本发明公开了一种实木地板的基材除虫方法。该方法包括以下步骤;(1)升温过程;将实木地板的基材放置于加热窑中,以1‑10℃/h的速率升温至45‑65℃;(2)预热过程;保温1.5‑2.5h,然后以1‑5℃/h的速率升温至75‑85℃,保温1.5‑2.5h;(3)除虫过程;再以1‑5℃/h的升温速率继续升温,当窑内温度到达90‑100℃时,保温3‑5h;(4)冷却过程;以10‑15℃/h的速率降温至40‑60℃,再自然冷却至常温。本发明不仅可以有效地杀除基材中的虫卵,延长了产品的使用寿命,而且可以有效避免基材发生变形和开裂,提高产品的质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种实木地板的基材除虫方法,属于地板制造技术领域。
背景技术
近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高,装修产品得到迅速发展,对提供地板基材保护的产品需求随之快速增多,同时,人们对环保和健康有了更高更迫切的需求。在家庭装修中,实木地板受到了广大群众的喜爱。由于自然界中实木基材中普遍存在数量较多的虫卵,因此在将实木基材制成地板时,均要对基材进行除虫处理。现有的除虫方法主要有高温除虫和药物除虫两种,药物除虫由于药物残留会影响用户的健康,而高温除虫又由于现有的技术较不成熟,存在着除虫效果不理想、易损伤地板导致地板开裂、变形的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种实木地板的基材除虫方法。本发明不仅可以有效地杀除基材中的虫卵,延长了产品的使用寿命,而且可以有效避免基材发生变形和开裂,提高产品的质量。
本发明的技术方案:一种实木地板的基材除虫方法,该方法包括以下步骤;
(1)升温过程;将实木地板的基材放置于加热窑中,以1-10℃/h的速率升温至45-65℃;
(2)预热过程;保温1.5-2.5h,然后以1-5℃/h的速率升温至75-85℃,保温1.5-2.5h;
(3)除虫过程;再以1-5℃/h的升温速率继续升温,当窑内温度到达90-100℃时,保温3-5h;
(4)冷却过程;以10-15℃/h的速率降温至40-60℃,再自然冷却至常温。
上述的实木地板的基材除虫方法中,步骤(1)中,以5℃/h的速率升温至60℃。
前述的实木地板的基材除虫方法中,步骤(2)中,保温2h,然后以3℃/h的速率升温至80℃,保温2h。
前述的实木地板的基材除虫方法中,步骤(3)中,再以3℃/h的升温速率继续升温,当窑内温度到达95℃时,保温4h。
前述的实木地板的基材除虫方法中,步骤(4)中,以10-15℃/h的速率降温至60℃,再自然冷却至常温。
与现有技术相比,本发明改进了现有的除虫工序和参数,众因素协同作用,不仅有效地消除了基材中的虫卵,而且有效地保护了基材,提高了产品质量。据申请人试验,以山核桃、红栎、栎木、刺槐等木材为例,通过本发明的除虫方法后,通过仪器测试,这些木材的虫卵存活率为0,即本发明可以完全杀死木材中的虫卵,且将该木材在适宜温度下培养10天,虫卵的孵化率亦为0。
由于常出现虫害现象的地板基材如山核桃、红橡、栎木等木材,密度较大、容易发生变形开裂现象,因此需要适合的升温和预热过程来缓慢释放木材内部应力,以解决了地板坯料的出材率问题。申请人为此作了大量的试验、比较、筛选和总结,如升温速率这一因素,申请人发现60℃前,不同的升温速率下坯料的出材率从84.5-99.5%不等,60℃后,不同的升温速率下坯料的出料率从79.7-99.9%不等,如下表所示:
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,但不作为对本发明的限制。
实施例1:一种实木地板的基材除虫方法,该方法包括以下步骤;
(1)升温过程;将实木地板的基材放置于加热窑中,以10℃/h的速率升温至45℃;
(2)预热过程;保温2.5h,然后以1℃/h的速率升温至80℃,保温2.5h;
(3)除虫过程;再以5℃/h的升温速率继续升温,当窑内温度到达100℃时,保温4h;
(4)冷却过程;以10℃/h的速率降温至50℃,再自然冷却至常温。
实施例2:一种实木地板的基材除虫方法,该方法包括以下步骤;
(1)升温过程;将实木地板的基材放置于加热窑中,以2℃/h的速率升温至65℃;
(2)预热过程;保温1.5h,然后以5℃/h的速率升温至75℃,保温1.5h;
(3)除虫过程;再以3℃/h的升温速率继续升温,当窑内温度到达100℃时,保温3h;
(4)冷却过程;以15℃/h的速率降温至40℃,再自然冷却至常温。
实施例3:一种实木地板的基材除虫方法,该方法包括以下步骤;
(1)升温过程;将实木地板的基材放置于加热窑中,以5℃/h的速率升温至60℃;
(2)预热过程;保温2h,然后以3℃/h的速率升温至80℃,保温2h;
(3)除虫过程;再以3℃/h的升温速率继续升温,当窑内温度到达95℃时,保温4h;在95℃和较高的干燥环境下,地板基材的害虫都能够彻底杀死。
(4)冷却过程;以13℃/h的速率降温至60℃,再自然冷却至常温即可完成整个杀虫作业。

1.实木地板的基材除虫方法,其特征在于:该方法包括以下步骤;
(1)升温过程;将实木地板的基材放置于加热窑中,以5℃/h的速率升温至60℃;
(2)预热过程;保温2h,然后以3℃/h的速率升温至80℃,保温2h;
(3)除虫过程;再以3℃/h的升温速率继续升温,当窑内温度到达95℃时,保温4h;
(4)冷却过程;以10-15℃/h的速率降温至60℃,再自然冷却至常温。
