本发明公开了一种防老化镀塑板,包括基板、耐磨层、阻燃层及镀塑表层,所述基板、耐磨层、阻燃层及镀塑表层从上而下依次粘接而成,所述耐磨层由玻璃纤维结合耐磨树脂加工而成,所述阻燃层由PP阻燃剂、PVC阻燃剂及阻燃纤维混合加工而成,所述镀塑表层由聚苯乙烯树脂、聚氯乙烯树脂、炭黑、抗氧化剂和加工制成。通过上述方式,本发明一种防老化镀塑板,可以实现很好的金属质感、而且能减轻制品重量,在改善塑料外外观及装饰性,同时也改善了其在电、耐热、耐腐蚀、抗氧化等方面的性能,提高了其表面机械强度,延长了其使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及装饰材料,特别是涉及一种防老化镀塑板。
背景技术
随着工业的迅速发展,塑料电镀应用日益广泛,成为塑料产品中表面装饰的重要手段之一,塑料电镀制品相对于金属电镀制品来说,其质量轻、强度高及耐腐蚀性能优越,但塑料的缺点,众所周知,容易氧化,进而老化,导致塑料制品使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种防老化镀塑板,可以实现很好的金属质感、而且能减轻制品重量,在改善塑料外外观及装饰性,同时也改善了其在电、耐热、耐腐蚀、抗氧化等方面的性能,提高了其表面机械强度,延长了其使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种防老化镀塑板,包括基板、耐磨层、阻燃层及镀塑表层,所述基板、耐磨层、阻燃层及镀塑表层从上而下依次粘接而成,所述耐磨层由玻璃纤维结合耐磨树脂加工而成,所述阻燃层由PP阻燃剂、PVC阻燃剂及阻燃纤维混合加工而成,所述镀塑表层由聚苯乙烯树脂、聚氯乙烯树脂、炭黑、抗氧化剂和加工制成。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述镀塑表层中各成分的重量百分比为: 聚苯乙烯树脂75~85%、聚氯乙烯树脂15~30%、炭黑5~10%、抗氧化剂2.5~5.5%。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述镀塑表层中各成分的重量百分比为: 聚苯乙烯树脂80~85%、聚氯乙烯树脂20~30%、炭黑7.5~10%、抗氧化剂3.5~5.5%。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述基板厚度为15mm。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述镀塑表层质量为0.5g/m2
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述镀塑表层厚度为0.5mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种防老化镀塑板,可以实现很好的金属质感、而且能减轻制品重量,在改善塑料外外观及装饰性,同时也改善了其在电、耐热、耐腐蚀、抗氧化等方面的性能,提高了其表面机械强度,延长了其使用寿命。

一种防老化镀塑板,包括基板1、耐磨层2、阻燃层3及镀塑表层4,所述基板1、耐磨层2、阻燃层3及镀塑表层4从上而下依次粘接而成,所述耐磨层2由玻璃纤维结合耐磨树脂加工而成,所述阻燃层3由PP阻燃剂、PVC阻燃剂及阻燃纤维混合加工而成,所述镀塑表层4由聚苯乙烯树脂、聚氯乙烯树脂、炭黑、抗氧化剂和加工制成。
进一步,所述镀塑表层4中各成分的重量百分比为: 聚苯乙烯树脂75~85%、聚氯乙烯树脂15~30%、炭黑5~10%、抗氧化剂2.5~5.5%。
进一步,所述镀塑表层中各成分的重量百分比为: 聚苯乙烯树脂80~85%、聚氯乙烯树脂20~30%、炭黑7.5~10%、抗氧化剂3.5~5.5%。
进一步,所述基板1厚度为15mm。
进一步,所述镀塑表层4质量为0.5g/m2
进一步,所述镀塑表层4厚度为0.5mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种防老化镀塑板,可以实现很好的金属质感、而且能减轻制品重量,在改善塑料外外观及装饰性,同时也改善了其在电、耐热、耐腐蚀、抗氧化等方面的性能,提高了其表面机械强度,延长了其使用寿命。

1.一种防老化镀塑板,其特征在于,包括基板、耐磨层、阻燃层及镀塑表层,所述基板、耐磨层、阻燃层及镀塑表层从上而下依次粘接而成,所述耐磨层由玻璃纤维结合耐磨树脂加工而成,所述阻燃层由PP阻燃剂、PVC阻燃剂及阻燃纤维混合加工而成,所述镀塑表层由聚苯乙烯树脂、聚氯乙烯树脂、炭黑、抗氧化剂和加工制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防老化镀塑板,其特征在于,所述镀塑表层中各成分的重量百分比为: 聚苯乙烯树脂75~85%、聚氯乙烯树脂15~30%、炭黑5~10%、抗氧化剂2.5~5.5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防老化镀塑板,其特征在于,所述镀塑表层中各成分的重量百分比为: 聚苯乙烯树脂80~85%、聚氯乙烯树脂20~30%、炭黑7.5~10%、抗氧化剂3.5~5.5%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防老化镀塑板,其特征在于,所述基板厚度为15mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防老化镀塑板,其特征在于,所述镀塑表层质量为0.5g/m2
