Abstract
本发明公开了一种PVC软管,由以下重量份的成分组成:PVC树脂30~60;聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯2~5;聚乙烯醇缩丁醛4~5;磷酸三酯2~4;对苯二酚0.4~0.6;有机硅混炼胶2~5;丁苯橡胶10~15;碳黑1~3;石蜡1~2。本发明的高韧性聚氯乙烯管材使用了碳化硅晶须,可以有效地加强管材内部的结构,使管材之间的力学强度、韧性都得到了提高。另外,提高管材的抗老化性;润滑剂可以在生产过程中,使材料更加均匀、提高了挤出的润滑平整性,也起到了增强内部结构的作用。制得的聚氯乙烯管材具有高韧性、高机械强度的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种PVC软管。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯管,也称PVC 管,是由氯乙烯单体聚合而成的热塑性高聚物制成的管材,以聚氯乙烯树脂为主要原料,加入适量的抗老化剂、改性剂等,经混炼、压延、真空吸塑等工艺而成的材料。PVC 管抗腐蚀能力强、易于粘接、PVC 对氧化剂、还原剂和强酸都有很强的抵抗力。然而它能够被浓氧化酸如浓硫酸、浓硝酸所腐蚀并且也不适用与芳香烃、氯化烃接触的场合。但是,PVC 管,特别是UPVC 管耐热性能差,且在60℃以上环境抗拉强度下降,低温环境下硬聚氯乙烯塑料排水管抗冲击强度降低。在运输、安装及使用过程中,易发生脆性破坏;另外,PVC 管承受冲击的性能也较差。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种具有良好的耐低温性能、柔韧性和抗静电性能且能够满足低温运输的耐磨耐老化的PVC软管。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种PVC软管,由以下重量份的成分组成:
PVC树脂 30~60;
聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯 2~5;
聚乙烯醇缩丁醛 4~5;
磷酸三酯 2~4;
对苯二酚 0.4~0.6;
有机硅混炼胶 2~5;
丁苯橡胶 10~15;
碳黑 1~3;
石蜡 1~2。
本发明一种PVC软管的优点是:本发明的高韧性聚氯乙烯管材使用了碳化硅晶须,可以有效地加强管材内部的结构,使管材之间的力学强度、韧性都得到了提高。另外,提高管材的抗老化性;润滑剂可以在生产过程中,使材料更加均匀、提高了挤出的润滑平整性,也起到了增强内部结构的作用。制得的聚氯乙烯管材具有高韧性、高机械强度的特点。

有机硅混炼胶 2~5;
丁苯橡胶 10~15;
碳黑 1~3;
石蜡 1~2。
