腰椎间盘突出是西医的诊断病名。中医学典籍中无腰椎间盘突出症之名，该病的临床表现为腰部僵直，可出现脊柱侧凸，骶棘肌痉挛，腰椎活动受限；腰痛伴坐骨神经痛，局部压痛，疼痛剧烈时可放射至臀部，大腿后部和小腿外侧，甚至足跟和足背外侧；下肢的感觉，肌力和腱反射有改变，严重者有肌肉萎缩。直腿抬高试验和加压试验均阳性。休息时好转，整个患病过程有明显间歇性。中医把该症统归于“腰痛”、“腰腿痛”这一范畴。国内对腰椎间盘突出症亦有称腰椎间盘纤维环破裂症、腰椎间盘脱出症、腰椎间软骨盘突出症、腰椎软骨板破裂症等称谓。虽然上述疾病名称和含义有所不同，当前仍较统一的称谓为：腰椎间盘突出症。
腰椎间盘突出多见青壮年，20-40岁病人，约占80％，男女比例基本相等、约有三分之一患者有外伤史，约有半数以上患者为体力劳动者。其于40岁以上年邻不等，约占70％患者由肝肾不足引起，20％由外伤引起；10％由风、寒、湿引起。目前，治疗腰间盘突出的方法为保守治疗和手术治疗。而手术治疗对患者正常的腰椎骨生理结构损伤较大，易造成腰椎术后失稳，误伤神经根等一系列不良的反应，一般患者都不愿意接受。常用的推拿按摩、针灸等保守治疗方法，疗程长，易反复不易根治，给患者带来了诸多的不便。

为解决上述技术问题，本发明所采取的技术方案是：提供一种治疗腰椎间盘突出的中药，包括以下重量份的原料药制备而成：
本发明中，所述制马钱子由以下方法炮制而成：将生马钱子用男童小便浸泡18-25天，再用流水冲洗去掉尿味后去皮去毛烘干，用砂炒至颜色变黄为止。

A、将生川乌或生草乌用男童小便浸泡18-25天，用流水冲洗去掉尿味切片烘干后，再用等体积比混合的白酒和白醋浸半日后烘干；
B、将步骤A中制成的生川乌或生草乌加等重量黑豆水煮1-3小时后烘干；
C、取步骤B中制成的生川乌或生草乌按质量比为5∶2-4添加蜂蜜，水煮1-3小时后烘干，再用砂炒即成。
方中重用黄芪补元气，辅助三七、土鳖虫、红花、乳香、没药、血竭、川芎行气活血；
方中用熟地、狗脊、申姜、杜仲、鹿角片以补肝肾、壮筋骨；
用：男童小便炮制川乌、草乌增加药性，用天麻、威灵仙、驱风除湿、治痹痛、治麻木；

用：川牛膝、木瓜引药下行；
用：自然铜疗伤接骨修复纤维环，夏天无疗坐骨神痛；

以上诸味中药依法炮制、研末灭菌后，制成散剂、蜜丸、水丸或胶囊剂。
本中药可配合外用辅助治疗，如贴膏药、按摩、针灸等，并适度休息避免重体力劳动。
本发明用药配伍精确、用法简单、成本低、治愈效果好，适用于个体诊所、医院专科临床用药及制药厂生产。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明中的实施例，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1：
将550克生川乌或550克生草乌用男童小便浸泡18天，用长流水冲洗2小时去掉尿味切片烘干后，再用按等体积比混合的白酒和白醋浸半日后烘干；加550克黑豆与水同煮1小时后、烘干；加220克蜂蜜与水同煮1小时后烘干，再用砂炒即成，制川乌和制草乌分别另包。
将450克生马钱子用男童便浸泡18天，再用长流水冲洗2小时去掉尿味后去皮去毛烘干，再用河砂或铁砂炒色黄为度，制马钱子另包。
取黄芪1300克、熟地700克、狗脊450克、申姜450克、杜仲450克、鹿角片450克、三七450克、土鳖虫900克、制川乌550克、制草乌550克、天麻350克、红花350克、制马钱子450克、白丑200克、黑丑200克、乳香250克、没药350克、香附550克、桂枝550克、麻黄350克、血竭800克、木瓜150克、川牛膝150克、川芎450克、威灵仙550克、自然铜1200克、夏天无550克、莱菔子1200克、全虫200克、水蛭200克、蜈蚣150条、地龙450克、甘草150克，以上按此例研末消毒后制成散剂。
实施例2
将450克生川乌或450克生草乌用男童小便浸泡25天，用长流水冲洗3小时去除尿味后切片烘干，再用按等体积比混合的白酒和白醋浸半日后烘干；加450克黑豆与水同煮3小时后、烘干；加350克蜂蜜与水同煮3小时后烘干，再用砂炒即成，制川乌和制草乌分别另包。
将550克生马钱子用男童便浸泡25天，再用长流水冲洗3小时后去皮去毛，再用河砂或铁砂炒色黄为度，制马钱子另包。
取黄芪1700克、熟地800克、狗脊550克、申姜550克、杜仲550克、鹿角片550克、三七550克、土鳖虫1100克、制川乌450克、制草乌450克、天麻250克、红花250克、制马钱子550克、白丑300克、黑丑300克、乳香350克、没药250克、香附450克、桂枝450克、麻黄250克、血竭1200克、木瓜250克、川牛膝250克、川芎550克、威灵仙450克、自然铜800克、夏天无450克、莱菔子800克、全虫300克、水蛭300克、蜈蚣250条、地龙550克、甘草250克，以上按此例研末消毒后制成水丸。
实施例3
将500克生川乌或500克生草乌用男童小便浸泡21天，用长流水冲洗4小时去掉尿味后切片烘干，再用按等体积比混合的白酒和白醋浸半日后烘干；加500克黑豆与水同煮2小时后、烘干；加300克蜂蜜与水同煮2小时后烘干，再用砂炒即成，制川乌和制草乌分别另包。
制马钱子用男童便浸泡21天，再用长流水冲洗4小时去掉尿味后去皮去毛烘干，再用河砂或铁砂炒色黄为度，制马钱子另包。
取黄芪1500克、熟地750克、狗脊500克、申姜500克、杜仲500克、鹿角片500克、三七500克、土鳖虫1000克、制川乌500克、制草乌500克、天麻300克、红花300克、制马钱子500克、白丑250克、黑丑250克、乳香300克、没药300克、香附500克、桂枝500克、麻黄300克、血竭1000克、木瓜200克、川牛膝200克、川芎500克、威灵仙500克、自然铜1000克、夏天无500克、莱菔子1000克、全虫250克、水蛭250克、蜈蚣200条、地龙500克、甘草200克，以上按此例研末消毒后制成蜜丸。
临床观察
本发明人于1984年开始临床至今，治愈患者无数；回访部份患者回访十余年未复发。
治疗方法为：口服：一次9克，一日二至三次黄酒送服。10天一疗程。每服30天停药7天。连用2-3个疗程明显好转，6-9个疗程康复。口服无一例副作用。根椐本发明人经验，按100例患者计算：
1、外伤引起：治愈率达80％左右，有效率达95％，无效率达5％。
2、肝肾不足引起：治愈率达75％左右，有效率达90％，无效率达10％。
3、风寒湿引起：治愈率达80％左右，有效率达85％，无效率达15％。
临床病例1
祝某，64岁，腰腿疼痛反复胀痛2年，加重15天。腰椎CT显示：腰3、4腰4、5椎间盘突出，触及硬膜囊；腰椎骨质增生。中医诊断为腰腿痛，西医诊断为腰椎间盘突出，腰椎骨质增生。按照本发明的方剂进行治疗，连用2疗程效果良好出院，出院后继续服用30天，半年后回访无复发，能干体力劳动。
临床病例2
王某，女，40岁，腰腿痛反复胀痛半年，加重3天。腰椎CT显示：腰3、4椎间盘弥漫性膨出，触及硬膜囊；腰4、5椎间盘突出，硬膜囊受压；腰5骶1椎间盘突出，硬膜囊受压。初步诊断：痹症、属于腰腿痛范畴。按照本发明的方剂治疗，10天一疗程，连用3疗程效果良好出院，口服无一切副作用。出院后继续服用40天，半年后回访无复发，能干体力劳动。

Claims (4)

1.一种治疗腰椎间盘突出的中药，其特征在于包括以下重量份的原料药制备而成：
黄芪1300-1700，熟地700-800，狗脊450-550，申姜450-550，杜仲450-550，鹿角片450-550，三七450-550，土鳖虫900-1100，制川乌450-550，制草乌450-550，天麻250-350，红花250-350，制马钱子450-550，白丑200-300，黑丑200-300，乳香250-350，没药250-350，香附450-550，桂枝450-550，麻黄250-350，血竭800-1200，木瓜150-250，川牛膝150-250，川芎450-550，威灵仙450-550，自然铜800-1200，夏天无450-550，莱菔子800-1200，全虫200-300，水蛭200-300，蜈蚣150-250，地龙450-550，甘草150-250。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗腰椎间盘突出的中药，其特征在于，所述制马钱子由包括以下步骤的方法炮制而成：将生马钱子用男童小便浸泡18-25天，再用流水冲洗去掉尿味后去皮去毛烘干，用砂炒至颜色变黄为止。
3.根据权利要求1所述的治疗腰椎间盘突出的中药，其特征在于，所述制川乌或所述制草乌由包括以下步骤的方法炮制而成：
A、将生川乌或生草乌用男童小便浸泡18-25天，用流水冲洗去掉尿味切片烘干后，再用等体积比混合的白酒和白醋浸半日后烘干；
B、将步骤A中制成的生川乌或生草乌加等重量黑豆水煮1-3小时后烘干；
C、取步骤B中制成的生川乌或生草乌按质量比为5∶2-4添加蜂蜜，水煮1-3小时后烘干，再用砂炒即成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的治疗腰椎间盘突出的中药，其特征在于，所述口服方剂为散剂、蜜丸、水丸或胶囊剂。
