本发明提供一种经编织物,该经编织物由纱线和在纱线外包缠的长丝组成。所述的包缠呈螺旋状,所述的纱线包括芯纱,芯纱为银米健康纤维或银米健康纤维与其他纤维的复合丝(棉、麻、毛、涤纶、锦纶、氨纶)的复合丝,长丝为涤纶、锦纶等。本发明解决了短纤维在经编领域的应用,同时扩大了银米健康纤维的应用范围。

 本发明属于经编领域,具体涉及一种长丝包缠银米健康纤维的经编织物。
背景技术
 随着经济的发展和科学技术的提高,加之人们不断追求高品质的生活,具有抗菌功能的纺织品市场也在不断扩大。银米健康纤维具有高效广谱的抗菌性,高度的安全性以及不易产生耐药性等特点,日益受到人们的关注。
市售的经编织物大多采用纯长丝编织而成,受到技术的限制,短纤维在经编领域几乎无应用。银米健康纤维作为一种抗菌短纤维,将其应用在经编领域,不仅使织物具有了抗菌功能,同时扩大了材料的应用范围。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在克服现有技术的不足,提供一种具有抗菌效果的长丝包缠银米健康纤维的经编织物。
本发明的目的可通过如下技术措施来实现:
该经编织物由纱线和在纱线外包缠的长丝组成。

所述的包缠呈螺旋状;所述的纱线包括芯纱,芯纱为银米健康纤维或银米健康纤维与其他纤维的复合丝;所述的其他纤维是棉纤维、麻纤维、毛纤维、涤纶纤维、锦纶纤维、氨纶纤维;所述的长丝是化纤长丝;所述的长丝是涤纶长丝或锦纶长丝;所述的长丝为10旦-1000旦;所述的芯纱的混纺支数为6支-80支。
所述的经编织物,其中,银米健康纤维占总纤维重量的比例为1.0-10%。
优选的,银米健康纤维占总纤维重量的4%。
上述结构的含银米健康纤维的经编织物对革兰氏阴性菌、革兰氏阳性菌及真菌具有良好的抑菌效果,抑菌率达到95%以上。
本发明采用包缠纱复合纱线的形式,实现抑菌经编织物的制备。其特色是:将短纤维包覆在长丝中间,实现了短纤维在经编领域的应用;扩大了银米健康纤维的应用范围,规避了银米健康纤维由于自身的颜色所带来的弊端;可以采用细旦的纱线,制备高支薄型织物。
本发明可用于T恤、衬衫、牛仔布、汽车内饰等经编织物上,依托银米健康纤维实现织物的抑菌、除臭、防静电等功效。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作更进一步的说明,以便本领域的技术人员了解本发明。
实施例1:
该经编织物由银米健康纤维或银米健康纤维与长绒棉的混纺纱线1和在纱线1外螺旋状包缠的为10旦的涤纶长丝2组成。配比为:银米健康纤维/长绒棉/涤纶=4/31/65,纺织的纱支为6支,该纱线采用通常的经编工艺进行织布,单位面积重量为150g/m2,采用常规染整工艺处理后即可得到抑菌经编织物。
实施例2:
该经编织物由银米健康纤维或银米健康纤维与长绒棉的混纺纱线1和在纱线1外螺旋状包缠的为1000旦的涤纶长丝2组成。配比为:银米健康纤维/长绒棉/涤纶=4/31/65,纺织的纱支为80支,该纱线采用通常的经编工艺进行织布,单位面积重量为150g/m2,采用常规染整工艺处理后即可得到抑菌经编织物。
实施例3:
不同的是长绒棉用其他棉纤维、麻纤维、毛纤维、涤纶纤维、锦纶纤维、氨纶纤维代替,其他同实施例1-2。
实施例4:
不同的是涤纶长丝用锦纶长丝代替,其他同实施例1-2。

1.一种经编织物,其特征是该经编织物由纱线和在纱线外包缠的长丝组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种经编织物,其特征是所述的包缠呈螺旋状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种经编织物,其特征是所述的纱线包括芯纱,芯纱为银米健康纤维或银米健康纤维与其他纤维的复合丝。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种经编织物,其特征是所述的其他纤维是棉纤维、麻纤维、毛纤维、涤纶纤维、锦纶纤维、氨纶纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种经编织物,其特征是所述的长丝是化纤长丝。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种经编织物,其特征是所述的长丝是涤纶长丝或锦纶长丝。
7.根据权利要求1或5或6所述一种经编织物,其特征是所述的长丝为10旦-1000旦。
8.根据权利要求3所述一种经编织物,其特征是所述的芯纱的混纺支数为6支-80支。
