随着塑料制品应用的不断推广，对其质量的要求越来越严格，塑料制品的强度及其质量的相对指标也越来越高，针对于传统的注塑技术而言，其成型需要很高的成本，并且成型后的强度以及质量并不如理想中那么好，目前市场上所采用的成型方式，是按照数模成型高度设计注塑机，往往是达不到理论高度，给广大注塑生产用户带来了麻烦。

本发明的技术方案是：
一种新型注塑机，包括U型注塑机底座、盖板、电源连接口和导线，所述U型注塑机底座与盖板通过伸缩棒连接，所述伸缩棒的顶端固定有定位板，所述U型注塑机底座的左端固定有进料口，所述U型注塑机底座的左底端设有电源连接口，所述U型注塑机底座的底部固定有平整度检测装置，所述平整度检测装置与电源连接口通过导线连接。
本发明的有益效果是：结构简单，制作成本低。
