图4到图14示出根据本发明被构造成既作为手持手电筒又作为旨在安装在适合的表面的静态灯的无绳检查灯10的另一个实施方案。该灯包括灯壳12、灯安装座14和在下面描述的在灯壳和灯安装座之间并将壳和安装座连接在一起的关节活动装置或铰接装置。灯壳12包括在两个位置的光源,即,在壳侧面上的光源16和在与灯安装座相对的壳末端上的光源18。
该灯具有两种模式。首先,使用者可握住壳10并将它用作手持式手电筒,在这种情况下在灯壳12的末端的光源18提供照明。其次,灯10可被用作固定的或静态的光源并且此时在灯部分12的的侧面上的光源16可提供照明。光源16和光源18均可包括发光二极管或由安装在壳中的电池6供电的LED阵列。然而,应理解,如果需要的话,该灯可从电力网得到供电。通过按下壳12的侧面上的电源按钮20可切换照明模式,电源按钮20还可用于将照明装置接通和关断。例如,该按钮20可作为切换开关(toggle switch)操作,使得按下按钮一次可将该装置以一种模式打开,再按下可将装置切换到另一种模式,而按第三次可关闭该装置。
在手持式手电筒模式中,灯装置10的灯安装座14被布置成与灯壳12接触,使得该安装座和该灯壳一起形成了用于使用者握住手电筒的手柄。通过连接装置使灯安装座14与灯部分12接触。该连接装置被形成为以球接头的形式的万向接头,其允许灯壳相对于安装座的宽范围的关节活动以允许光被以任何期望的角度定向。该球接头包括固定到杆或轴22的末端的球24,借助于插销7将该轴固定在灯壳12的末端中,如下面更详细的描述。灯安装座由紧贴地容纳球24的承窝26形成。如在图8和图9中最佳所示,该球和承窝被布置成在该安装座中轴向可滑动,因此使该安装座和该壳根据使用模式移动进入接触或脱离接触。在图4中灯10被示出使得球接头在它的收缩位置,然而在图11中所示的该壳和该安装座在展开位置,在展开位置中万向接头的完全关节活动是可能的,如图12到图14中所示。如在图5中所看到的,通过在安装座14中形成的大致U形切口部分68辅助完全关节活动,并且灯安装座14在该完全关节活动期间容纳杆22。
在图5、图6和图7的分解视图中可看到,灯壳12包括一对相似的壳组件12a和12b,它们可以是塑料铸模的并且配合在一起以形成壳12。固定件(诸如螺钉,未示出)可被用于以常规方式将部件12a和12b紧固在一起。壳12包含用于LED灯阵列的电路板4、用于灯阵列的光反射器5和干电池6。
如图5到图9中所示,该球和承窝机构包括固定块44,该固定块44被夹在灯壳12的末端且具有容纳轴22的通孔46。该杆或轴22形成有邻近其自由端的横向孔(cross bore)8,该横向孔容纳插销7以防止该轴从固定块44脱离并限制轴22相对于固定块44和壳12纵向地或旋转地移动。在轴22的另一端上的球24被安装在承窝构件48中,承窝构件48被固定在灯安装座14中,例如在未示出的紧固件的帮助下。承窝构件48内部地形成有圆柱形孔50,圆柱孔50紧贴地容纳了大致圆柱形构件52,该布置使得构件52可沿着孔50纵向滑动,构件52的移动受构件52和孔50之间的摩擦接触限制。如所示,在固定到构件48的侧面的摩擦垫62和构件52的侧面中的接触狭缝9的帮助下,摩擦接触是可以调整的。球24被容纳在构件52中形成的承窝26中并且借助于摩擦垫54和弹簧56向球24施加摩擦力以限制球的移动,摩擦垫54和弹簧56借助于容纳在构件52中对应螺纹60内的螺纹塞58而被限制在构件52中。
灯安装座14具有固定在它的末端面内的永磁体阵列28,该永磁体阵列28使得灯10磁性附着在任何铁磁性表面。这允许灯被固定地且静态地定位,当该装置被用作例如汽车检查灯时这是尤其有用的。在灯12的侧面可提供附加的磁体,如图13中在66处所示,并且如在同样的图中所例示的,该灯壳可形成有可收缩的钩64,以提供在期望的静态位置中支撑该灯的附加装置。
无疑,多种其他有效的可选方案对于技术人员是显而易见的。因此该球接头可被替换成其它万向接头,例如,万向连轴节。应理解,本发明不限于所描述的实施方案,并且包括在附后的权利要求书的精神和范围内的对于本领域的技术人员是显而易见的修改。

Claims (12)

1.一种被构造成手持灯并用于静态用途的灯(10),所述灯(10)包括:
灯壳(12),
第一光源(16),位于所述灯壳(12)中,
灯安装座(14),用于在一个表面上的期望的位置安装所述灯(10),和
万向接头(24,26),将所述灯壳(12)和所述灯安装座(14)联接在一起,
其中,所述灯壳(12)的姿态相对于所述灯安装座(14)是万向可调整的,以及
将万向接头联接到所述灯壳(12)和所述灯安装座(14)的装置,使得能够将所述灯壳(12)和所述灯安装座(14)分开以及结合在一起,当所述灯壳(12)和所述灯安装座(14)被分开时,所述灯壳(12)和所述灯安装座(14)的相对姿态是万向可调整的,其中所述第一光源(16)位于所述灯壳(12)的侧面,
其中所述万向接头包括球窝接头,其中所述球窝接头的球部分被联接到一个轴,所述轴被安装在灯壳中,其特征在于,这种布置使得球部分能够被从灯壳和安装座彼此紧邻的第一位置轴向移动到灯壳和安装座分开的第二位置,所述第二位置允许所述球窝接头的关节活动,所述灯还包括联接在所述灯壳和所述轴之间的制动装置,以便于使所述轴固位在第一位置和第二位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的灯,其中当所述灯壳和所述灯安装座结合在一起时,所述灯壳和所述灯安装座的相对可调整性是被限制的或被禁止的。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的灯,其中所述灯被构造成便携式的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的灯,其中所述灯是检查灯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的灯,其在所述灯壳中包括至少一个LED光源。
6.根据权利要求1所述的灯,其中所述灯壳包含适于为光源供电的电池。
7.根据权利要求1所述的灯,其中所述灯安装座包括永磁体(28)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的灯,包括限制所述球窝接头相对运动的装置。
9.根据权利要求8所述的灯,其中,所述限制装置包括在具有所述球窝接头的部件中的一个上的凸起阵列和在具有所述球窝接头的构件中的另一个上的对应的凹陷阵列,并且所述凸起被布置成配合在所述凹陷中。
10.根据权利要求1所述的灯,其中所述球窝接头被可轴向移动地安装在所述灯安装座中。
11.根据权利要求10所述的灯,包括用于在所述灯安装座中限制所述球窝接头的轴向移动的装置(7)。
12.根据权利要求1所述的灯,在所述灯壳的端部包含第二光源。
