本发明涉及一种防污、驱蚊的层状复合面料。包括外所述面料由外而内包括第一防污涂层(1)、防蚊保护层(2)、小鱼鳞针织层(3)、第一基布层(4)和第二防污涂层(5),第一基布层(4)为含有纳米防污剂的经纱和纬纱交叉布置,第一防污涂层(1)和第二防污涂层(5)均为聚四氟乙烯层;第二防污涂层背面复合有一第二基布层,第二基布层包括防浸润层,其具体结构是:在防渗透层的上下两面分别复合有防浸润层与起绒层,所述的防浸润层采用丝光面料,所述的防渗透层是由弹力胶膜构成。本发明可以有效防污,并且面料的驱蚊功能使得人们在夏天避免了蚊子的困扰。具有防水透气、弹性好、防划伤的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料。属于纺织面料技术领域。
背景技术
在公共场所随处可见各式各样,并起着不同作用的窗帘和沙发,尤其是窗帘,调节内外空间的空气和光线、美化内部空间都是使用窗帘的最终目的,即窗帘具有功能性和装饰性。然而作为传统窗帘面料和沙发布面料的织物在使用时,虽然美观但是不具备防水、防油的防污特性,常常因为水、油等液体携带着灰尘、污物渗进织物的纤维里面而变脏,形成污斑、油斑,而油斑之类的污点油不容易清洗,从而减少了窗帘和沙发等的使用寿命;特别到了夏天,由于公共场所的窗帘和沙发用的面料不具有驱蚊功能,因此公共场所经常会有大量蚊子,蚊子会传播疾病,对人的身体造成危害。另外,传统的制作服装本体的面料不具有防水透气、弹性好、防划伤的特点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供了一种防污、驱蚊的层状复合面料,此面料用在公共场所的窗帘、沙发等地方,可以有效防污,并且面料的驱蚊功能使得人们在夏天避免了蚊子的困扰。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种防污、驱蚊的层状复合面料,其特点是:所述面料由外而内包括第一防污涂层、防蚊保护层、小鱼鳞针织层、第一基布层和第二防污涂层,所述第一基布层为含有纳米防污剂的经纱和纬纱交叉布置,所述第一防污涂层和第二防污涂层均为聚四氟乙烯层,所述第二防污涂层背面复合有一第二基布层,所述第二基布层包括防浸润层,其具体结构是:在防渗透层的上下两面分别复合有防浸润层与起绒层,所述的防浸润层采用丝光面料,所述的防渗透层是由弹力胶膜构成。
本发明一种防污、驱蚊的层状复合面料,其防蚊保护层含有1.5%氯菊酯成分的防蚊助剂。
本发明一种防污、驱蚊的层状复合面料,其经纱为21S/2 涤纶纱,所述纬纱为16S 涤纶纱。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明在经纱和纬纱交织的间隙中添加的纳米防污剂,纳米防污剂具有超双疏功能,作为一种整理剂成分,以常规的流程对面料及进行处理,可以使得面料具有防水、防油、防污的特性;在第一基布层的上下表面设有成分为聚四氟乙烯的防污涂层,对沾染的污渍具有优异的防污功能,使液体呈超疏水状态,不能渗透进去,轻轻抖动,便能滑落,对于少量残留在面料表面的污渍,用纸巾擦去即可。
2、本发明的防蚊助剂为无毒产品,且涂在防污层外表面,对飞虫如蚊子、苍蝇或爬虫如蚂蚁、尘螨、蟑螂等都具有优异的驱避功效。
3、丝光面料经技术处理后可防水及防浸润,防渗透层具有透气,阻止水分子渗透的功能,所述的起绒层是采用纤维拉绒工艺制作,与被包装物紧贴并具有弹性增强了织物的抗冲击及防止划伤的性能。该面料制作的服装本体具有防水透气、弹性好、防划伤的特点。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本发明一种防污、驱蚊的层状复合面料,所述面料由外而内包括第一防污涂层1、防蚊保护层2、小鱼鳞针织层3、第一基布层4和第二防污涂层5。
所述第一基布层4为含有纳米防污剂的经纱和纬纱交叉布置,通过在第一基布层4中添加的纳米防污剂,使得第一防污涂层1和第二防污涂层5达到双重的防水、防油和防污的效果;所述第一防污涂层1和第二防污涂层5为聚四氟乙烯层,使得粘在包体表面液体呈超疏水状态,不能渗透进去,达到良好的防污性能;所述经纱为21S/2 涤纶纱,所述纬纱为16S 涤纶纱,涤纶纱的成本低廉,轻度高,用其织成的布易洗快干,挺括坚牢,不易起皱,且具有良好的耐磨性,所述经纱的总经根数为2400 根,上机经密为16 根/ 厘米,上机纬密为9 根/ 厘米。
其中,小鱼鳞形针织层3由40s/1 全棉纱线加入40s/1 线长11.5cm 的20D 氨纶丝制成。
在印花液中加入含1.5%氯菊酯成分的防蚊助剂,然后在135℃温度下定型,定型速度为20m/min,最后在20帕的压力将含有防蚊助剂的印花液体印在小鱼鳞形针织层3的外侧,形成防蚊保护层2,然后在防蚊保护层2上设置第一防污涂层1。
其中,防蚊助剂为无毒产品,不会对人体造成危害。
所述第二防污涂层背面复合有一第二基布层,所述第二基布层包括防浸润层,其具体结构是:在防渗透层的上下两面分别复合有防浸润层与起绒层,所述的防浸润层采用丝光面料,所述的防渗透层是由弹力胶膜构成。

1.一种防污、驱蚊的层状复合面料,其特征在于:所述面料由外而内包括第一防污涂层(1)、防蚊保护层(2)、小鱼鳞针织层(3)、第一基布层(4)和第二防污涂层(5),所述第一基布层(4)为含有纳米防污剂的经纱和纬纱交叉布置,所述第一防污涂层(1)和第二防污涂层(5)均为聚四氟乙烯层;所述第二防污涂层背面复合有一第二基布层,所述第二基布层包括防浸润层,其具体结构是:在防渗透层的上下两面分别复合有防浸润层与起绒层,所述的防浸润层采用丝光面料,所述的防渗透层是由弹力胶膜构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防污、驱蚊的层状复合面料,其特征在于:所述防蚊保护层(2)含有1.5%氯菊酯成分的防蚊助剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防污、驱蚊的层状复合面料,其特征在于:所述经纱为21S/2 涤纶纱,所述纬纱为16S 涤纶纱。
