Abstract

本发明涉及动力冲浪板或摩托艇的发动机用启动装置,即一种二冲程水冷发动机用启动机构,其中:包括启动机构壳体,位于启动机构壳体内腔中的启动电机和行星齿轮减速器;所述行星齿轮减速器安装在启动电机的启动电机输出轴上,该行星齿轮减速器的输出轴上连接有单向轴承安装套,该单向轴承安装套的内圈与单向轴承的外圈固定,单向轴承的内圈与二冲程水冷发动机的曲轴连接。由于所述结构紧凑、缩小了体积和安装高度。

技术领域
本发明涉及动力冲浪板或摩托艇的发动机用启动装置,尤其是一种结构紧凑、缩小体积和高度的二冲程水冷发动机用启动机构。
背景技术
以往的水上动力运动器材,大都采用现有的踏板摩托车发动,其启动机构复杂,一般包括启动电机,在启动电机的输出轴上安装输出齿轮,或输出皮带轮,或输出链轮,再通过传动齿轮,或者皮带,或者链条与变速箱连接,变速箱再与单向离合器等连接后与曲轴箱的曲轴连接。现有技术的启动装置结构复杂,造成整个发动机体积大,传动齿轮外露还需要加装保护罩,又进一步增加了整个发动机高度,不利于动力冲浪板或摩托艇向轻质量小体积方向发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构紧凑、缩小体积和高度的动力冲浪板二冲程水冷发动机用启动机构。
为实现本发明上述目的而采用的技术方案是:一种二冲程水冷发动机用启动机构,其中:包括启动机构壳体,位于启动机构壳体内腔中的启动电机和行星齿轮减速器;所述行星齿轮减速器安装在启动电机的启动电机输出轴上,该行星齿轮减速器的输出轴上连接有单向轴承安装套,该单向轴承安装套的内圈与单向轴承的外圈固定,单向轴承的内圈与二冲程水冷发动机的曲轴连接。
由于上述结构,结构紧凑、缩小了体积和安装高度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
参见附图1,图中的二冲程水冷发动机用启动机构,其特征在于:包括启动机构壳体716,位于启动机构壳体716内腔中的启动电机708和行星齿轮减速器707;
所述行星齿轮减速器707安装在启动电机708的启动电机输出轴720上,该行星齿轮减速器707的输出轴721上连接有单向轴承安装套715,该单向轴承安装套715的内圈与单向轴承706的外圈固定,单向轴承706的内圈与二冲程水冷发动机的曲轴连接。在该实施例中,由于所述结构,使用时,将启动机构整体安装在二冲程水冷发动机的曲轴箱的曲轴上,有效降低了启动机构的安装高度,使二冲程水冷发动机的整体高度降低,相应使得动力冲浪板或摩托艇的板体厚度可以相应降低,使板体重量降低。本结构使得使启动机构结构简化,运动部件全部在启动机构壳体716内,避免了老款发动机减速齿轮组外露需加装护壳的问题。
为保证密封性能,上述实施例中,优选地:所述启动机构壳体716的内壁与单向轴承安装套715的外壁之间设置有骨架油封718。
为便于装卸,上述实施例中,优选地:所述启动机构壳体716上设置固定螺栓孔722,使用时,通过螺栓穿过固定螺栓孔722将整个启动机构固定到二冲程水冷发动机的曲轴箱上。
为进一步提高密封性,上述实施例中,优选地:在启动机构壳体716上设置有用于与二冲程水冷发动机的曲轴箱密封的O型密封圈717。
为保证减速比与兼顾缩小整个启动机构的体积,上述实施例中,优选地:所述行星齿轮减速器707内安装有两级行星减速齿轮719。
显然,上述描述的所有实施例是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范畴。
综上所述,本发明所述结构紧凑、缩小了体积和安装高度。

1.一种二冲程水冷发动机用启动机构,其特征在于:包括启动机构壳体(716),位于启动机构壳体(716)内腔中的启动电机(708)和行星齿轮减速器(707);所述行星齿轮减速器(707)安装在启动电机(708)的启动电机输出轴(720)上,该行星齿轮减速器(707)的输出轴(721)上连接有单向轴承安装套(715),该单向轴承安装套(715)的内圈与单向轴承(706)的外圈固定,单向轴承(706)的内圈与二冲程水冷发动机的曲轴连接;所述启动机构壳体(716)的内壁与单向轴承安装套(715)的外壁之间设置有骨架油封(718);所述启动机构壳体(716)上设置固定螺栓孔(722),使用时,通过螺栓穿过固定螺栓孔(722)将整个启动机构固定到二冲程水冷发动机的曲轴箱上;在启动机构壳体(716)上设置有用于与二冲程水冷发动机的曲轴箱密封的O型密封圈(717);所述行星齿轮减速器(707)内安装有两级行星减速齿轮(719)。
