Abstract

一种三级丝杆调控的三辊涂层机,包括底座,作动筒底座、同步装置、限位装置、下层导轨均固定在底座上,整体支座通过滑块安装在下层导轨上,支座一、支座二、支座三、丝杆总成上的中间传动箱均通过滑块安装在上层导轨上,涂覆辊总成、带料辊总成、计量辊总成均通过传感器安装在相应支座上,刮刀装置固定在支座四上,丝杆总成上的前传动箱与支座三连接,丝杆总成上的后传动箱安装在整体支座上,由于本发明选用了特殊设计的丝杆总成,因而实现了各辊系调整时的单动和联动。

一种三级丝杆调控的三辊涂层机
技术领域
本发明涉及板带表面涂覆设备,特别涉及一种三级丝杆调控的三辊涂层机。
背景技术
从彩涂机组生产出的彩涂板兼有钢板和有机材料两者的优点,既有钢板的机械强度和易成型的性能,又有有机材料良好的装饰性、耐腐蚀性。因而,彩涂板日益成为建筑、运输、轻工、家电、机电等各行各业优先考虑的复合材料。
涂层机是彩涂机组中较为核心的成套设备。彩涂板上涂料横向涂覆的均匀度、涂料厚度的精确度均在此控制。因此,三辊涂层机(包括涂覆辊、带料辊和计量辊)的调控是设计的重点。现有三辊涂层机辊系的调节装置均设在辊系底座处,不方便操作人员进行调整,而且均没有设计三套辊系整体精确动作的调节装置,只能实现各辊系的独立控制。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种三级丝杆调控的三辊涂层机,不仅解决了现有问题,而且安装尺寸适用原有机座,具有操作方便,改造成本较低,调控功能齐全的优势。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种三级丝杆调控的三辊涂层机,包括底座1和丝杆总成23,底座1上有下层导轨10和上层导轨22,整体支座11通过滑块一31安装在下层导轨10上,整体支座11上固定安装带有齿条7的连接座8,齿条7与设置在底座1上的同步装置6上的齿轮30啮合,作动筒4的一端通过销轴一5与连接座8连接,另一端通过销轴二3与位于底座1上的作动筒底座2连接;所述丝杆总成23包括前传动箱27、中间传动箱28、后传动箱29、内丝杠32和外丝杠33,其中外丝杠套在内丝杠上,前传动箱27安装在外丝杠上形成丝杠螺母结构,中间传动箱28和后传动箱29安装在内丝杠上形成丝杠螺母结构,支座一12、支座二15、支座三20以及中间传动箱28均通过滑块二21依次安装在上层导轨22上,前传动箱27与支座三20连接,后传动箱29与整体支座11连接,支座三20上固定有支座四18,支座一12上安装涂覆辊总成14,支座二15上安装带料辊总成16,支座四18上安装计量辊总成17和刮刀装置19。
所述同步装置6两侧分别有一个齿轮30,通过通轴24连接在一起。
所述涂层机两侧的支座二15之间安装漆盘架25。
所述涂层机上设置有两套丝杆总成23,两套之间的前传动箱27、中间传动箱28和后传动箱29分别通过快拆装置26连接。
与现有技术相比,由于本发明选用了特殊设计的丝杆总成,因而实现了各辊系调整时的单动和联动。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例详细说明本发明的实施方式。
如图1和图2所示,一种三级丝杆调控的三辊涂层机,包括底座1和丝杆总成23,底座1上有下层导轨10和上层导轨22,整体支座11通过滑块一31安装在下层导轨10上,整体支座11上固定安装带有齿条7的连接座8,齿条7与设置在底座1上的同步装置6上的齿轮30啮合并配置限位装置9,同步装置6两侧分别有一个齿轮30,通过通轴24连接在一起。作动筒4的一端通过销轴一5与连接座8连接,另一端通过销轴二3与位于底座1上的作动筒底座2连接。
如图3所示,丝杆总成23包括前传动箱27、中间传动箱28、后传动箱29、内丝杠32和外丝杠33,其中外丝杠33套在内丝杠32上,前传动箱27安装在外丝杠33上形成丝杠螺母结构,中间传动箱28和后传动箱29安装在内丝杠32上形成丝杠螺母结构。
支座一12、支座二15、支座三20以及中间传动箱28均通过滑块二21依次安装在上层导轨22上,涂层机两侧的支座二15之间安装漆盘架25。前传动箱27与支座三20连接,后传动箱29与整体支座11连接,支座三20上固定有支座四18,支座一12上安装涂覆辊总成14,支座二15上安装带料辊总成16,并在安装位置处均设置传感器13。上层导轨22位于整体支座11的上方,支座一12和支座二15之间、支座二15和支座三20之间均有隔板,隔板可以连接在整体支座11上。
支座四18上安装计量辊总成17和刮刀装置19。涂层机上设置有两套丝杆总成23,两套之间的前传动箱27、中间传动箱28和后传动箱29分别通过快拆装置26连接。
上述前传动箱27、中间传动箱28和后传动箱29中包括螺母,分别拧在相应的丝杠上形成丝杠螺母机构,可实现涂覆辊总成14、带料辊总成16及计量辊总成17的整体动作,也可单独调整带料辊总成16和计量辊总成17的位置。调整后传动箱29在内丝杠32上的前后运动可以实现同步对三个部件进行位置调整,调整中间传动箱28在内丝杠32上的前后运动可以实现同步对中间、尾端两个部件进行位置调整,调整前传动箱27在外丝杠33上的前后运动可以对中间部件单独进行位置调整,由于丝杠螺母机构具有自锁功能,因此各部件调整到位后会自动锁止。
本发明中,前传动箱27、中间传动箱28和后传动箱29中可附加减速齿轮组以及辅助丝杠和螺母,各个调控箱分别伸出一个连接手柄的转动轴,通过转动手柄对相应的丝杠进行调整,使得操作更加简便。
本发明属于彩涂机组的关键配套设备,设备安装到位后,先摇动丝杆总成23上的相应手柄进行压靠,测试传感器13以确保数据反馈正常,将涂料引入漆盘,将待涂敷的坯料由前工段经导向轮送至涂层机相应工位,作动筒4动作,并推行至最前端,摇动丝杆总成23上的相应手柄,并参考传感器13反馈的数值进行定位,电动机带动涂覆辊总成14、带料辊总成16及计量辊总成17上的辊子转动,可根据工艺需要控制带料辊和计量辊同向旋转或反向旋转,在涂覆过程中,可根据需要实时调整各辊子的位置,当需要刮掉计量辊上的残料时,刮刀装置19上的马达带动刮刀来回动作,伴随着计量辊的旋转,将计量辊上的残料刮掉。

1.一种三级丝杆调控的三辊涂层机,包括底座(1)和丝杆总成(23),底座(1)上有下层导轨(10)和上层导轨(22),其特征在于,整体支座(11)通过滑块一(31)安装在下层导轨(10)上,整体支座(11)上固定安装带有齿条(7)的连接座(8),齿条(7)与设置在底座(1)上的同步装置(6)上的齿轮(30)啮合,作动筒(4)的一端通过销轴一(5)与连接座(8)连接,另一端通过销轴二(3)与位于底座(1)上的作动筒底座(2)连接;所述丝杆总成(23)包括前传动箱(27)、中间传动箱(28)、后传动箱(29)、内丝杠(32)和外丝杠(33),其中外丝杠(33)套在内丝杠(32)上,前传动箱(27)安装在外丝杠(33)上形成丝杠螺母结构,中间传动箱(28)和后传动箱(29)安装在内丝杠(32)上形成丝杠螺母结构,支座一(12)、支座二(15)、支座三(20)以及中间传动箱(28)均通过滑块二(21)依次安装在上层导轨(22)上,前传动箱(27)与支座三(20)连接,后传动箱(29)与整体支座(11)连接,支座三(20)上固定有支座四(18),支座一(12)上安装涂覆辊总成(14),支座二(15)上安装带料辊总成(16),支座四(18)上安装计量辊总成(17)和刮刀装置(19)。
2.根据权利要求1所述三级丝杆调控的三辊涂层机,其特征在于,所述同步装置(6)两侧分别有一个齿轮(30),通过通轴(24)连接在一起。
3.根据权利要求1所述三级丝杆调控的三辊涂层机,其特征在于,所述涂层机两侧的支座二(15)之间安装漆盘架(25)。
4.根据权利要求1所述三级丝杆调控的三辊涂层机,其特征在于,所述涂层机上设置有两套丝杆总成(23),两套之间的前传动箱(27)、中间传动箱(28)和后传动箱(29)分别通过快拆装置(26)连接。
