Abstract
本发明公开一种空气净化过滤器,包括若干层过滤网层,所述过滤网层包括HEPA滤网、防静电滤网、光-冷触媒滤网,所述光-冷触媒滤网包括经浸润烘干而附着在过滤网上的冷触媒层、和经喷射烘干而附着在过滤网一侧表面的光触媒层。本发明的空气净化过滤器包括多层空气过滤网层,各层过滤网具有不同的功能作用,使本发明的空气清新机同时具有空气过滤、净化、灭菌除味、除静电等多功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及净化空气技术领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种空气净化过滤器及其空气清新机。
背景技术
随着社会的不断进步和城市化进程的推进,人们生活水平不断提高,但是,环境污染的问题也日益严重,继国内多个大城市出现“雾霾”后,空气的质量问题被高度重视,能有效改善室内空气质量的空气清新机广受欢迎。目前,市场上针对空气污染和净化程度要求,有多种空气净化器销售,例如活性碳净化空气机、光触媒净化空气机、高效空气微粒过滤网(HEPA)净化空气机、负离子发生器等多种空气净化器。但是,空气的污染物来源较广,单一空气净化器受功能、材料局限,各有不足之处,如HEPA具有强吸附作用,但却不能有效分解空气中的有害物质,现有市场急需一集合有多种功能、有效过滤净化、能消毒灭菌、除异味的空气净化装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种集空气净化、过滤、灭菌除味等多功能的空气净化过滤器及其空气清新机,不仅能过滤空气颗粒物,还能氧化分解空气有害物质,隔阻静电,为用户带来实惠。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种空气净化过滤器,包括若干层过滤网层,所述过滤网层包括HEPA滤网、防静电滤网、光-冷触媒滤网,所述光-冷触媒滤网包括经浸润烘干而附着在过滤网上的冷触媒层、和经喷射烘干而附着在过滤网一侧表面的光触媒层。
所述过滤网层还包括活性碳过滤网,所述活性碳过滤网和防静电滤网设置在HEPA滤网与光-冷触媒滤网之间。
在所述光-冷触媒滤网附近设置有UV灯或LED灯。
所述若干层过滤网层叠放固定安装在框架内。
所述若干层过滤网层叠放,且在多层过滤网层的侧部以胶带粘贴固定。
一种空气清新机,包括内部具有收纳空间的机体;设置在所述机体上、连通机体内部的进风口和送风口;设置在机体内的风机,所述风机用于将空气从进风口入并从送风口排出;还包括上述的空气净化过滤器,所述空气净化过滤器设置在机体内。
上述的空气清新机,所述机体包括侧面板、后盖,所述进风口设置在侧面板上,所述送风口设置在后盖的顶部。
上述的空气清新机,所述光-冷触媒滤网在靠近后盖侧设置。
上述的空气清新机,所述后盖内侧设置有UV灯或LED灯。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的空气净化过滤器包括多层空气过滤网层,各层过滤网具有不同的功能作用,使本发明的空气清新机同时具有空气过滤、净化、灭菌除味、除静电等多功能。详细如下:
1)首层HEPA过滤,可将空气的尘埃、毛发、无机污染物等阻隔,特别是对于PM2.5的细颗粒物能有效隔除,吸附在HEPA滤网上,从而防止其通过送风口再次进入室内空间。
2)中间层是防静电滤网和蜂窝状的活性碳滤层,该滤层结构能将空气中的静电隔除,而且活性碳含有100%表面吸附能力,能有效除去空气中的臭气及有害气体,使空气清闲自然。
3)最外层是光、冷触媒滤网,它采用400目的过滤网为基材,通过浸润方式将冷触媒固化在过滤网上,并在一侧的外表面上压力喷射一层光触媒(光触媒与一定的胶粘剂混合),在空气清新机的内壁靠近光、冷触媒滤网处设置有UV或LED灯,可将空气中的细菌、病毒、挥发性有机物的结构转化为非有害物质,将空气净化。冷触媒是一种无光触媒,它无需光作为催化剂,也能对臭气,特别是甲醛类有毒气体有较强的分解作用,特别适用于常装修居室的家庭。本发明采用光、冷触媒滤网,将两种触媒的优点有机结合,使空气清新机的交货空气功能更加强大、效率更高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
参见图1,为了方便描述,我们设定由图所示的空气清新机的后盖10指向前面板1的方向视为前,机体的里面视为内。本发明所提供的空气净化过滤器,包括若干层过滤网层,所述过滤网层包括HEPA滤网6、防静电滤网7、光-冷触媒滤网9,所述光-冷触媒滤网9包括经浸润烘干而附着在过滤网上的冷触媒层、和经喷射烘干而附着在过滤网一侧表面的光触媒层。
更优地,还包括一活性碳过滤网8,它设置在防静电滤网7与光-冷触媒滤网9之间 ,因此,由前及后,四层过滤网层分别是HEPA滤网6、防静电滤网7、活性碳过滤网8、光-冷触媒滤网9。 多层过滤网结构叠放固定,设置在进风风道与送风风道中间。各过滤网层的长宽一致,在在各过滤网层的侧部以胶带粘贴固定为一整体,在空气清新机的机体内安装框架内固定。为了使光-冷触媒滤网9发挥良好的净化空气效果,在设计上,需要在所述光-冷触媒滤网附近设置有UV灯11或LED灯。
参见图1,本发明同时提供一种空气清新机,包括内部具有收纳空间的机体;所述机体包括前面板1、侧面板、后盖10,设置在所述机体上、连通机体内部的进风口2和送风口3;设置在机体内的风机4,所述风机4用于将空气从进风口2进入机体内部、经过净化过滤后从送风口3排出;所述进风口2设置在侧面板上,所述送风口3设置在后盖10的顶部。在空气清新机内设置有空气净化过滤器:
空气净化过滤器包括若干层过滤网层,所述过滤网层包括HEPA滤网6、防静电滤网7、活性碳过滤网8、光-冷触媒滤网9,所述光-冷触媒滤网9包括经浸润烘干而附着在过滤网上的冷触媒层、和经喷射烘干而附着在过滤网一侧表面的光触媒层。活性碳过滤网8、光-冷触媒滤网9设置在HEPA滤网6与光-冷触媒滤网9之间。 多层过滤网结构叠放固定在空气清新机的机体内。上述的空气清新机,所述光-冷触媒滤网在靠近后盖侧设置。且在后盖10内侧设置有UV灯11或LED灯。
本发明的空气清新机的工作过程是这样的:空气从进风口进入机体内部的风道,经HEPA滤网6将PM2.5和大颗粒物过滤掉,然后由防静电滤网7将空气中的静电隔除,并由蜂窝状的活性碳滤层过滤掉空气中的部分臭气及有害气体,减轻下一层过滤网层的负担。最后由光-冷触媒滤网9滤除空气中的有毒物质和病原体。
光-冷触媒滤网9的制作过程是:先将400目的滤网在冷触媒溶液中浸润后烘干,使冷触媒层附着在滤网基体上,然后将光触媒粘胶溶液高压喷射在滤网的一侧面,再次烘干,从而生成既有冷触媒、又有光触媒的光-冷触媒滤网9。使用光-冷触媒滤网,可互补冷触媒、光触媒的净化功效,提高空气净化效率,达到双重杀菌、双重空气清洁的有益效果。

Claims (9)
1.一种空气净化过滤器,包括若干层过滤网层,其特征在于:所述过滤网层包括HEPA滤网、防静电滤网、光-冷触媒滤网,所述光-冷触媒滤网包括经浸润烘干而附着在过滤网上的冷触媒层、和经喷射烘干而附着在过滤网一侧表面的光触媒层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化过滤器,其特征在于:所述过滤网层还包括活性碳过滤网,所述活性碳过滤网和防静电滤网设置在HEPA滤网与光-冷触媒滤网之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的空气净化过滤器,其特征在于:在所述光-冷触媒滤网附近设置有UV灯或LED灯。
4.根据权利要求3所述的空气净化过滤器,其特征在于:所述若干层过滤网层叠放固定安装在框架内。
5.根据权利要求3所述的空气净化过滤器,其特征在于:所述若干层过滤网层叠放,且在多层过滤网层的侧部以胶带粘贴固定。
6.一种空气清新机,包括内部具有收纳空间的机体;设置在所述机体上、连通机体内部的进风口和送风口;设置在机体内的风机,所述风机用于将空气从进风口入并从送风口排出;其特征在于:还包括如权利要求1-4任一所述的空气净化过滤器,所述空气净化过滤器设置在机体内。
7.根据权利要求6所述的空气清新机,其特征在于:所述机体包括侧面板、后盖,所述进风口设置在侧面板上,所述送风口设置在后盖的顶部。
8.根据权利要求7所述的空气清新机,其特征在于:所述光-冷触媒滤网在靠近后盖侧设置。
9.根据权利要求8所述的空气清新机,其特征在于:所述后盖内侧设置有UV灯或LED灯。
