Abstract
本发明公开了一种金属去污除锈剂,包括如下质量份数的原料:氟化钙2-3份,碳酸钠3-5份,六次甲基四胺1-2份,硫酸亚锡3-5份,酒石酸20-30份,石英砂10-15份,去离子水200-250份。本发明的除锈剂具有去油、去锈、去尘垢等作用,并可自然形成牢固的保护层,无毒环保,可用于钢、铜、铝、不锈钢等器皿表面的除锈除油。

本发明涉及一种脱脂剂,具体涉及一种去锈去污、无毒环保的金属去污除锈剂。
背景技术
目前市场上的除锈剂种类繁多,功能各不相同,但现有技术中的除锈剂长时间使用会对金属表面有腐蚀性,且现有市场上的除锈剂原料成分对环境会造成污染。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明为了解决现有技术中的不足,提供一种去锈去油、无毒环保的金属去污除锈剂。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种金属去污除锈剂,包括如下质量份数的原料:氟化钙2-3份,碳酸钠3-5份,六次甲基四胺1-2份,硫酸亚锡3-5份,酒石酸20-30份,石英砂10-15份,去离子水200-250份。
有益效果:本发明的除锈剂具有去污、去锈、去尘垢等作用,并可自然形成牢固的保护层,无毒环保,可用于钢、铜、铝、不锈钢等器皿表面的除锈除油。

一种金属去污除锈剂,包括如下质量份数的原料:氟化钙2份,碳酸钠3份,六次甲基四胺1份,硫酸亚锡3份,酒石酸20份,石英砂10份,去离子水200份。

一种金属去污除锈剂,包括如下质量份数的原料:氟化钙3份,碳酸钠5份,六次甲基四胺2份,硫酸亚锡5份,酒石酸30份,石英砂15份,去离子水250份。

一种金属去污除锈剂,包括如下质量份数的原料:氟化钙2.5份,碳酸钠4份,六次甲基四胺1.5份,硫酸亚锡4份,酒石酸25份,石英砂12份,去离子水230份。
