本发明公开了一种硅藻土足浴盐，其特征在于，其是由以下重量份的原料制成：硅藻土8-10，沸石8-10，氯化钠40-60，生姜2-4，肉桂2-4，独活1-2，羌活1-2，防风1-2，透骨草1-2，威灵仙1-2，肉豆蔻酸异丙酯1-2，椰子油酸二乙醇胺0.5-1，苹果酸1-2，糯米粉1-2，霍霍巴油1-2；本发明的足浴盐能驱寒祛湿，有利于排出体内风邪湿毒，加速血液循环，改善体质；具有缓释效果，效用持久，延长有效足浴时间，还能按摩足部、去除角质。

本发明涉及保健技术领域，具体涉及一种硅藻土足浴盐及其生产方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高，对日用品的需求也在不断变化，而沐浴盐、足浴盐等高附加值盐类产品也应运而生。足浴盐以盐为载体，与一些活性成分、助剂等复配，结合经济便捷的足浴疗法，能达到保健、养生、美容等效果，还对一些疾病具有缓解、预防、治疗的功效，已被越来越多的人们所接受。
足浴盐的主要成分是氯化钠，足浴盐的作用机理是利用盐的渗透性，深入皮肤，促进血液循环和新陈代谢，带出水分及微细物质；同时氯化钠的钠离子和氯离子所带电荷能破坏细菌的黏附性，阻断细菌从皮肤吸取养分的能力，从而杀死细菌。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种硅藻土足浴盐。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种硅藻土足浴盐，其是由下述重量份的原料制得：
硅藻土8-10，沸石8-10，氯化钠40-60，生姜2-4，肉桂2-4，独活1-2，羌活1-2，防风1-2，透骨草1-2，威灵仙1-2，肉豆蔻酸异丙酯1-2，椰子油酸二乙醇胺0.5-1，苹果酸1-2，糯米粉1-2，霍霍巴油1-2；
其中助剂由下列重量份的原料制成：
剑麻渣30-40，甘蔗渣5-10，酒石酸2-4，柠檬酸钠4-8，葡萄糖酸钙1-2，乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2-0.5，聚乙二醇1-2，甘油2-4，十二烷基糖苷0.2-0.5，水30-40；
其中助剂的制备方法是：
将剑麻渣与甘蔗渣混合后120-150℃烘干，加入葡萄糖酸钙和乙二胺四乙酸二钠研磨0.5-1h，加水浸泡1-2h，加入酒石酸和柠檬酸钠，常温发酵24-48h后加入其余原料，60-80℃搅拌3-6h，干燥后研磨至50-100目，即得。
一种硅藻土足浴盐的生产方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）将生姜、肉桂、独活、羌活、防风、透骨草和威灵仙粉碎后混合均匀，加入苹果酸、椰子油酸二乙醇胺和适量水煎煮后过滤，取滤液浓缩，与粉碎至10-20目的沸石颗粒混合后搅拌2-4h，干燥，得到活性粉末；
（2）将活性粉末与其余原料混合均匀后加入对辊挤压造粒机，经挤压造粒、筛分后得到直径4-10mm的足浴盐颗粒，分装后即得。
本发明的有益效果是：
1. 通过中药成分以及助剂的复配，达到驱寒祛湿、排出体内风邪湿毒、加速血液循环、改善体质的功效；
2. 硅藻土具有吸附性和缓释性，使活性成分效用持久，增加有效足浴时间；颗粒状足浴盐还有按摩足部、促进血液循环和去除角质的功效。
具体实施方式
本发明非限定实施例如下：
实施例1
一种硅藻土足浴盐，其是由下列重量(kg)的组分原料制备而成：
硅藻土9，沸石9，氯化钠50，生姜3，肉桂3，独活1.5，羌活1.5，防风1.5，透骨草1.5，威灵仙1.5，肉豆蔻酸异丙酯1.5，椰子油酸二乙醇胺0.8，苹果酸1.5，糯米粉1.5，霍霍巴油1.5；
其中助剂由下列重量(kg)的原料制成：
剑麻渣35，甘蔗渣8，酒石酸3，柠檬酸钠6，葡萄糖酸钙1.5，乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.4，聚乙二醇1.5，甘油3，十二烷基糖苷0.4，水35；
其中助剂的制备方法是：
将剑麻渣与甘蔗渣混合后120-150℃烘干，加入葡萄糖酸钙和乙二胺四乙酸二钠研磨0.5-1h，加水浸泡1-2h，加入酒石酸和柠檬酸钠，常温发酵24-48h后加入其余原料，60-80℃搅拌3-6h，干燥后研磨至50-100目，即得。
一种硅藻土足浴盐的生产方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）将生姜、肉桂、独活、羌活、防风、透骨草和威灵仙粉碎后混合均匀，加入苹果酸、椰子油酸二乙醇胺和适量水煎煮后过滤，取滤液浓缩，与粉碎至10-20目的沸石颗粒混合后搅拌2-4h，干燥，得到活性粉末；
（2）将活性粉末与其余原料混合均匀后加入对辊挤压造粒机，经挤压造粒、筛分后得到直径4-10mm的足浴盐颗粒，分装后即得。
本发明的足浴盐使用方法为：
（1）在足浴盆中加入足浴盐和40-60℃以上的热水，将双脚浸入水中，调节水量使水位淹没脚面，并以足底轻轻摩擦、按压足浴盐颗粒5min；
（2）再向盆中加入40-60℃的热水使水位淹没脚踝以上并浸泡60min，期间适量添加热水以调节水温，使水温保持在40℃以上；如水位过高可更换盆中热水继续浸泡。
为证明本发明具有较好的效果，列举使用情况如下：
1.吴女士，女，30岁。手脚冰冷，疲乏无力，食欲不振。使用本发明足浴盐泡脚一个月后，以上情况消失。
2.刘先生，男，34岁。晨起疲劳，四肢沉重，微有水肿。使用本发明足浴盐泡脚一个月后，以上情况消失。

Claims (2)

1.一种硅藻土足浴盐，其特征在于，其是由以下重量份的原料制成：
硅藻土8-10，沸石8-10，氯化钠40-60，生姜2-4，肉桂2-4，独活1-2，羌活1-2，防风1-2，透骨草1-2，威灵仙1-2，肉豆蔻酸异丙酯1-2，椰子油酸二乙醇胺0.5-1，苹果酸1-2，糯米粉1-2，霍霍巴油1-2；
所述的助剂由下列重量份的原料制成：
剑麻渣30-40，甘蔗渣5-10，酒石酸2-4，柠檬酸钠4-8，葡萄糖酸钙1-2，乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2-0.5，聚乙二醇1-2，甘油2-4，十二烷基糖苷0.2-0.5，水30-40；
所述助剂的制备方法是：
将剑麻渣与甘蔗渣混合后120-150℃烘干，加入葡萄糖酸钙和乙二胺四乙酸二钠研磨0.5-1h，加水浸泡1-2h，加入酒石酸和柠檬酸钠，常温发酵24-48h后加入其余原料，60-80℃搅拌3-6h，干燥后研磨至50-100目，即得。

（2）将活性粉末与其余原料混合均匀后加入对辊挤压造粒机，经挤压造粒、筛分后得到直径4-10mm的足浴盐颗粒，分装后即得。
