本发明属于水处理的技术领域,具体的涉及一种用于锅炉循环水的阻垢剂。
背景技术
循环水在锅炉系统中起到了举足轻重的作用,但是所用循环水强度高、碱度大,具有严重结垢特征,当水温高于环境温度的各种场合下,碳酸钙等无机盐的结垢会带来严重的后果。将其作为循环介质用于工业循环水系统时,会引发水质恶化,发生腐蚀结垢等问题,导致锅炉及其管道堵塞或泄露,严重影响生产装置正常运行。随着社会经济的迅速发展和技术的进步,水处理技术日益受到重视,通过使用水处理药剂可有效防止结垢,从而提高设备及水的利用率而达到节约水源和能源的目的。目前对阻垢的水处理标准日趋严格,同时对添加剂的环保性也提出了极高的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述存在的缺陷而提供一种用于锅炉循环水的阻垢剂,该阻垢剂使用方便,毒性小,无味分散性能好。
本发明的技术方案为:一种用于锅炉循环水的阻垢剂,由以下重量份的组分组成:
木质素磺酸钠 4~11份
羟基亚乙基二膦酸 1.5~6份
乙二胺四乙酸四钠 6~14份
氢氧化钠 1~2份
次磷酸共聚物钠盐 1~3.5份。
所述用于锅炉循环水的阻垢剂,由以下重量份的组分组成:
木质素磺酸钠 5.7份
羟基亚乙基二膦酸 2.4份
乙二胺四乙酸四钠 7.3份
氢氧化钠 1.2份
次磷酸共聚物钠盐 1.6份。
所述用于锅炉循环水的阻垢剂,由以下重量份的组分组成:
木质素磺酸钠 6.4份
羟基亚乙基二膦酸 3.8份
乙二胺四乙酸四钠 8.4份
氢氧化钠 1.32份
次磷酸共聚物钠盐 2.26份。
所述用于锅炉循环水的阻垢剂,由以下重量份的组分组成:
木质素磺酸钠 8.35份
羟基亚乙基二膦酸 4.1份
乙二胺四乙酸四钠 11.5份
氢氧化钠 1.18份
次磷酸共聚物钠盐 1.9份。
所述用于锅炉循环水的阻垢剂,由以下重量份的组分组成:
木质素磺酸钠 9.62份
羟基亚乙基二膦酸 4.7份
乙二胺四乙酸四钠 12.3份
氢氧化钠 1.46份
次磷酸共聚物钠盐 2.78份。
本发明的有益效果为: 本发明所述用于锅炉循环水的阻垢剂中的组分毒性小,对环境影响不大,具有很好的阻垢作用,防止循环水对金属管道的结垢堵塞,阻垢效果达到99.1%~99.7%,使得其结垢率降低至0.00247~0.0031mm/a;同时还具有很好的阻垢效果。
综上所述,所述阻垢剂使用方便,毒性小,无味分散性能好。

实施例1
一种用于锅炉循环水的阻垢剂,由以下重量份的组分组成:
木质素磺酸钠 4份
羟基亚乙基二膦酸 1.5份
乙二胺四乙酸四钠 6份
氢氧化钠 1份
次磷酸共聚物钠盐 1份。
采用实施例1所述阻垢剂使得阻垢效果达到99.1%,使得其结垢率降低至0.0031mm/a。
实施例2
所述用于锅炉循环水的阻垢剂,由以下重量份的组分组成:
木质素磺酸钠 5.7份
羟基亚乙基二膦酸 2.4份
乙二胺四乙酸四钠 7.3份
氢氧化钠 1.2份
次磷酸共聚物钠盐 1.6份。
采用实施例2所述阻垢剂使得阻垢效果达到99.21%,使得其结垢率降低至0.0026mm/a。

乙二胺四乙酸四钠 8.4份
氢氧化钠 1.32份

乙二胺四乙酸四钠 11.5份
氢氧化钠 1.18份
次磷酸共聚物钠盐 1.9份。
采用实施例4所述阻垢剂使得阻垢效果达到99.63%,使得其结垢率降低至0.00248mm/a。
实施例5

木质素磺酸钠 9.62份
羟基亚乙基二膦酸 4.7份
乙二胺四乙酸四钠 12.3份
氢氧化钠 1.46份
次磷酸共聚物钠盐 2.78份。
采用实施例5所述阻垢剂使得阻垢效果达到99.66%,使得其结垢率降低至0.00251mm/a。
实施例6
一种用于锅炉循环水的阻垢剂,由以下重量份的组分组成:
木质素磺酸钠 11份
羟基亚乙基二膦酸 6份
乙二胺四乙酸四钠 14份
氢氧化钠 2份
次磷酸共聚物钠盐 3.5份。
采用实施例6所述阻垢剂使得阻垢效果达到99.7%,使得其结垢率降低至0.00247mm/a。
