本发明提供一种新型水性仿瓷涂料,包括如下重量配比的组分:VAE乳液(固含量>55%),15-25份;苯丙乳液(固含量>45%),30-45份;钛白粉(工业级),18-22份;复合分散剂,0.1-0.5份;乳化剂,0.1-0.5份;成膜助剂,1-3份;复合消泡剂,0.1-0.5份;复合增稠剂,0.5-2份;水,8-13份。本发明的新型水性仿瓷涂料,高光泽涂料,涂料染后无砖缝,整体效果好,并具有与瓷砖一样的耐水、耐碱、耐洗刷等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种仿瓷涂料,具体是指新型水性仿瓷涂料。
背景技术
仿瓷涂料又称瓷釉涂料,是一种装饰效果酷似瓷釉饰面的建筑涂料。仿瓷涂料应用面广泛。可在水泥面、金属面、塑料面、木料等固体表面进行刷漆与喷涂。可用于公共建筑内墙、住宅的内墙、厨房、卫生间、浴室衔接处,还可用于电器、机械及家具外表装饰的防腐。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种新型水性仿瓷涂料,高光泽涂料,涂料染后无砖缝,整体效果好,并具有与瓷砖一样的耐水、耐碱、耐洗刷等特点。 
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是,一种新型水性仿瓷涂料,包括如下重量配比的组分:VAE乳液(固含量>55%),15-25份;苯丙乳液(固含量>45%),30-45份;钛白粉(工业级),18-22份;复合分散剂,0.1-0.5份;乳化剂,0.1-0.5份;成膜助剂,1-3份;复合消泡剂,0.1-0.5份;复合增稠剂,0.5-2份;水,8-13份。
上述的新型水性仿瓷涂料,包括如下重量配比的组分:VAE乳液(固含量>55%),24.69份;苯丙乳液(固含量>45%),40.16份;钛白粉(工业级),20.08份;复合分散剂,0.3份;乳化剂,0.2份;成膜助剂,2.0份;复合消泡剂,0.3份;复合增稠剂,1.5份;水,11.05份。
 本发明具有如下优点及有益效果:
 1、高光泽涂料,涂料染后无砖缝,整体效果好;
2、并具有与瓷砖一样的耐水、耐碱、耐洗刷等特点。

本实施例的新型水性仿瓷涂料,包括如下重量配比的组分:VAE乳液(固含量>55%),24.69份;苯丙乳液(固含量>45%),40.16份;钛白粉(工业级),20.08份;复合分散剂,0.3份;乳化剂,0.2份;成膜助剂,2.0份;复合消泡剂,0.3份;复合增稠剂,1.5份;水,11.05份。
