Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型的仿电镀涂料。该仿电镀涂料其原料包括:聚天冬氨酸酯、有机树脂、酚基苯烷环氧树脂、呋喃树脂、间硝基苯酚、有机膨润土、膨胀珍珠岩、纳米铝粉、纳米氧化钛、晶须硅、磷酸氢钠、尿素、二羟基二苯甲酮、异丙醇以及聚苯乙烯。该新型的仿电镀具有较好的粘附性,且克服了常规涂料使用过程中出现的易脱落和出现裂纹等现象,最重要的是涂层具有良好的金属光泽。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种新型的仿电镀涂料。
背景技术
电镀作为一种表面修饰手段应用于机械、电子、家用电器、仪器仪表、汽车、船舶、航空航天等领域,然而只能在导电物质表面进行,而不能在非导电物质表面进行。同时电镀过程中产生的重金属污染一直是环境治理的难题。仿电镀涂料由于可以具有电镀材料的光泽及金属质感,成为电镀过程的一种最佳替代品。
发明内容
针对以上问题本发明提供一种新型的仿电镀涂料,该涂料使的非导电物质也可以具有良金属质感。
为解决以上问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种新型的仿电镀涂料,其原料按重量份包括:15-25份的聚天冬氨酸酯、15-28份的有机树脂、6-20份的酚基苯烷环氧树脂、5-12份的呋喃树脂、2-6份的间硝基苯酚、3-9份的有机膨润土、12-15份的膨胀珍珠岩、8-12份的纳米铝粉、5-6份的纳米氧化钛、5-7份的晶须硅、4-10份的磷酸氢钠、15-20份的尿素、3-7份的二羟基二苯甲酮、10-18份的异丙醇以及6-15份的聚苯乙烯。
进一步的,按重量份其优选方案包括:20份的聚天冬氨酸酯、19份的有机树脂、15份的酚基苯烷环氧树脂、9份的呋喃树脂、5份的间硝基苯酚、4份的有机膨润土、13份的膨胀珍珠岩、9份的纳米铝粉、5.5份的纳米氧化钛、6份的晶须硅、7份的磷酸氢钠、18份的尿素、5份的二羟基二苯甲酮、13份的异丙醇以及12份的聚苯乙烯。
本发明一种新型的仿电镀具有较好的粘附性,且克服了常规涂料使用过程中出现的易脱落和出现裂纹等现象,最重要的是涂层具有良好的金属光泽。

实施例2
一种新型的仿电镀,其原料按重量份包括: 25份的聚天冬氨酸酯、28份的有机树脂、20份的酚基苯烷环氧树脂、12份的呋喃树脂、2份的间硝基苯酚、9份的有机膨润土、15份的膨胀珍珠岩、8份的纳米铝粉、6份的纳米氧化钛、5份的晶须硅、10份的磷酸氢钠、20份的尿素、3份的二羟基二苯甲酮、18份的异丙醇以及6份的聚苯乙烯。
实施例3

1.一种新型的仿电镀,其特征在于:其原料按重量份包括,15-25份的聚天冬氨酸酯、15-28份的有机树脂、6-20份的酚基苯烷环氧树脂、5-12份的呋喃树脂、2-6份的间硝基苯酚、3-9份的有机膨润土、12-15份的膨胀珍珠岩、8-12份的纳米铝粉、5-6份的纳米氧化钛、5-7份的晶须硅、4-10份的磷酸氢钠、15-20份的尿素、3-7份的二羟基二苯甲酮、10-18份的异丙醇以及6-15份的聚苯乙烯。
