Abstract

本发明涉及中药应用领域，特别公开了一种治疗抑郁症的中药组合物。该治疗抑郁症的中药组合物，以首乌藤、龙齿、缬草、蟾酥10份、麝香、黄皮核、预知子、梅花、功劳木、前胡为原料，按照一定的重量配比混合制成。本发明配制简单，吸收效果好，药效持续时间长，疗效显著，无副作用，安全性高，生产成本低，有利于病患及时减轻病状。

一种治疗抑郁症的中药组合物
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及中药应用领域，特别涉及一种治疗抑郁症的中药组合物。
(二)背景技术
抑郁症又称抑郁障碍，以显著而持久的心境低落为主要临床特征，是心境障碍的主要类型；临床可见心境低落与其处境不相称，情绪的消沉可以从闷闷不乐到悲痛欲绝，自卑抑郁，甚至悲观厌世，可有自杀企图或行为；甚至发生木僵；部分病例有明显的焦虑和运动性激越；严重者可出现幻觉、妄想等精神病性症状；每次发作持续至少2周以上、长者甚或数年，多数病例有反复发作的倾向，每次发作大多数可以缓解，部分可有残留症状或转为慢性。
抑郁症属于中医的郁证范畴，中医学认为，郁证是由于情志不舒，气机瘀滞所引起的一类病症。主要表现为心情抑郁，情绪不宁，胁肋胀痛，或易怒善哭以及咽中如有物梗阻、失眠等多种复杂症状。郁证的发生主要是肝、脾、心三脏受累以及气血失调而成。抑郁不畅，使肝失条达，气失疏泄而致肝气郁结。气郁日久化火，气滞又可导致血瘀不行。若肝郁及脾，或思虑不解，劳倦伤脾，均能使脾失健运，蕴湿生痰，导致气滞痰瘀。若湿浊停留，或食滞不消，或痰湿化热，则可发展为湿郁、食郁、热郁等；情志不舒，肝郁抑脾，耗伤心血，营血渐耗，心失所养，神失所藏，导致心神不安。中医结合辩证采取了疏肝理气、静气凝神为治疗法则，取得了较好的治疗效果。
(三)发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足，提供了一种制备简单、疗效显著的治疗抑郁症的中药组合物。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的：
一种治疗抑郁症的中药组合物，由以下重量份数的原料制成：
首乌藤13-20份、龙齿12-19份、缬草13-19份、蟾酥10-19份、麝香6-12份、黄皮核10-19份、预知子11-19份、梅花13-19份、功劳木10-20份、前胡13-21份。
其优选的各原料的重量配比为：
首乌藤13份、龙齿12份、缬草13份、蟾酥10份、麝香6份、黄皮核10份、预知子11份、梅花13份、功劳木10份、前胡13份。
本发明所述中药为散剂或丸剂，将各种原料清洗干净后，打粉混合，制成散剂或丸剂，定量服用。
各原料的药用性能如下所示：
首乌藤：养血安神、祛风通络；
龙齿：镇神安神，清热除烦；
缬草：治心神不安，胃弱，腰痛，月经不调，跌打损伤；
蟾酥：解毒止痛，开窍醒神；
麝香：开窍醒神，活血通经，消肿止痛；
黄皮核：理气消食，散结消胀，化痰止咳；
预知子：疏肝理气，活血止痛，除烦利尿；
梅花：开郁和中，化痰，解毒；
功劳木：清热燥湿，泻火解毒；
前胡：发表镇痛，降气化痰；
配方中，首乌藤，龙齿，缬草为安神药主要用于镇神安神，清热除烦，蟾酥，麝香用于解毒止痛，开窍醒神，又配以黄皮核，预知子，梅花，功劳木用于理气消食，散结消胀，活血止痛，疏肝理气，调和诸药。
本发明以疏肝理气、静气凝神为治则，多种药材组合协同，主要用于理气消食，散结消胀，活血止痛，疏肝理气，解毒止痛，开窍醒神，镇神安神，清热除烦，对抑郁症有显著的治疗作用。
临床观察：
(1)临床资料
本发明人于2005年至今，对427例体癣患者进行临床观察治疗，其中，男269例，女158例，年龄17到58岁。
(2)治疗方法
口服，一日三次，每次2～5g，饭后服用。根据患者病情轻重计算治疗时间，轻度患者服用10～15天左右，重病患者连服20～60天即可痊愈。
(3)疗效判定标准
疗效标准参照《中医病症判断疗效标准》中有关疗效标准。
治愈：临床症状全部消失，实验室检查正常。
显效：临床症状基本消失，试验室检查各相关指标接近正常水平。
有效：临床症状减轻，试验室检查各相关指标有所改善，体征有改善。
无效：临床症状无明显好转或加重。
(4)临床结果
临床治愈387例(90.63％)，显效25例(5.86％)，有效13例(3.04％)，无效2例(0.47％)，总有效率为99.53％。
本发明配制简单，吸收效果好，药效持续时间长，疗效显著，无副作用，安全性高，生产成本低，有利于病患及时减轻病状。
(四)具体实施方式
实施例1：
取首乌藤20克、龙齿19克、缬草19克、蟾酥19克、麝香12克、黄皮核19克、预知子19克、梅花19克、功劳木20克、前胡21克，将上述原料清洗干净，打粉混合，制成散剂或丸剂。
用法用量：口服，一日三次，每次2～5g，饭后服用。
实施例2：
取首乌藤13克、龙齿12克、缬草13克、蟾酥10克、麝香6克、黄皮核10克、预知子11克、梅花13克、功劳木10克、前胡13克，将上述原料清洗干净，打粉混合，制成散剂或丸剂。
用法用量：口服，一日三次，每次2～5g，饭后服用。
实施例3：
取首乌藤12克、龙齿15克、缬草16克、蟾酥15克、麝香10克、黄皮核16克、预知子16克、梅花17克、功劳木14克、前胡20克，将上述原料清洗干净，打粉混合，制成散剂或丸剂。
用法用量：口服，一日三次，每次2～5g，饭后服用。

1.一种治疗抑郁症的中药组合物，其特征为，由以下重量份数的原料制成：首乌藤13-20份、龙齿12-19份、缬草13-19份、蟾酥10-19份、麝香6-12份、黄皮核10-19份、预知子11-19份、梅花13-19份、功劳木10-20份、前胡13-21份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗抑郁症的中药组合物，其特征为，由以下重量份数的原料制成：首乌藤13份、龙齿12份、缬草13份、蟾酥10份、麝香6份、黄皮核10份、预知子11份、梅花13份、功劳木10份、前胡13份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种治疗抑郁症的中药组合物，其特征在于：所述中药为散剂或丸剂。
