本发明公开了一种高金属感铝颜料,其特征是由下述重量份的原料组成:微米级球形铝粉40-60,二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯0.2-0.4,正硅酸乙酯8-12,聚丙烯酸酯1-2,异丙醇1-2,200#溶剂油20-30,烯丙基缩水甘油醚0.1-0.2,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.2-0.4,硅烷偶联剂A-1510.3-0.5,纳米银颗粒0.5-1,聚四氟乙烯微粉4-6,硅烷偶联剂KH-5500.5-1,乙酸乙酯8-10,助剂2-4。本发明的铝颜料具有高金属感和有机溶剂体系高分散性,外观质量好,且具备长效自清洁去污功效,适用于各种表面金属效果要求非常高的漆类产品。

技术领域
本发明涉及金属颜料领域,具体涉及一种高金属感铝颜料及其制备方法。
背景技术
金属颜料是指由金属或合金的颗粒或薄片经过磨细而制得的颜料,有金属光泽,能赋予制品金属色外观,形成平滑的薄层涂膜,具有独特的装饰性和遮盖力,广泛用于涂料行业。由于金属颜料的化学特性,其在环境中的稳定性常常收到限制,且容易引起安全和产品质量等方面问题,因此常对金属颜料制品进行表面修饰以改善上述问题。
物体的表面如果具有超疏水性,水珠就不能在其表面浸润,将会带走污物而具有自清洁的效果。具有自清洁效应的产品由于具有环保和节省清洗费用等优点,已经越来越受到市场的重视,具有商业化的价值。利用荷叶效应在表面构建粗糙的微观结构或者对表面进行化学修饰引入疏水组分是目前实现超疏水性的常用途径。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有自清洁效应的高金属感铝颜料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种高金属感铝颜料,其由下述重量份的原料制成:
微米级球形铝粉40-60,二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯0.2-0.4,正硅酸乙酯8-12,聚丙烯酸酯1-2,异丙醇1-2, 200#溶剂油20-30,烯丙基缩水甘油醚0.1-0.2,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.2-0.4,硅烷偶联剂A-151 0.3-0.5,纳米银颗粒0.5-1,聚四氟乙烯微粉4-6,硅烷偶联剂KH-550 0.5-1,乙酸乙酯8-10,助剂2-4;
复合助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
海甘蓝籽油1-2,抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯0.01-0.02,油酸酰胺0.5-1,异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯0.1-0.2,尼泊金丙酯0.1-0.2,微粉蜡0.5-1,棕榈油10-20,茶籽油10-20;
复合助剂的制备方法:
将棕榈油、茶籽油和海甘蓝籽油混合均匀,加热至80-90℃后加入异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯和抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯,搅拌10-20min后冷却至室温,加入其余原料搅拌均匀,即得。
一种高金属感铝颜料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将微米级球形铝粉、助剂和200#溶剂油投入球磨机中,30-40转/分钟球磨6-8h,筛分、过滤、洗涤后得到微米级的片状铝粉;
(2)配制氨水、蒸馏水和乙醇的混合溶剂作为A组分,用乙醇稀释正硅酸乙酯作为B组分;将微米级的片状铝粉加入适量无水乙醇中,加入硅烷偶联剂A-151,氮气保护下搅拌0.5-1h后,以1-2滴/s的滴加速度同时分别滴加A组分和B组分,边滴加边搅拌,滴加完毕后40-45℃反应6-8h,抽滤后用无水乙醇洗涤,真空干燥,所述的A组分中氨水、蒸馏水和乙醇的重量比=1:2:5,所述的氨水浓度为25%,所述的B组分中乙醇和正硅酸乙酯的重量比=1:2;
(3)在反应容器中加入(2)中处理后的铝粉、纳米银颗粒和适量乙醇,搅拌混合均匀后加入硅烷偶联剂KH-550,60-80℃加热搅拌回流反应3-6h,用乙醇多次洗涤后干燥,得混合粉体;
(4)按重量比聚四氟乙烯微粉:氨水=1:4配制聚四氟乙烯微粉和氨水的混合物作为C组分,将(3)中得到的混合粉体与C组分共同加入反应容器,氮气保护下搅拌反应1-2h后过滤,滤饼40-50℃干燥12-24h后120-150℃处理10-20min,所述的C组分中氨水浓度为5%;
(5)与其余原料混合后50-60℃搅拌1-2h,取出后真空干燥即得。
本发明的优点是:
1. 通过工艺与配方的改进,使铝颜料具有高金属感和有机溶剂体系高分散性,外观质量好,适用于各种表面金属效果要求非常高的漆类产品;
2. 通过表面修饰,在铝粉表面形成二氧化硅和聚四氟乙烯的复合涂层,形成超疏水结构,使铝颜料具有自清洁效应,长效耐污染,透光性好,机械性能优良。
具体实施方式
本发明非限定实施例如下:
实施例1 
一种高金属感铝颜料,由下列重量(kg)的组分原料制备而成:
微米级球形铝粉50,二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯0.3,正硅酸乙酯10,聚丙烯酸酯1.5,异丙醇1.5, 200#溶剂油25,烯丙基缩水甘油醚0.15,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.3,硅烷偶联剂A-151 0.4,纳米银颗粒0.8,聚四氟乙烯微粉5,硅烷偶联剂KH-550 0.8,乙酸乙酯9,助剂3;
其中,复合助剂由下列重量(kg)的原料制成:
海甘蓝籽油1.5,抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯0.015,油酸酰胺0.8,异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯0.15,尼泊金丙酯0.15,微粉蜡0.8,棕榈油15,茶籽油15;
复合助剂的制备方法:
将棕榈油、茶籽油和海甘蓝籽油混合均匀,加热至90℃后加入异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯和抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯,搅拌10min后冷却至室温,加入其余原料搅拌均匀,即得。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将微米级球形铝粉、助剂和200#溶剂油投入球磨机中,30转/分钟球磨8h,筛分、过滤、洗涤后得到微米级的片状铝粉;
(2)配制氨水、蒸馏水和乙醇的混合溶剂作为A组分,用乙醇稀释正硅酸乙酯作为B组分;将微米级的片状铝粉加入适量无水乙醇中,加入硅烷偶联剂A-151,氮气保护下搅拌0.5h后,以1滴/s的滴加速度同时分别滴加A组分和B组分,边滴加边搅拌,滴加完毕后40℃反应6h,抽滤后用无水乙醇洗涤,真空干燥,所述的A组分中氨水、蒸馏水和乙醇的重量比=1:2:5,所述的氨水浓度为25%,所述的B组分中乙醇和正硅酸乙酯的重量比=1:2;
(3)在反应容器中加入(2)中处理后的铝粉、纳米银颗粒和适量乙醇,搅拌混合均匀后加入硅烷偶联剂KH-550,80℃加热搅拌回流反应3h,用乙醇多次洗涤后干燥,得混合粉体;
(4)按重量比聚四氟乙烯微粉:氨水=1:4配制聚四氟乙烯微粉和氨水的混合物作为C组分,将(3)中得到的混合粉体与C组分共同加入反应容器,氮气保护下搅拌反应2h后过滤,滤饼40℃干燥24h后140℃处理10min,所述的C组分中氨水浓度为5%;
(5)与其余原料混合后60℃搅拌1h,取出后真空干燥即得。
经检验,本实施例的铝颜料涂膜外观均匀平整,具有良好的金属光泽,机械性能强。

Claims (2)

1.一种高金属感铝颜料,其特征在于其由下述重量份的原料制成:
微米级球形铝粉40-60,二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯0.2-0.4,正硅酸乙酯8-12,聚丙烯酸酯1-2,异丙醇1-2, 200#溶剂油20-30,烯丙基缩水甘油醚0.1-0.2,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.2-0.4,硅烷偶联剂A-151 0.3-0.5,纳米银颗粒0.5-1,聚四氟乙烯微粉4-6,硅烷偶联剂KH-550 0.5-1,乙酸乙酯8-10,助剂2-4;
所述助剂由下列重量份的原料制成: 
海甘蓝籽油1-2,抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯0.01-0.02,油酸酰胺0.5-1,异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯0.1-0.2,尼泊金丙酯0.1-0.2,微粉蜡0.5-1,棕榈油10-20,茶籽油10-20;
所述助剂的制备方法是:
将棕榈油、茶籽油和海甘蓝籽油混合均匀,加热至80-90℃后加入异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯和抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯,搅拌10-20min后冷却至室温,加入其余原料搅拌均匀,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高金属感铝颜料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将微米级球形铝粉、助剂和200#溶剂油投入球磨机中,30-40转/分钟球磨6-8h,筛分、过滤、洗涤后得到微米级的片状铝粉;
(2)配制氨水、蒸馏水和乙醇的混合溶剂作为A组分,用乙醇稀释正硅酸乙酯作为B组分;将微米级的片状铝粉加入适量无水乙醇中,加入硅烷偶联剂A-151,氮气保护下搅拌0.5-1h后,以1-2滴/s的滴加速度同时分别滴加A组分和B组分,边滴加边搅拌,滴加完毕后40-45℃反应6-8h,抽滤后用无水乙醇洗涤,真空干燥,所述的A组分中氨水、蒸馏水和乙醇的重量比=1:2:5,所述的氨水浓度为25%,所述的B组分中乙醇和正硅酸乙酯的重量比=1:2;
(3)在反应容器中加入(2)中处理后的铝粉、纳米银颗粒和适量乙醇,搅拌混合均匀后加入硅烷偶联剂KH-550,60-80℃加热搅拌回流反应3-6h,用乙醇多次洗涤后干燥,得混合粉体;
(4)按重量比聚四氟乙烯微粉:氨水=1:4配制聚四氟乙烯组分,将(3)中得到的混合粉体与C组分共同加入反应容器,氮气保护下搅拌反应1-2h后过滤,滤饼40-50℃干燥12-24h后120-150℃处理10-20min,所述的C组分中氨水浓度为5%;
(5)与其余原料混合后50-60℃搅拌1-2h,取出后真空干燥即得。
