本发明提供一种液氨水溶液制备反应器，以提高现有氨水制备的速度和效率。它包括一个罐体，在罐体的一端制有氨气入口，在罐体的另外一端制有氨水出口，同时在罐体上安装有液位计和排污口；在罐体内位于氨气入口上部装有软化水雾化喷头，同时罐体内底部设三层折流板。本发明在罐体内位于氨气入口上部装有软化水雾化喷头，使之与气氨快速反应，为使溶液混合均匀在容器底部设三层折流板。设备包含温度、压力、液位等仪表，便于操作和控制，保证设备安全、稳定运行。

本发明属于化工设备技术领域，特别是一种液氨水溶液制备反应器。
背景技术
液氨水溶液是重要的化工原料，传统制备都采用液氨直接通入水中反应的方式，不仅反应速度慢，而且制备效率低。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种液氨水溶液制备反应器，以提高现有氨水制备的速度和效率。
液氨水溶液制备反应器，包括一个罐体，在罐体的一端制有氨气入口,在罐体的另外一端制有氨水出口，同时在罐体上安装有液位计和排污口；在罐体内位于氨气入口上部装有软化水雾化喷头，同时罐体内底部设三层折流板。
同时还装有温度表、压力表。
本发明在罐体内位于氨气入口上部装有软化水雾化喷头，使之与气氨快速反应，为使溶液混合均匀在容器底部设三层折流板。设备包含温度、压力、液位等仪表，便于操作和控制，保证设备安全、稳定运行。

具体实施方式
如图所示，液氨水溶液制备反应器，包括一个罐体，在罐体的一端制有氨气入口3,在罐体的另外一端制有氨水出口7，同时在罐体上安装有液位计5和排污口6；其特征是在罐体内位于氨气入口3上部装有软化水雾化喷头4，同时罐体内底部设三层折流板8。罐体上同时还装有温度表1、压力表2。

1.液氨水溶液制备反应器，包括一个罐体，在罐体的一端制有氨气入口(3),在罐体的另外一端制有氨水出口(7)，同时在罐体上安装有液位计(5)和排污口(6)；其特征是在罐体内位于氨气入口(3)上部装有软化水雾化喷头(4)，同时罐体内底部设三层折流板(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液氨水溶液制备反应器，其特征是罐体上同时还装有温度表(1)、压力表(2)。
