目前常用的阀门限位开关,其耐候和耐腐蚀性能不够理想,影响使用寿命。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种阀门限位开关,其具有优良的耐候和耐腐蚀性能,能长期使用。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种阀门限位开关,包括壳体,所述壳体内设有阀轴杆和由阀轴杆驱动的阀位显示机构,所述壳体涂覆有保护层,所述保护层由以下重量份的成分组成:
1~2份异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚,
5~6份萜烯树脂,
8~9份烃类溶剂,
1~2份十七烯基咪唑啉烯基丁二酸盐,
1~2份对叔丁基苯甲酸,
8~9份钛酸酯,
3~4份甲基苯骈三氮唑,
4~5份稀土催干剂,
2~3份氧化石油脂钡皂,
2~3份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,
1~2份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,
1~2份缩水甘油胺类环氧树脂。
