一种后组合灯具侧围护板与灯体一体件防变形结构，主要内容为：包括灯体、护板和槽筋，所述的槽筋为U型结构；在灯体与护板之间，每隔40mm-50mm距离增加一道槽筋，槽筋分别与灯体和护板相接，加强了两者间的连接，大大增加了护板的强度。本发明结构简单；保证其在注塑过程中，不会由于强度不好而收缩变形，影响灯具与钣金间的间隙。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车灯具技术领域，尤其涉及一种后组合灯具侧围护板与灯体一体件防变形结构。
背景技术
目前汽车车灯制造业，成本越来越高，利润越来越低，成了困扰各大灯具制造厂商的瓶颈。在满足客户功能，性能，外观等要求的前提下，减少产品零部件数成了各灯具制造商研究的课题。后组合灯侧围护板与灯体一体注塑成型件也被各大主机厂所采纳。但由于侧围较薄，与灯体一体件会造成在注塑时，注塑件易变形，与钣金配合间隙不均匀等问题，造成了客户极大抱怨。
发明内容
根据以上不足，本发明提供一种结构简单的后组合灯具侧围护板与灯体一体件防变形结构。
为实现上述目的，本发明后组合灯具侧围护板与灯体一体件防变形结构，主要内容为：包括灯体、护板和槽筋，所述的槽筋为U型结构；在灯体与护板之间，每隔40mm-50mm距离增加一道槽筋，槽筋分别与灯体和护板相接，加强了两者间的连接，大大增加了护板的强度。本发明结构简单；保证其在注塑过程中，不会由于强度不好而收缩变形，影响灯具与钣金间的间隙。

下面结合附图及实施例描述本发明具体实施方式：
该系统主要内容为：包括灯体1、护板2和槽筋3，所述的槽筋3为U型结构；在灯体1与护板2之间，每隔40mm距离增加一道槽筋3，槽筋3分别与灯体1和护板2相接，加强了灯体1和护板2间的连接。
所述的灯体1和护板3都为注塑件。
所述的灯体1底端布有一圆柱形凸台。

1.一种后组合灯具侧围护板与灯体一体件防变形结构，其特征在于，该系统主要内容为：包括灯体（1）、护板（2）和槽筋（3），所述的槽筋（3）为U型结构；在灯体（1）与护板（2）之间，每隔40mm-50mm距离增加一道槽筋（3），槽筋（3）分别与灯体（1）和护板（2）相接，加强了灯体（1）和护板（2）间的连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的后组合灯具侧围护板与灯体一体件防变形结构，其特征在于：所述的灯体（1）和护板（3）都为注塑件。
3.如权利要求2所述的后组合灯具侧围护板与灯体一体件防变形结构，其特征在于：所述的灯体（1）底端布有一圆柱形凸台。
