为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种耐腐蚀的阀门限位开关,包括壳体,所述壳体内设有阀轴杆和由阀轴杆驱动的阀位显示机构,所述壳体涂覆有保护层,所述保护层由以下重量份的成分组成:
2~3份γ-环氧丙基醚基三甲氧基硅烷,
1~2份异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚,
8~9份钛酸酯,
1~2份椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,
8~9份烃类溶剂,
1~2份十七烯基咪唑啉烯基丁二酸盐,
4~5份稀土催干剂,
1~2份缩水甘油胺类环氧树脂,
1~2份石油磺酸钡,
5~6份萜烯树脂,
3~4份甲基苯骈三氮唑,
2~3份氧化石油脂钡皂。
