Abstract
一种防堵塞血透导管,管体包括管腔部和接管部充气腔在管腔内部,二者横截面为同心圆,充气腔被两个隔层连接在管腔内壁上,隔层将除充气腔外的管腔内部空间分为两个独立的腔体,分别为动脉腔和静脉腔;动脉腔和静脉腔分别设有开口甲和开口乙;充气腔上设有球囊,所述球囊在开口甲和开口乙后方;动脉腔、静脉腔、充气腔伸出管腔分别形成相互独立的动脉腔接管、静脉腔接管、球囊接气管。本发明结构简单,操作方便,十分有效的防止了血透管的堵塞问题,延长了血透管的使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及运用于医疗器械技术领域中的血液透析导管,尤其涉及一种防堵塞血透导管。
背景技术
血液透析系将患者血液引入透析器中,利用半渗透膜两侧溶质浓度差,经渗透,扩散与超滤作用,达到清除代谢产物及毒性物质,纠正水、电解质平衡紊乱的目的。血液透析(以下简称血透)包括肾脏替代治疗、血液灌流、免疫吸附、内毒素吸附和血浆置换等。每一种血液透析方式都各有特点,且适用于不同疾病及状态,但无论那种类型的血透都要建立动静脉通道,将动脉端血液引入透析器,经透析作用,使血液净化。然后将净化了的血液再由静脉端回输体内。
目前临床上常见是一种血透导管穿刺的方法进行动静脉通道的建立,而血液透析导管往往需要很长一段时间内留置在患者体内,导管留置一定时间以后会出现导管内形成血栓,以及纤维蛋白附着导管内壁或包裹外壁形成内鞘和外鞘(纤维袖套样改变),造成导管部分或完全堵塞。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型设计发明了一种防堵塞血透导管。
本实用新型内容是:一种防堵塞血透导管,管体包括管腔部和接管部,管腔部包括动脉腔、静脉腔、充气腔、开口甲、开口乙、球囊;接管部包括动脉腔接管、球囊接气管、静脉腔接管,其特征是:充气腔在管腔内部,二者横截面为同心圆,充气腔被两个隔层连接在管腔内壁上,隔层将除充气腔外的管腔内部空间分为两个独立的腔体,分别为动脉腔和静脉腔;动脉腔和静脉腔分别设有开口甲和开口乙;充气腔上设有置于管腔内部的球囊,所述球囊在开口甲和开口乙后方;动脉腔、静脉腔、充气腔伸出管腔分别形成相互独立的动脉腔接管、静脉腔接管、球囊接气管。
管腔部末端的外壁上有两个凸块,两凸块之间形成凹槽,靠近管腔前端的一个凸块呈锥状。动脉腔、充气腔前端均为封闭状态。
有益效果
本实用新型结构简单,操作方便,十分有效的防止了血透管的堵塞问题,延长了血透管的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
一种防堵塞血透导管,管体包括管腔部和接管部,管腔部包括动脉腔、静脉腔、充气腔、开口甲、开口乙球囊;接管部包括动脉腔接管、球囊接气管、静脉腔接管,其特征是:充气腔在管腔内部,二者横截面为同心圆,充气腔被两个隔层连接在管腔内壁上,隔层将除充气腔外的管腔内部空间分为两个独立的腔体,分别为动脉腔和静脉腔;动脉腔和静脉腔分别设有开口甲和开口乙;充气腔上设有置于管腔内部的球囊,所述球囊在开口甲和开口乙后方;动脉腔、静脉腔、充气腔伸出管腔分别形成相互独立的动脉腔接管、静脉腔接管、球囊接气管。管腔部末端的外壁上有两个凸块,两凸块之间形成凹槽,靠近管腔前端的一个凸块呈锥状。动脉腔、充气腔前端均为封闭状态。
使用过程中,随着球囊中的气体放出,动脉腔和静脉腔形成通路,供血液流通,完成血透过程;当血透完成后,球囊通过充气膨胀将动脉腔和静脉腔从中隔断,从而防止血液接触空气凝固形成堵塞,延长血透管的使用寿命;同时管腔末端的凹槽与凸块能加固管体与人身体之间的连接,防止管体脱落。

1.一种防堵塞血透导管,管体包括管腔部和接管部,管腔部包括动脉腔、静脉腔、充气腔、开口甲、开口乙、球囊;接管部包括动脉腔接管、球囊接气管、静脉腔接管,其特征是:充气腔在管腔内部,二者横截面为同心圆,充气腔被两个隔层连接在管腔内壁上,隔层将除充气腔外的管腔内部空间分为两个独立的腔体,分别为动脉腔和静脉腔;动脉腔和静脉腔分别设有开口甲和开口乙;充气腔上设有置于管腔内部的球囊,所述球囊在开口甲和开口乙后方;动脉腔、静脉腔、充气腔伸出管腔分别形成相互独立的动脉腔接管、静脉腔接管、球囊接气管。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的防堵塞血透导管,其特征是:管腔部末端的外壁上有两个凸块,两凸块之间形成凹槽,靠近管腔前端的一个凸块呈锥状。
