Abstract

一种超高绝缘橡胶电缆料,由下列重量份的原料组分制备而成:氯化聚乙烯树脂45-65份、聚烯烃弹性体17-28份、三元乙丙橡胶15-36份、聚四氟乙烯10-18份、氯化石蜡5-15份、半补强炭黑7-15份、偏苯三酸三辛酯15-27份、聚酰亚胺10-15份,其内添加的聚四氟乙烯、氯化石蜡、半补强炭黑,大大提升了电缆料的耐热、阻燃、抗摩擦、抗老化的性能,增加了电缆料的使用寿命,并通过添加聚四氟乙烯、聚烯烃弹性体和聚酰亚胺,不仅强化了电缆料的弹性,更极大的加强了电缆料的绝缘性能。

技术领域
   本发明涉及一种橡胶电缆料及其制备方法,特别是涉及一种超高绝缘橡胶电缆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
   市面上流通的橡胶电缆料多采用三元乙丙橡胶,三元乙丙橡胶因其优秀的耐老化、耐水、耐热变形等性能,在船用、移动用低、中压电缆上得到了广泛的应用。但随着社会的发展和科技的进步,现有橡胶电缆料的绝缘性能也逐渐的变的不尽如人意。
发明内容
   针对上述问题,本发明提出了一种超高绝缘橡胶电缆料及其制备方法。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是:
一种超高绝缘橡胶电缆料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料组分制备而成:
氯化聚乙烯树脂                          45-65份
聚烯烃弹性体                            17-28份
三元乙丙橡胶                             15-36份
聚四氟乙烯                              10-18份
氯化石蜡                                5-15份
半补强炭黑                              7-15份
偏苯三酸三辛酯                          15-27份
聚酰亚胺                                10-15份。
一种超高绝缘橡胶电缆料,其中,优选的,所述电缆料的组成成分按重量份数计如下:
氯化聚乙烯树脂                          55份
聚烯烃弹性体                            23份
三元乙丙橡胶                             28份
聚四氟乙烯                              14份
氯化石蜡                                10份
半补强炭黑                              10份
偏苯三酸三辛酯                          20份
聚酰亚胺                                12份。
一种超高绝缘橡胶电缆料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法为:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,将氯化聚乙烯树脂、聚烯烃弹性体和三元乙丙橡胶混合均匀,得到混合料A;
(2)在上述步骤(1)中的混合料A中按重量份加入聚四氟乙烯、氯化石蜡、半补强炭黑、偏苯三酸三辛酯和聚酰亚胺,常温下低速搅拌3-5分钟,混合均匀,得到混合料B;
(3)将上述步骤(2)得到的混合料B加入开炼机和密炼机或双螺杆挤出机混炼、造粒,控制温度在140-155℃之间,得到成品。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明提供的一种超高绝缘橡胶电缆料,其内添加的聚四氟乙烯、氯化石蜡、半补强炭黑,大大提升了电缆料的耐热、阻燃、抗摩擦、抗老化的性能,增加了电缆料的使用寿命,并通过添加聚四氟乙烯、聚烯烃弹性体和聚酰亚胺,不仅强化了电缆料的弹性,更极大的加强了电缆料的绝缘性能。
具体实施方式
实例一
一种抗紫外电缆料的制备方法为:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,将氯化聚乙烯树脂 55份、聚烯烃弹性体23份和三元乙丙橡胶28份混合均匀,得到混合料A;
(2)在上述步骤(1)中的混合料A中按重量份加入聚四氟乙烯14份、氯化石蜡10份、半补强炭黑10份、偏苯三酸三辛酯20份和聚酰亚胺12份,常温下低速搅拌4分钟,混合均匀,得到混合料B;
(3)将上述步骤(2)得到的混合料B加入开炼机和密炼机或双螺杆挤出机混炼、造粒,控制温度在140℃,得到成品。
实例二
一种抗紫外电缆料的制备方法为:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,将氯化聚乙烯树脂 60份、聚烯烃弹性体20份和三元乙丙橡胶30份混合均匀,得到混合料A;
(2)在上述步骤(1)中的混合料A中按重量份加入聚四氟乙烯15份、氯化石蜡12份、半补强炭黑12份、偏苯三酸三辛酯18份和聚酰亚胺13份,常温下低速搅拌4.5分钟,混合均匀,得到混合料B;
(3)将上述步骤(2)得到的混合料B加入开炼机和密炼机或双螺杆挤出机混炼、造粒,控制温度在145℃,得到成品。
实例三
一种抗紫外电缆料的制备方法为:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,将氯化聚乙烯树脂 62份、聚烯烃弹性体25份和三元乙丙橡胶25份混合均匀,得到混合料A;
(2)在上述步骤(1)中的混合料A中按重量份加入聚四氟乙烯16份、氯化石蜡13份、半补强炭黑15份、偏苯三酸三辛酯27份和聚酰亚胺15份,常温下低速搅拌5分钟,混合均匀,得到混合料B;
(3)将上述步骤(2)得到的混合料B加入开炼机和密炼机或双螺杆挤出机混炼、造粒,控制温度在155℃,得到成品。
本发明提供的一种超高绝缘橡胶电缆料,其内添加的聚四氟乙烯、氯化石蜡、半补强炭黑,大大提升了电缆料的耐热、阻燃、抗摩擦、抗老化的性能,增加了电缆料的使用寿命,并通过添加聚四氟乙烯、聚烯烃弹性体和聚酰亚胺,不仅强化了电缆料的弹性,更极大的加强了电缆料的绝缘性能。

1.一种超高绝缘橡胶电缆料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料组分制备而成:
氯化聚乙烯树脂                          45-65份
聚烯烃弹性体                            17-28份
三元乙丙橡胶                               15-36份
聚四氟乙烯                              10-18份
氯化石蜡                                5-15份
半补强炭黑                              7-15份
偏苯三酸三辛酯                          15-27份
聚酰亚胺                                10-15份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种超高绝缘橡胶电缆料,其特征在于,优选的,所述电缆料的组成成分按重量份数计如下:
氯化聚乙烯树脂                          55份
聚烯烃弹性体                            23份
三元乙丙橡胶                               28份
聚四氟乙烯                              14份
氯化石蜡                                10份
半补强炭黑                              10份
偏苯三酸三辛酯                          20份
聚酰亚胺                                12份。
3.一种超高绝缘橡胶电缆料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法为:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,将氯化聚乙烯树脂、聚烯烃弹性体和三元乙丙橡胶混合均匀,得到混合料A;
(2)在上述步骤(1)中的混合料A中按重量份加入聚四氟乙烯、氯化石蜡、半补强炭黑、偏苯三酸三辛酯和聚酰亚胺,常温下低速搅拌3-5分钟,混合均匀,得到混合料B;
(3)将上述步骤(2)得到的混合料B加入开炼机和密炼机或双螺杆挤出机混炼、造粒,控制温度在140-155℃之间,得到成品。
