技术领域
本申请属于涂料领域,尤其涉及一种丙烯酸耐擦洗涂料。
背景技术
涂料,在中国传统名称为油漆。所谓涂料是涂覆在被保护或被装饰的物体表面,并能与被涂物形成牢固附着的连续薄膜,通常是以树脂、或油、或乳液为主,添加或不添加颜料、填料,添加相应助剂,用有机溶剂或水配制而成的粘稠液体。中国涂料界比较权威的《涂料工艺》一书是这样定义的:“涂料是一种材料,这种材料可以用不同的施工工艺涂覆在物件表面,形成粘附牢固、具有一定强度、连续的固态薄膜。这样形成的膜通称涂膜,又称漆膜或涂层。”涂料涂饰于物体表面能与基体材料很好粘结并形成完整而坚韧保护膜的物料,称为涂料。涂料与油漆是同一概念。油漆是人们沿用已久的习惯名称,引进我国后,就一直利用在建筑行业。涂料的作用可以概括为三个方面:保护作用,装饰作用,特殊功能作用。涂料的一般组成:包含成膜物质、颜填料、溶剂、助剂。
建筑涂料又称墙漆,一般将用于建筑物内墙、外墙、顶棚及地面的涂料称为建筑涂料。涂料是指应用于物体表面而能结成坚韧保护膜的物料的总称。建筑涂料是涂料中的一个重要类别。中国涂料产业在下游产业的推动下日益壮大,而作为其中一个分支的建筑涂料,也得到了长足的发展。统计数据显示,2011年中国建筑涂料总计产量约351.82万吨,同比增长30%以上。由此可见,中国建筑涂料产业虽然经历了2008年全球性金融危机的影响、原材料价格上涨及央行加息带来的压力,但其发展势头依然不减,且还保持着较高的增长率。
内墙涂料的制作成分中基本上由水、颜料、乳液、填充剂和各种助剂组成,这些原材料是不含什么毒性的。作为乳胶漆而言,可能含毒的主要是成膜助剂中的乙二醇和防黴剂中的有机汞。内墙涂料就是一般装修用的乳胶漆。乳胶漆即是乳液性涂料,按照基材的不同,分为聚醋酸乙烯乳液和丙烯酸乳液两大类。乳胶漆以水为稀释剂,是一种施工方便、安全、耐水洗、透气性好的的涂料,它可根据不同的配色方案调配出不同的色泽。种类:水性内墙漆、油性内墙漆、干粉型内墙漆,属水性涂料,主要由水,乳液,颜料,填料,添加剂五种成分构成。而随着人性化理念的普及,及新型和谐社会的构成,设计一种耐水性及耐热性优异的丙烯酸耐擦洗涂料是非常必要的。

本申请针对上述技术问题,提供一种丙烯酸耐擦洗涂料,解决现有丙烯酸耐擦洗涂料易起泡、脱落,耐热性差,不抗开裂等技术问题。
技术方案:
一种丙烯酸耐擦洗涂料,所述丙烯酸耐擦洗涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:聚乙烯醇树脂50份;苯甲酸钠2-8份;六偏磷酸钠30-40份;磷酸三丁酯10-20份;水80-100份;乙醇15-25份;着色颜料10-15份;正丁醇4-8份;立德粉40-50份;醋酸丁酯1-5份;体质颜料60-80份;邻苯二甲酸二环己酯5-10份;滑石粉40-60份;硝酸纤维素20-30份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述丙烯酸耐擦洗涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:聚乙烯醇树脂50份;苯甲酸钠5份;六偏磷酸钠35份;磷酸三丁酯15份;水90份;乙醇20份;着色颜料12份;正丁醇6份;立德粉45份;醋酸丁酯3份;体质颜料70份;邻苯二甲酸二环己酯8份;滑石粉50份;硝酸纤维素25份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述着色颜料采用钛白粉。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述体质颜料采用轻质碳酸钙。
有益效果:
本发明所述一种丙烯酸耐擦洗涂料采用以上技术方案与现有技术相比,具有以下技术效果:1、产品固含量30-40%,粘度50-80s;2、表干0.6-1h,水中浸泡48h后无起泡、脱落现象;3、耐热性好,在90℃下5h无发粘和开裂现象;4、附着力100,耐紫外光照射、不燃,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种丙烯酸耐擦洗涂料,其原料按重量份数配比如下:聚乙烯醇树脂50份;苯甲酸钠2份;六偏磷酸钠30份;磷酸三丁酯10份;水80份;乙醇15份;钛白粉10份;正丁醇4份;立德粉40份;醋酸丁酯1份;轻质碳酸钙60份;邻苯二甲酸二环己酯5份;滑石粉40份;硝酸纤维素20份。
将聚乙烯醇树脂和水装入反应器中,边加热边搅拌至90℃,聚乙烯醇树脂完全溶解后加入苯甲酸钠、磷酸三丁酯、乙醇、邻苯二甲酸二环己酯和硝酸纤维素,降温至30℃,加入六偏磷酸钠反应0.8h,加入钛白粉、轻质碳酸钙和剩余原料,混合后既得成品。
产品固含量30%,粘度50s;表干1h,水中浸泡36h后无起泡、脱落现象;耐热性好,在80℃下5h无发粘和开裂现象;附着力100。
实施例2:
一种丙烯酸耐擦洗涂料,其原料按重量份数配比如下:聚乙烯醇树脂50份;苯甲酸钠8份;六偏磷酸钠40份;磷酸三丁酯20份;水100份;乙醇25份;钛白粉15份;正丁醇8份;立德粉50份;醋酸丁酯5份;轻质碳酸钙80份;邻苯二甲酸二环己酯10份;滑石粉60份;硝酸纤维素30份。
将聚乙烯醇树脂和水装入反应器中,边加热边搅拌至100℃,聚乙烯醇树脂完全溶解后加入苯甲酸钠、磷酸三丁酯、乙醇、邻苯二甲酸二环己酯和硝酸纤维素,降温至40℃,加入六偏磷酸钠反应1.2h,加入钛白粉、轻质碳酸钙和剩余原料,混合后既得成品。
产品固含量40%,粘度60s;表干0.8h,水中浸泡40h后无起泡、脱落现象;耐热性好,在90℃下3h无发粘和开裂现象;附着力100。
实施例3:
一种丙烯酸耐擦洗涂料,其原料按重量份数配比如下:聚乙烯醇树脂50份;苯甲酸钠5份;六偏磷酸钠35份;磷酸三丁酯15份;水90份;乙醇20份;钛白粉12份;正丁醇6份;立德粉45份;醋酸丁酯3份;轻质碳酸钙70份;邻苯二甲酸二环己酯8份;滑石粉50份;硝酸纤维素25份。
将聚乙烯醇树脂和水装入反应器中,边加热边搅拌至95℃,聚乙烯醇树脂完全溶解后加入苯甲酸钠、磷酸三丁酯、乙醇、邻苯二甲酸二环己酯和硝酸纤维素,降温至35℃,加入六偏磷酸钠反应1h,加入钛白粉、轻质碳酸钙和剩余原料,混合后既得成品。
产品固含量35%,粘度80s;表干0.6h,水中浸泡48h后无起泡、脱落现象;耐热性好,在90℃下5h无发粘和开裂现象;附着力100。
以上实施例中的组合物所有组分均可以商业购买。

1.一种丙烯酸耐擦洗涂料,其特征在于所述丙烯酸耐擦洗涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:聚乙烯醇树脂50份;苯甲酸钠2-8份;六偏磷酸钠30-40份;磷酸三丁酯10-20份;水80-100份;乙醇15-25份;着色颜料10-15份;正丁醇4-8份;立德粉40-50份;醋酸丁酯1-5份;体质颜料60-80份;邻苯二甲酸二环己酯5-10份;滑石粉40-60份;硝酸纤维素20-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种丙烯酸耐擦洗涂料,其特征在于所述丙烯酸耐擦洗涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:聚乙烯醇树脂50份;苯甲酸钠5份;六偏磷酸钠35份;磷酸三丁酯15份;水90份;乙醇20份;着色颜料12份;正丁醇6份;立德粉45份;醋酸丁酯3份;体质颜料70份;邻苯二甲酸二环己酯8份;滑石粉50份;硝酸纤维素25份。
