The reservation terminal of the third embodiment and the check-in terminal of the fourth embodiment may be the same or different mobile bluetooth terminals, that is, the mobile bluetooth terminals may have the first and second receiving modules as receiving modules at the same time, and the first and second conference management modules as conference management modules, which together implement the steps of reserving and checking in a conference room, and correspond to the first mobile bluetooth terminal in the first embodiment. The terminal with the reservation or check-in function also comprises a network connection module which is used for connecting the first or second conference management module and the conference management application server to transmit information and is also used for directly receiving conference materials through network connection or downloading the conference materials through a file area which is connected to the conference management application through the network at least one terminal checked in a conference room.
The network connection module is used for using one or more of wireless connection or wired connection modes such as WiFi, Bluetooth, WiFi-direct and the like.
Further optionally, after the meeting is ended, the meeting management application destroys meeting data.

the first meeting management application of the first mobile Bluetooth terminal sends at least one meeting room reservation request message to a meeting management application server;
the first conference management application server obtains a reservation result after analyzing and processing the reservation request information of the at least one conference room, and sends the reservation result to a first conference management application of the first mobile Bluetooth terminal;
the ibeacons equipment arranged in the second meeting room sends the second meeting room information in a broadcasting mode;
the first mobile Bluetooth terminal or at least one second mobile Bluetooth terminal acquires a starting instruction of a second conference management application and starts the second conference management application preset by the first mobile Bluetooth terminal or at least one second mobile Bluetooth terminal;
the first mobile Bluetooth terminal or at least one second mobile Bluetooth terminal obtains the distance between the first mobile Bluetooth terminal and the ibeacons equipment of the second conference room according to the received second conference room information, and sends the distance value to the conference management application server;
the conference management application server judges whether the first mobile Bluetooth terminal or at least one second mobile Bluetooth terminal meets the sign-in condition according to the distance value, and if so, the terminal is judged to sign in successfully;
the first conference room and the second conference room are the same or different conference rooms, and the first mobile Bluetooth terminal and the second mobile Bluetooth terminal are the same or different terminals;
the conference management application server judges whether the first mobile Bluetooth terminal or at least one second mobile Bluetooth terminal meets the check-in condition according to the distance value, and if so, the step of judging that the terminal successfully checks in comprises the following steps:
the conference application server judges whether the distance value is smaller than a preset value or not, if so, the first mobile Bluetooth terminal or at least one second mobile Bluetooth terminal is judged to be successfully signed in, and the sign-in state and the position information are recorded; if not, judging that the first mobile Bluetooth terminal or at least one second mobile Bluetooth terminal fails to sign in, and recording sign-in state and position information;
the first conference management application and the second conference management application are provided with the same conference management application server, and the conference management application server synchronously updates data information generated by the first conference management application and the second conference management application;
the conference management application server sends the check-in state and the position information to the second conference management application of the first mobile Bluetooth terminal or at least one second mobile Bluetooth terminal;
the first conference management application displays the sign-in state and position relation of the first mobile Bluetooth terminal and other Bluetooth terminals, or the second conference management application displays the sign-in state and position relation of the second mobile Bluetooth terminal and other Bluetooth terminals.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of the first conference management application server recording the reservation result after analyzing and processing the request information and transmitting the reservation result to the conference management application of the first mobile bluetooth terminal comprises:
the conference management application server receives a conference room reservation request of at least one first mobile Bluetooth terminal and judges whether a conference room of the reservation request is occupied or not;
if the mobile Bluetooth terminal is judged to be the first mobile Bluetooth terminal, the conference management application server sends information of reservation failure to a first conference management application of the at least one first mobile Bluetooth terminal;
if the judgment result is no, analyzing according to the priority of the at least one first mobile Bluetooth terminal, and judging whether the first mobile Bluetooth terminal has the priority, if the judgment result is yes, the conference management application server sends information of successful reservation to the first conference management application of the first mobile Bluetooth terminal; at the same time, at least one conference room preset by the first mobile Bluetooth terminal is modified and updated to be in an occupied state;

the second conference management module of the terminal is also used for receiving at least one check-in state and position information of the terminal sent by the conference management application server;
the second conference management module comprises a display unit, and the display unit is used for displaying the sign-in state and the position relation of the at least one second mobile Bluetooth terminal.
