Abstract
本发明涉及水产养殖技术领域,涉及甲壳类海产品的循环暂养技术,具体涉及一种鲜活海产品暂养用的错位暂养箱。通过箱体内外的凹凸对应结构设置,使暂养箱能够实现错位叠加或重合,本发明结构独特、成本低廉使用时可错位叠加,形成多层养殖,且透水性高,闲置是同向位叠放节省空间,应用灵活,且可实现多层次立体式模式,有效利用了暂养空间,适用于工厂化、规模化暂养,具有广阔的市场前景。

本发明涉及水产养殖技术领域,涉及甲壳类海产品的循环暂养技术,具体涉及一种错位暂养箱。
背景技术
虾、蟹等甲壳动物营养丰富,味道鲜美,具有很高的经济价值。例如美洲螯龙虾,即俗称的波士顿龙虾,生活于寒冷海域,肉较嫩滑细致,产品具有高蛋白,低脂肪,维生素A、C、D及钙、钠、钾、镁、磷、铁、硫、铜等微量元素丰富,尤其富含不饱和脂肪酸,味道鲜美的特点。我国近些年波士顿龙虾、帝王蟹等甲壳类海鲜产品的进口量不断增加,随着我国人民生活水平不断提升,对海鲜需求不断增长的同时,对海鲜的品质要求也越来越高,特别是国外优质的鲜活海产品经过运输和暂养后如何保鲜、保活已经成为市场关注的焦点。
国内龙虾等甲壳类海鲜活品的暂养设备多是传统的鱼缸或是大塑料槽,暂养用地面积大,暂养条件可控性差,且操作不灵活,更重要的是该暂养方式并不符合高密度暂养条件下甲壳类的暂养生物习性,导致暂养过程中龙虾等海鲜活品鲜活度状态差甚至导致大规模死亡现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对国内鲜活甲壳类海产品暂养技术不成熟,提供一种结构合理、适用于工厂化养殖模式使用的错位暂养箱。
本发明的技术方案是:错位暂养箱箱体1为长方体,顶部敞口并设有外延的加强筋边沿2,两短边沿中间位置对称设有把手3;箱体1两短边侧壁,一侧壁的箱体1两边延向箱体1外凸起形成箱体外凸起4,同时箱体1内形成箱体内凹槽5,相对的另一侧壁上的箱体内凹槽5相对位置形成箱体内凸起6,箱体内凸起6与把手3之间形成箱体内凹槽5,箱体内凹槽5对应箱体1外位置形成箱体外凸起4,即箱体1两短边侧壁凹凸相对设置;箱体内凸起6低于暂养箱边沿2且顶部设有透水孔7,箱体1底部也设有透水孔7。
暂养时,同样结构的箱体外凸起4上下逆向对应叠放,闲置存放时,同样结构的箱体外凸起4上下同向对应叠放,上箱体与下箱体重合。
所述的箱体外凸起4底部凸起弧度减小内缩,增加错位暂养箱叠加使用时密合度和稳定性。
本发明的有益效果是:结构独特、成本低廉使用时可错位叠加,形成多层养殖,且透水性高,闲置是同向位叠放节省空间,应用灵活,且可实现多层次立体式模式,有效利用了暂养空间,适用于工厂化、规模化暂养,具有广阔的市场前景。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
如图1和图2所示,错位暂养箱箱体1为长方体,顶部敞口并设有外延的加强筋边沿2,两短边沿中间位置对称设有把手3;箱体1两短边侧壁,一侧壁的箱体两边延向箱体外凸起形成箱体外凸起4,同时箱体内形成箱体内凹槽5,相对的另一侧壁上的箱体内凹槽5相对位置形成箱体内凸起6,箱体内凸起6与把手3之间形成箱体内凹槽5,箱体内凹槽5对应箱体外位置形成箱体外凸起4,即箱体1两短边侧壁凹凸相对设置;箱体内凸起6低于暂养箱边沿2且顶部设有透水孔7,箱体1底部也设有透水孔7。
为增加错位暂养箱叠加使用时密合度和稳定性,箱体外凸起4的底部凸起弧度可减小内缩。
例如暂养波士顿龙虾,龙虾批量到货后,根据龙虾规格分类,放入不同颜色的暂养箱6内,进行分批次管理,同样结构的箱体外凸起4上下逆向对应叠放,可叠放6层,如图3所示,上下箱体重合部位长度为3公分,以喷淋方式进行暂养;如图4所示,闲置存放时,同样结构的箱体外凸起4上下同向对应叠放,上箱体与下箱体重合。

1.错位暂养箱,其特征在于,箱体为长方体,顶部敞口并设有外延的加强筋边沿,两短边沿中间位置对称设有把手;箱体两短边侧壁,一侧壁两边向箱体外凸起,同时箱体内形成凹槽,相对的另一侧壁上,箱体内相对形成凸起,同时箱体外形成凹槽;箱体内的凸起低于暂养箱边沿;箱体底部有透水孔,箱体内凸起顶部设有透水孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的错位暂养箱,其特征在于,所述的箱体外凸起底部凸起弧度减小,形成内缩凸起支撑,增加暂养箱叠加使用时密合度和稳定性。
