Abstract

本发明公开一种防水防脱型波纹管连接件,可以同时防止波纹管连接处渗漏水和连接脱开作用。它由带销钉孔的套筒、销钉和“O”型密封圈三部分组成。实施连接时先将“O”型密封圈套入两个要连接的波纹管端第一个波谷,套入的“O”型密封圈起到防止连接处渗水漏水作用;销钉穿过套筒的销钉孔插入波纹管的波谷中,销钉帽留在套筒外,套筒与波纹管通过销钉固定下来,防止两者脱开。

防水防脱型波纹管连接件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种波纹管连接件,特别是一种可以起到防止波纹管连接处渗漏水和脱开的连接件。
背景技术
目前市场上有3种专门用于波纹管连接件的方式:卡箍式连接件连接、套筒连接和管道本身扩口后承插连接。这3种连接方式均有各自不足之处:卡箍式连接件虽然能防止连接后的管道脱开,但其半圆形的结构不能避免连接处渗水或漏水;套筒连接和管道扩口承插连接配合密封圈虽能防止渗漏水,但不能避免因施工不当或后期地质沉降导致连接脱开的情况。
发明内容
为了克服目前连接件或连接机构不能同时防止波纹管道连接处渗漏水和脱开的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种防水防脱型波纹管连接件,该连接件既能防止管道连接处渗漏水、又能防连接处脱开现象,而且安装快捷方便。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:所述的防水防脱型波纹管连接件,其特点为它由带销钉孔的套筒、销钉和“O”型密封圈组成,销钉由销钉帽和楔形倒钩组成,楔形倒钩上部连接有销钉帽,所述“O”型密封圈套入欲连接的两相邻的波纹管的端部的波谷中,将已套有“O”型密封圈的两相邻的波纹管的端部分别插入带销钉孔的套筒的两端中,将销钉的楔形倒钩穿过销钉孔且楔形倒钩相应插入到已套入套筒的波纹管的波谷中,所述的销钉的销钉帽位于套筒的外壁外,套筒与两相邻的波纹管通过销钉固定,防止两者脱开。
所述销钉为圆柱形,其上部为销钉帽、下部连接有两个对称分布的楔形倒钩,所述两个楔形倒钩能钩在套筒的内壁上,防止销钉脱离套筒。
所述套筒外形为圆柱形,在套筒两端的筒壁上沿着圆周方向均匀分布有2-4个销钉孔。
本发明的有益效果是,既防止了波纹管连接后的渗漏水,又防止了连接处的脱开。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进行进一步说明。
如附图所示,本发明所述的防水防脱型波纹管连接件,其特征是:它由带销钉孔2的套筒1、销钉3和“O”型密封圈6组成,销钉3由销钉帽4和楔形倒钩5组成,楔形倒钩5上部连接有销钉帽4,所述“O”型密封圈6套入欲连接的两相邻的波纹管7的端部的波谷中,将已套有“O”型密封圈6的两相邻的波纹管的端部分别插入带销钉孔2的套筒1的两端中,将销钉3的楔形倒钩5穿过销钉孔2且楔形倒钩5相应插入到已套入套筒1的波纹管7的波谷中,所述的销钉3的销钉帽4位于套筒1的外壁外,套筒1与两相邻的波纹管7通过销钉3固定,防止两者脱开。
图2中:销钉3为圆柱形,上部为销钉帽4、下部有两个对称分布的楔形倒钩5。
实施过程如下:
实施连接时,先将“O”型密封圈6套入波纹管7端第一个波谷内,然后将波纹管7端插入带孔圆柱形套简1约二分之一深度,使套筒1上的销钉孔2正对着波纹管7的一个波谷,将销钉3下半部穿过套筒1上的销钉孔2插入波纹管7上的对应的波谷中,如图5所示;销钉帽4留在套筒1外壁,销钉3的两个楔形倒钩5钩在在套筒1的内壁,防止销钉3脱离套筒1,如图4所示;同理在套筒1的另一个销钉孔2装上销钉3。
按上述步骤装入另一段波纹管。如图5为连接完毕的波纹管,图中“O”型密封圈6起到防止连接处的渗漏水作用;销钉3通过销钉帽4与楔形倒钩5固定在套筒1上,套筒1与波纹管7通过销钉3固定下来,防止两者脱开。

Claims (3)

1.一种防水防脱型波纹管连接件,其特征是:它由带销钉孔(2)的套筒(1)、销钉(3)和“O”型密封圈(6)组成,销钉(3)由销钉帽(4)和楔形倒钩(5)组成,楔形倒钩上部连接有销钉帽(4),所述“O”型密封圈(6)套入欲连接的两相邻的波纹管(7)的端部的波谷中,将已套有“O”型密封圈(6)的两相邻的波纹管的端部分别插入带销钉孔(2)的套筒(1)的两端中,将销钉(3)的楔形倒钩(5)穿过销钉孔(2)且楔形倒钩(5)相应插入到已套入套筒(1)的波纹管(7)的波谷中,所述的销钉(3)的销钉帽(4)位于套筒(1)的外壁外,套筒(1)与两相邻的波纹管(7)通过销钉(3)固定,防止两者脱开。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水防脱型波纹管连接件,其特征是:所述销钉为圆柱形,其上部为销钉帽、下部连接有两个对称分布的楔形倒钩,所述两个楔形倒钩能钩在套筒的内壁上,防止销钉脱离套筒。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防水防脱型波纹管连接件,其特征是:所述套筒外形为圆柱形,在套筒两端的筒壁上沿着圆周方向均匀分布有2-4个销钉孔(2)。
