脚气脚廯是人们生活中的常见病，一旦得脚气脚廯，病人往往会感到奇痒难忍，脚趾间出现红斑、水泡、脱屑等，症状严重的患者整个脚底都会发红、脱皮。脚气不仅严重影响患者日常的工作和生活，而且还极易传染给他人。目前，治疗脚气一般都是以药膏和喷雾剂式的药为主，但这种药膏和喷雾剂式的药治疗效果不明显，治疗速度慢，而且容易复发，因此需要一种治疗效果好，治疗速度快，且能从根本上治疗脚气脚廯的中药。
发明内容
    本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种经济实惠，药材易得，具有解毒止痛，清热利湿，祛风止痒之功效，从而彻底治疗脚气脚廯的中药浸泡液。
为解决上述问题，本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的：所述的中药浸泡液是由以下重量配备的原料制备而成：全虫15g、蝉蜕20g、五味子30g、冰片15g、花椒20g、黄柏25g、地肤子15g、白鲜皮10g、浮萍20g、苍耳草15g、无花果叶10g、生姜15g、大力子20g、黄精15g、梨皮30g；上述中草药成分组合在一起构成一种治疗脚气脚廯的中草药配方。
作为优选，所述中药浸泡液的配备原料还包括食用盐20g、醋1000g、啤酒2000g、黄豆200g。
作为优选，所述中药浸泡液的制备方法包含有以下步骤：
a）按重量份配比取全虫15g、蝉蜕20g、五味子30g、花椒20g、黄柏25g、地肤子15g、白鲜皮10g、苍耳草15g、无花果叶10g、生姜15g、大力子20g共十一味药放入锅中，再加入黄豆200g,倒入清水，清水没过药面即可，用小火煎煮半小时，过滤后得药液，待药液温能洗脚时即可；
b）按重量份配比取冰片15g、浮萍20g、黄精15g、梨皮30g共四味药放入搪瓷盆内，并加入食用盐20g和醋1000g，混合搅拌后，浸泡3天3夜，通过过滤得浸泡液；
c）将a）、b）的药液混合后，再加入啤酒2000g，把患脚伸进盆里泡，泡两三分钟，待双脚都热了，用一只脚的足跟压在另一只脚趾缝稍后处，然后将脚跟向前推至趾尖处再回搓，回拉轻，前推重，以不搓伤皮肤为宜，每个趾缝搓50-80次，双脚交替进行，速度为每分钟100-120次。每晚一次，脚气较重上部皮肤已破者不宜用此方法，第一次泡3个小时，第二次泡2个小时，第三次泡一个小时，泡3次便可达到治疗效果。

黄柏：苦，寒。归肾、膀胱、大肠经。清热燥湿，泻火解毒，除骨蒸清虚热。用于湿热泻痢，黄疸，带下，热淋，脚气，痿辟，骨蒸劳热，盗汗，遗精，疮疡肿毒，湿疹瘙痒。盐黄柏滋阴降火。用于阴虚火旺，盗汗骨蒸。
地肤子：性寒，味辛、苦。清热利湿，祛风止痒。用于小便涩痛、阴痒带下、风疹、湿疹、皮肤瘙痒
白鲜皮：清热燥湿；祛风止痒；解毒。主治：风热湿毒所致的风疹；湿疹；疥癣；黄疸；湿热痹。
浮萍：发汗，祛风，行水，清热，解毒。主治时行热痈，斑疹不透，风热痛疹，皮肤瘙痒，水肿，经闭，疮癣，丹毒，烫伤。
苍耳草：味苦；甘；辛；性温；小毒。散风寒；通鼻窍；祛风湿；止痒。主治：鼻渊；风寒头痛；风湿痹痛；风疹；湿疹；疥癣。
全虫：《本草纲目》和《中国药典》载，具有“熄风镇痉、 消炎攻毒、通络止痛”功能。主治“小儿惊风、抽搐痉挛、皮肤病、心脑血管病、炎症、乙肝、肿瘤”等病。
蝉蜕：味甘，寒。归肺、肝经。主治散风除热，利咽，透疹，退翳，解痉。用于风热感冒，咽痛，音哑，麻疹不透，风疹瘙痒，目赤翳障，惊风抽搐，破伤风。
五味子：收敛固涩，益气生津，补肾宁心：治肺虚喘咳，口干作渴，自汗，盗汗，劳伤羸瘦，梦遗滑精，久泻久痢。《本经》：主益气，咳逆上气，劳伤羸度，补不足，强阴。
冰片：通诸窍，散郁火，去翳明目，消肿止痛。治中风口噤，热病神昏，惊痫痰迷，气闭耳聋，喉痹，口疮，中耳炎，痈肿，痔疮，目亦翳膜，蛲虫病。
花椒：温中止痛，杀虫止痒。用于脘腹冷痛，呕吐泄泻，虫积腹痛，蛔虫症；外治湿疹瘙痒。味辛，性温。有小毒。归脾、胃、肾经。
无花果叶：清湿热；解疮毒；消肿止痛。主湿热泄泻；带下，痔疮；痈肿疼痛；瘰疬。《救荒本草》：治心痛。煎汤服。《本草汇言》：去湿热，解疮毒。
生姜：发汗解表，温中止呕，温肺止咳，解鱼蟹毒，解药毒。《药性赋》：味辛，性温，无毒。升也，阳也。其用有四：制半夏有解毒之功，佐大枣有厚肠之说。温经散表邪之风，益气止胃翻之哕。《本草图经》：以生姜切细，和好茶一、两碗，任意呷之，治痢大妙！热痢留姜皮，冷痢去皮。
梨皮：清心润肺，降火生津。治暑热烦渴，咳嗽，吐血，发背，疔疮。《滇南本草》：敷发背疔疮。《本草再新》：清心降火，滋肾益阴，生津止渴，除烦去湿。《陆川本草》：治痧积暑热。《四川中药志》："清暑热，止烦渴，生律，收敛。治痢疾及咳嗽有汗。
大力子：味辛；苦；性寒。归肺；胃经。疏散风热；清热解毒透疹；宣肺利咽散肿；用于热毒疮肿尚未溃者，常与地丁，野菊花等清热解毒药配伍。
黄精：滋肾润肺，补脾益气。主治：阴虚劳嗽；肺燥咳嗽；脾虚乏力；食少口干；消渴；肾亏腰膝酸软；阳痿遗精；耳鸣目暗；须发早白；体虚赢瘦；风癞癣疾。

所述中药浸泡液的配备原料还包括食用盐20g、醋1000g、啤酒2000g、黄豆200g。

2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗脚气脚廯的中药浸泡液，其特征在于：所述中药浸泡液的配备原料还包括食用盐20g、醋1000g、啤酒2000g、黄豆200g。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的治疗脚气脚廯的中药浸泡液，其特征在于：所述中药浸泡液的制备方法包含有以下步骤：
a）按重量份配比取全虫15g、蝉蜕20g、五味子30g、花椒20g、黄柏25g、地肤子15g、白鲜皮10g、苍耳草15g、无花果叶10g、生姜15g、大力子20g共十一味药放入锅中，再加入黄豆200g,倒入清水，清水没过药面即可，用小火煎煮半小时，过滤后得药液，待药液温能洗脚时即可；
b）按重量份配比取冰片15g、浮萍20g、黄精15g、梨皮30g共四味药放入搪瓷盆内，并加入食用盐20g和醋1000g，混合搅拌后，浸泡3天3夜，通过过滤得浸泡液；
c）将a）、b）的药液混合后，再加入啤酒2000g，把患脚伸进盆里泡，泡两三分钟，待双脚都热了，用一只脚的足跟压在另一只脚趾缝稍后处，然后将脚跟向前推至趾尖处再回搓，回拉轻，前推重，以不搓伤皮肤为宜，每个趾缝搓50-80次，双脚交替进行，速度为每分钟100-120次；每晚一次，脚气较重上部皮肤已破者不宜用此方法，第一次泡3个小时，第二次泡2个小时，第三次泡一个小时，泡3次便可达到治疗效果。
