本发明公开了一种环保弹性涂料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:1,3-二溴-5,5-二甲基海因0.5-1、钨酸铵0.8-2、棕榈蜡2-3、聚醚二元醇2-4、水解聚马来酸酐1-2、石墨粉10-14、硫酸锌0.7-1、氢氧化镁1-3、磷酸三乙酯0.4-1、微细二氧化硅气凝胶2-4、十二烷基硫酸钠2-4、苯乙烯140-200、去离子水500-600、丙烯酸丁酯140-200、过硫酸钠3-6、OP-102-3、粘结助剂4-5;本发明的涂料成膜效果好,质感强,表面流平性好,对基材的粘结效果好,不容易气泡、不易脱落、断裂,无有害成分挥发,安全环保。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及涂料领域,尤其涉及一种环保弹性涂料。
背景技术
涂于物体表面能形成具有保护、装饰或特殊性能(如绝缘、防腐、标志等)的固态涂膜的一类液体或固体材料的总称,包括油(性)漆、水性漆、粉末涂料。漆是可流动的液体涂料,包括油(性)漆及水性漆。油漆是以有机溶剂为介质或高固体、无溶剂的油性漆。水性漆是可用水溶解或用水分散的涂料。涂料作为家庭装修的主材之一,在装饰装修中占的比例较大,购买涂料的合格与否直接影响到整体装修效果和居室的环境,有时甚至会对人体的健康产生极大的危害。目前随着各种各样涂料的产生,对涂料的品质要求也不断提高,而不断提高涂料质量对于建筑、生活都可以起到很大的帮助作用。
发明内容
本发明目的就是提供一种环保弹性涂料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种环保弹性涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
1,3-二溴-5,5-二甲基海因0.5-1、钨酸铵0.8-2、棕榈蜡2-3、聚醚二元醇2-4、水解聚马来酸酐1-2、石墨粉10-14、硫酸锌0.7-1、氢氧化镁1-3、磷酸三乙酯0.4-1、微细二氧化硅气凝胶2-4、十二烷基硫酸钠 2-4、苯乙烯140-200、去离子水500-600、丙烯酸丁酯140-200、过硫酸钠3-6、OP-10 2-3、粘结助剂4-5;
所述的粘结助剂是由下述重量份的各原料组成的:
铝溶胶20-30、硫酸铝铵1-3、羊毛脂1-2、聚乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯0.6-1、无水乙醇3-4、丙烯酸异辛酯2-4、过硫酸钾2-3、乳化剂OP-100.5-1、香樟木微粉2-4、去离子水15-20;
将无水乙醇加热到70-75℃,加入羊毛脂,搅拌均匀,得醇脂溶液;
将香樟木微粉加入到铝溶胶中,加入聚乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯,升高温度为55-60℃,100-200转/分搅拌分散3-5分钟,得分散液;
将过硫酸钾与丙烯酸异辛酯混合,在60-70℃下搅拌混合2-3分钟,加入分散液,搅拌至常温,加入上述醇脂溶液,60-100转/分搅拌混合5-10分钟,加入剩余各原料,200-400转/分搅拌分散3-5分钟,即得所述粘结助剂。
一种环保弹性涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)取上述苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯混合,得单体a;
(2)取十二烷基硫酸钠,加入上述去离子水重量的30-40%,搅拌均匀后加入微细二氧化硅气凝胶、OP-10,在50-70℃保温搅拌15-20分钟,冷却至常温,得预乳液;
(3)取过硫酸钠,加入剩余去离子水重量的10-20%,搅拌均匀,得引发剂溶液;
(4)取上述单体a重量的70-80%、预乳液重量的40-50%、引发剂溶液重量的50-60%,混合,加入1,3-二溴-5,5-二甲基海因,在75-80℃下保温搅拌10-20分钟,得预混单体;
(5)将剩余的单体a、剩余的预乳液、剩余的引发剂溶液混合,70-90℃下保温搅拌30-50分钟,滴加上述预混单体,滴加时间为2-3小时,滴加完毕后在80-85℃下保温2-3小时,降低温度至40-50℃,调节pH 值至7-8,用200-250 目过滤筛过滤;
(6)将上述步骤(5)得到的物料与剩余各原料混合,800-1200转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述环保弹性涂料。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的涂料成膜效果好,质感强,表面流平性好,对基材的粘结效果好,不容易气泡、不易脱落、断裂,无有害成分挥发,安全环保。本发明的粘结助剂中加入的香樟木微粉具有良好的抗磨性、热稳定性好化学稳定性,铝溶胶与硫酸铝铵、羊毛脂、丙烯酸异辛酯、过硫酸钾混合,具有优异的粘结性能,可以增强涂层表面抗性和稳定性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种环保弹性涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
1,3-二溴-5,5-二甲基海因0.5、钨酸铵0.8、棕榈蜡3、聚醚二元醇2、水解聚马来酸酐2、石墨粉14、硫酸锌0.7、氢氧化镁1、磷酸三乙酯0.4、微细二氧化硅气凝胶2、十二烷基硫酸钠 2、苯乙烯200、去离子水600、丙烯酸丁酯200、过硫酸钠6、OP-10 2、粘结助剂5;
所述的粘结助剂是由下述重量份的各原料组成的:
铝溶胶30、硫酸铝铵3、羊毛脂1、聚乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯0.6、无水乙醇4、丙烯酸异辛酯2、过硫酸钾2、乳化剂OP-100.5、香樟木微粉2、去离子水20;
将无水乙醇加热到75℃,加入羊毛脂,搅拌均匀,得醇脂溶液;
将香樟木微粉加入到铝溶胶中,加入聚乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯,升高温度为55-60℃,200转/分搅拌分散3分钟,得分散液;
将过硫酸钾与丙烯酸异辛酯混合,在70℃下搅拌混合3分钟,加入分散液,搅拌至常温,加入上述醇脂溶液,100转/分搅拌混合10分钟,加入剩余各原料,400转/分搅拌分散5分钟,即得所述粘结助剂。
一种环保弹性涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)取上述苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯混合,得单体a;
(2)取十二烷基硫酸钠,加入上述去离子水重量的40%,搅拌均匀后加入微细二氧化硅气凝胶、OP-10,在70℃保温搅拌20分钟,冷却至常温,得预乳液;
(3)取过硫酸钠,加入剩余去离子水重量20%,搅拌均匀,得引发剂溶液;
(4)取上述单体a重量的70-80%、预乳液重量的40%、引发剂溶液重量的60%,混合,加入1,3-二溴-5,5-二甲基海因,在80℃下保温搅拌20分钟,得预混单体;
(5)将剩余的单体a、剩余的预乳液、剩余的引发剂溶液混合,90℃下保温搅拌50分钟,滴加上述预混单体,滴加时间为3小时,滴加完毕后在85℃下保温3小时,降低温度至50℃,调节pH 值至8,用250 目过滤筛过滤;
(6)将上述步骤(5)得到的物料与剩余各原料混合,1200转/分搅拌分散30分钟,即得所述环保弹性涂料。
性能测试:
延伸率:≥300% ;
不透水性:0.3MPa( 一个小时不透水)。

1.一种环保弹性涂料,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
1,3-二溴-5,5-二甲基海因0.5-1、钨酸铵0.8-2、棕榈蜡2-3、聚醚二元醇2-4、水解聚马来酸酐1-2、石墨粉10-14、硫酸锌0.7-1、氢氧化镁1-3、磷酸三乙酯0.4-1、微细二氧化硅气凝胶2-4、十二烷基硫酸钠 2-4、苯乙烯140-200、去离子水500-600、丙烯酸丁酯140-200、过硫酸钠3-6、OP-10 2-3、粘结助剂4-5;
所述的粘结助剂是由下述重量份的各原料组成的:
铝溶胶20-30、硫酸铝铵1-3、羊毛脂1-2、聚乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯0.6-1、无水乙醇3-4、丙烯酸异辛酯2-4、过硫酸钾2-3、乳化剂OP-100.5-1、香樟木微粉2-4、去离子水15-20;
将无水乙醇加热到70-75℃,加入羊毛脂,搅拌均匀,得醇脂溶液;
将香樟木微粉加入到铝溶胶中,加入聚乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯,升高温度为55-60℃,100-200转/分搅拌分散3-5分钟,得分散液;
将过硫酸钾与丙烯酸异辛酯混合,在60-70℃下搅拌混合2-3分钟,加入分散液,搅拌至常温,加入上述醇脂溶液,60-100转/分搅拌混合5-10分钟,加入剩余各原料,200-400转/分搅拌分散3-5分钟,即得所述粘结助剂。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的环保弹性涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)取上述苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯混合,得单体a;
(2)取十二烷基硫酸钠,加入上述去离子水重量的30-40%,搅拌均匀后加入微细二氧化硅气凝胶、OP-10,在50-70℃保温搅拌15-20分钟,冷却至常温,得预乳液;
(3)取过硫酸钠,加入剩余去离子水重量的10-20%,搅拌均匀,得引发剂溶液;
(4)取上述单体a重量的70-80%、预乳液重量的40-50%、引发剂溶液重量的50-60%,混合,加入1,3-二溴-5,5-二甲基海因,在75-80℃下保温搅拌10-20分钟,得预混单体;
(5)将剩余的单体a、剩余的预乳液、剩余的引发剂溶液混合,70-90℃下保温搅拌30-50分钟,滴加上述预混单体,滴加时间为2-3小时,滴加完毕后在80-85℃下保温2-3小时,降低温度至40-50℃,调节pH 值至7-8,用200-250 目过滤筛过滤;
(6)将上述步骤(5)得到的物料与剩余各原料混合,800-1200转/分搅拌分散20-30分钟,即得所述环保弹性涂料。
