Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于多晶铸锭投料车的支架,包括底座,支撑架,连接杆和横梁,底座由一根水平基架和两根竖直基架焊接而成,竖直基架垂直的固定在水平基架两端,竖直基架的长度为1610mm,水平基架的长度为1120mm,竖直基架内侧设有载料横梁,支撑架固定在水平基架的两端,横梁固定在两个支撑架之间,位于支撑架的顶端,连接杆一端与支撑架顶端相连接,另一端焊接固定在竖直基架上,连接杆与竖直基架之间还设有辅助支撑架,解决多晶铸锭炉由G5改造为G6时,提供多晶炉用于投料、出锭投料车的一种支架,可随工具车前侧横梁升降,左右小幅度移动,增加了支架载荷,能够满足G6多晶铸锭炉的正常运营。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于投料、出锭时投料车上的支架,涉及光伏新能源领域。
背景技术
随着人类对能源需求的加大,太阳能成为一种新兴能源出现人们的面前,作为太阳电池的机体太阳能多晶硅片目前成为铸造行业的主流,提高多晶硅的利用率及降底硅片生产成本成为各个硅片加工企业的研究重点, 为了提升产能,行业的铸锭厂商采用了改造G6多晶铸锭炉方式,用于改善和提升切片产能,由于多晶铸锭炉由原来G5规格改造为G6规格,在G6铸锭炉投料、出锭时需采用大规格的投料车,原来的投料车的支架的载重仅为650-700kg,无法满足G6的载重需求,为多晶铸锭炉安全生产,特新制作此大规格的投料车载料支架,以满足G6多晶铸锭炉的正常运营。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于多晶铸锭投料车的支架,解决多晶铸锭炉由G5改造为G6时,提供多晶炉用于投料、出锭投料车的一种支架,可随工具车前侧横梁升降,左右小幅度移动,增加了支架载荷,能够满足G6多晶铸锭炉的正常运营。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种用于多晶铸锭投料车的支架,包括底座,支撑架,连接杆和横梁,所述底座由一根水平基架和两根竖直基架焊接而成,所述竖直基架垂直的固定在水平基架两端,竖直基架的长度为1610mm,水平基架的长度为1120mm,竖直基架与水平基架均是截面为60mm*60mm的正方形的钢管,所述竖直基架内侧设有载料横梁,所述载料横梁的宽度为30mm、厚度为10mm,所述支撑架的数量为两个,分别固定在水平基架的两端,所述支撑架与水平基架、竖直基架之间的夹角均为90°,所述横梁固定在两个支撑架之间,位于支撑架的顶端,所述横梁与水平基架相平行,所述连接杆一端与支撑架顶端相连接,另一端焊接固定在竖直基架上,所述连接杆与竖直基架之间还设有辅助支撑架,所述辅助支撑架与支撑架相平行。
上述一种用于多晶铸锭投料车的支架,其中,所述水平基架与竖直基架包绕形成载料区域,所述载料区域的长和宽均为1120mm。
本发明的支架使用时需悬挂于投料车上,可通过投料车的控制进行升降运动,支架可随投料车左右小幅度移动,操作工投炉时可将硅料及石墨底板装载于支架上进行投炉操作,本支架适用于G6多晶铸锭炉,载重达到1吨以上,更加安全可靠,增加了投料量,降低了成本。

具体实施方式
如图所示一种用于多晶铸锭投料车的支架,包括底座1,支撑架2,连接杆3和横梁4,所述底座1由一根水平基架5和两根竖直基架6焊接而成,所述竖直基架6垂直的固定在水平基架5两端,所述水平基架5与竖直基架6包绕形成载料区域7,所述载料区域7的长和宽均为1120mm,竖直基架6的长度L1为1610mm,水平基架5的长度L2为1120mm,竖直基架6与水平基架5均是截面为60mm*60mm的正方形的钢管,所述竖直基架6内侧设有载料横梁8,所述载料横梁8的宽度L3为30mm、厚度H1为10mm,所述支撑架2的数量为两个,分别固定在水平基架5的两端,所述支撑架2与水平基架5、竖直基架6之间的夹角均为90°,所述横梁4固定在两个支撑架2之间,位于支撑架2的顶端,所述横梁4与水平基架5相平行,所述连接杆3一端与支撑架2顶端相连接,另一端焊接固定在竖直基架6上,所述连接杆3与竖直基架6之间还设有辅助支撑架9,所述辅助支撑架9与支撑架2相平行。
本发明的支架使用时需悬挂于投料车10上,可通过投料车的控制进行升降运动,支架可随投料车左右小幅度移动,操作工投炉时可将硅料及石墨底板装载于支架上进行投炉操作,本支架适用于G6多晶铸锭炉,载重达到1吨以上,更加安全可靠,增加了投料量,降低了成本。

1.一种用于多晶铸锭投料车的支架,其特征为,包括底座,支撑架,连接杆和横梁,所述底座由一根水平基架和两根竖直基架焊接而成,所述竖直基架垂直的固定在水平基架两端,竖直基架的长度为1610mm,水平基架的长度为1120mm,所述竖直基架内侧设有载料横梁,所述载料横梁的宽度为30mm、厚度为10mm,所述支撑架的数量为两个,分别固定在水平基架的两端,所述支撑架与水平基架、竖直基架之间的夹角均为90°,所述横梁固定在两个支撑架之间,位于支撑架的顶端,所述横梁与水平基架相平行,所述连接杆一端与支撑架顶端相连接,另一端焊接固定在竖直基架上,所述连接杆与竖直基架之间还设有辅助支撑架,所述辅助支撑架与支撑架相平行。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于多晶铸锭投料车的支架,其特征为,所述水平基架与竖直基架包绕形成载料区域,所述载料区域的长和宽均为1120mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种用于多晶铸锭投料车的支架,其特征为,竖直基架与水平基架均是截面为60mm*60mm的正方形的钢管。
