Abstract

一种检测染色体结构异常的方法及装置,其中方法包括:获取目标个体的全基因组测序结果,即多对位于所测染色体片段的两端的读长对;将测序结果与参考序列进行比对,获得异常匹配集,其中包括两个读长序列分别匹配到参考序列的不同染色体的读长对;按照匹配到的位置将异常匹配集中的读长序列聚类成簇;使用例如与紧致程度等相关的预置要求对聚类得到的簇进行过滤,获得过滤后的结果簇,以用于判断染色体易位性结构异常的发生。
