,优选为按质量百分比,由下述组分组成:
本发明的另一目的是提供上述涂料的制备方法,所述制备方法为按比例将氢氧化铝、聚磷酸铵、季戊四醇、钛白粉、分散剂与消泡剂加入到水中研磨,再按比例加入水性聚氨酯乳液和纯丙乳液搅匀,过滤。
本发明的又一目的是提供由上述涂料制备闭孔聚氨酯海绵吸波材料的方法,所述制备方法为将阻燃涂料涂覆在开孔聚氨酯海绵吸波材料表面,自然晾干。
本发明的再一目的是提供由上述制备方法得到的闭孔聚氨酯海绵吸波材料。
现有聚氨酯海绵吸波材料为开孔结构,其孔径较大,现有的表面喷涂方法不能形成连续的涂膜,会出现吸波剂和阻燃剂脱落、受潮等现象,一方面污染环境,另一方面影响聚氨酯海绵吸波材料的性能。
本发明有益效果为制备的使开孔聚氨酯海绵吸波材料闭孔的阻燃涂料涂覆在开孔聚氨酯海绵吸波材料表面后,使聚氨酯海绵吸波材料由开孔结构变为闭孔结构,解决了吸波剂和阻燃剂脱落、受潮等问题。
具体实施方式
下述非限制性实施例可以使本领域的普通技术人员更全面地理解本发明,但不以任何方式限制本发明。
下述聚磷酸铵的聚合度为50;
下述钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉;
下述水性聚氨酯乳液为脂肪族水性聚氨酯乳液,购自台湾长兴ETERANE 89420脂肪族非离子酯醚共聚合水性聚氨酯乳液;
下述纯丙乳液为弹性纯丙乳液,购自新光化工XG-2135弹性纯丙乳液;
下述分散剂为分散剂5040;
下述消泡剂为消泡剂8034。
实施例1
一种使开孔聚氨酯海绵吸波材料闭孔的阻燃涂料的制备方法,所述制备方法为按质量百分比将7%的氢氧化铝、5%的聚磷酸铵、4%的季戊四醇、7%的钛白粉、0.35%的分散剂与0.3%的消泡剂加入到24.35%的去离子水中研磨4h,再按比例加入16%的脂肪族水性聚氨酯乳液和36%的弹性纯丙乳液搅匀0.5h,过滤,得到使开孔聚氨酯海绵吸波材料闭孔的阻燃涂料。
实施例2
一种使开孔聚氨酯海绵吸波材料闭孔的阻燃涂料的制备方法,所述制备方法为按质量百分比将9%的氢氧化铝、5%的聚磷酸铵、4%的季戊四醇、8%的钛白粉、0.45%的分散剂与0.4%的消泡剂加入到15.15%的去离子水中研磨4h,再按比例加入29%的脂肪族水性聚氨酯乳液和29%的弹性纯丙乳液搅匀0.5h,过滤,得到使开孔聚氨酯海绵吸波材料闭孔的阻燃涂料。
实施例3
一种使开孔聚氨酯海绵吸波材料闭孔的阻燃涂料的制备方法,所述制备方法为按质量百分比将8%的氢氧化铝、4%的聚磷酸铵、4%的季戊四醇、6%的钛白粉、0.35%的分散剂与0.3%的消泡剂加入到27.35%的去离子水中研磨4h,再按比例加入20%的脂肪族水性聚氨酯乳液和30%的弹性纯丙乳液搅匀0.5h,过滤,得到使开孔聚氨酯海绵吸波材料闭孔的阻燃涂料。
实施例4
一种闭孔聚氨酯海绵吸波材料的制备方法,所述制备方法为将实施例1制备的涂料在20℃下涂覆在开孔聚氨酯海绵吸波材料表面,自然晾干,得到闭孔聚氨酯海绵吸波材料,其底座尺寸为500mm×500mm,总高为500mm,尖锥数位为9。
实施例4制备的闭孔聚氨酯海绵吸波材料常规性能测试结果见表1。
