Abstract

一种新型高压输电线路铁塔桩基础,包括桩锚、金属波纹管、螺栓、桩锚扶正器、锚板、螺母、嵌入件,所述桩锚与金属波纹管之间形成基础环,所述基础环内设有嵌入件;所述嵌入件包括钢筋笼和结构钢;所述钢筋笼包括内侧支柱、外侧支柱及连接两支柱的水平杆;所述结构钢设有上边缘和下边缘,结构钢的内壁上设有孔;所述结构钢位于钢筋笼的内侧支柱和外侧支柱间,由水平杆穿过孔连接内侧支柱和外侧支柱,固定结构钢在基础环内。本发明结构较为简单,施工难度降低,节省了材料,降低了经济成本,可在软土地基上施工,可有效承载导地线及塔身的荷载。

技术领域
本发明涉及桩基础,具体涉及新型高压输电线路铁塔桩基础。
背景技术
在输电线路中,高压线路建设在快速发展,电压输出功率越大,输电线路铁塔基础需要承受的导地线水平张力、倾覆力矩的作用大,而软土地基上,桩基础的施工难度加大,且抗水平作用力和拉拔力作用不强;桩基础使用较多的金属管和螺栓等构件,造成了经济成本的提高。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明要解决的问题是提供一种在软土地基上施工难度小、抗水平作用力、拉拔力作用强同时经济成本低的高压输电线路铁塔桩基础。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是,一种新型高压输电线路铁塔桩基础,包括桩锚、金属波纹管、螺栓、桩锚扶正器、锚板、螺母、嵌入件,所述桩锚之间是重叠连接,桩锚内部设有螺栓,所述桩锚扶正器为桩锚内,固定螺栓在桩锚的中心位置,所述螺栓的顶端由锚板和螺母固定在桩基础的上表面;所述桩锚与金属波纹管之间形成基础环,所述嵌入件位于基础环内。
作为优选,所述嵌入件包括钢筋笼和结构钢;所述钢筋笼包括内侧支柱、外侧支柱及连接两支柱的水平杆;所述结构钢是上端开口的圆柱形管,设有上边缘和下边缘,结构钢的内壁上设有孔;所述结构钢位于钢筋笼的内侧支柱和外侧支柱间,由水平杆穿过孔连接内侧支柱和外侧支柱,固定结构钢在基础环内。
作为优选,所述钢筋笼的截面是倒U型,所述内侧支柱和外侧支柱的下端由钢筋箍固定。
作为优选,所述金属波纹管的内部空间下部灌有混凝土,形成桩基础的混凝土塞。
作为优选,所述结构钢的上端位于桩基础外,基础环内部填充混凝土、砂浆或树脂材料,固定结构钢。
本发明有益效果,结构上较为简单,施工难度降低,节省了若干螺栓、螺母,填充材料减少,经济成本降低,同时可有效承载高压输电线路铁塔的荷载,防止了桩基础的塌陷。

一种新型高压输电线路铁塔桩基础,包括桩锚14、螺栓36、桩锚扶正器50、锚板43、螺母48、金属波纹管70、嵌入件85,所述桩锚14之间是重叠连接,桩锚14内部设有螺栓36,所述桩锚扶正器50位于桩锚14内,固定螺栓36在桩锚14的中心位置,所述螺栓36的顶端由锚板43和螺母48固定在桩基础的上表面;所述桩锚14与金属波纹管70之间形成基础环80,所述基础环80内设有嵌入件85。
进一步地,所述嵌入件85包括钢筋笼87和结构钢116;所述钢筋笼87包括内侧支柱88、外侧支柱89及连接两支柱的水平杆90;所述结构钢116是上端开口的圆柱形管,设有上边缘95和下边缘97,结构钢116的内壁112上设有孔110;所述结构钢116位于钢筋笼87的内侧支柱88和外侧支柱89间,由水平杆90穿过孔110连接内侧支柱88和外侧支柱89。
进一步地,所述钢筋笼87的截面是倒U型,所述内侧支柱88和外侧支柱89的下端由钢筋箍114固定。
进一步地,所述金属波纹管70内部空间76的下部设有混凝土塞75。
进一步地,所述结构钢116的上端位于桩基础外。

1.一种新型高压输电线路铁塔桩基础,包括桩锚、金属波纹管、螺栓、桩锚扶正器、锚板、螺母、嵌入件,其特征是:所述桩锚与金属波纹管之间形成基础环,所述基础环内设有嵌入件;所述嵌入件包括钢筋笼和结构钢;所述钢筋笼包括内侧支柱、外侧支柱及连接两支柱的水平杆;所述结构钢设有上边缘和下边缘,结构钢的内壁上设有孔;所述结构钢位于钢筋笼的内侧支柱和外侧支柱间,由水平杆穿过孔连接内侧支柱和外侧支柱,固定结构钢在基础环内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型高压输电线路铁塔桩基础,其特征是:所述结构钢是上端开口的圆柱形管,上端位于桩基础外;所述钢筋笼的截面是倒U型,所述内侧支柱和外侧支柱的下端由钢筋箍固定。
