The ibeacons technology is an accurate positioning technology based on bluetooth 4.0, and the signal range is generally several millimeters to 50 meters, so that when a bluetooth terminal is in the signal range of an ibeacons base station, beacon signals can be received. Compared with the traditional Bluetooth technology, the Ibeacons technology has the characteristics of no need of Bluetooth pairing, accurate positioning to millimeter level within a certain range and lower power consumption. The Ibeacons device sends a broadcast notification frame by using a BLE module, and in this embodiment, the notification frame mainly includes field information of an application identifier UUID of a conference room, a conference room area number Major, a conference room number minor, and a standard signal strength Measured Power of the Ibeacons device. The reservation terminal of the third embodiment and the check-in terminal of the fourth embodiment may be the same or different mobile bluetooth terminals, that is, the mobile bluetooth terminals may have the first and second receiving modules as receiving modules at the same time, and the first and second conference management modules as conference management modules, which together implement the steps of reserving and checking in a conference room, and correspond to the first mobile bluetooth terminal in the first embodiment. The network connection module is used for using one or more of wireless connection or wired connection modes such as WiFi, Bluetooth, WiFi-direct and the like.
