技术领域
本发明涉及一种可阻燃抗老化泡沫材料。
背景技术
等规聚丙烯是具有等规构型结构的聚丙烯,是一种高结晶性热塑性树脂,具有优良的刚性和高温抗冲击性。
聚丙烯 (PP) 泡沫塑料制品因具有良好的热稳定性 ( 最高使用温度达 130℃ ) 和高温下较好的制品尺寸稳定性,较高的韧性、拉伸强度和冲击强度,优异的微波适应性以及环保友好而倍受重视,从而成为聚苯乙烯(PS)泡沫塑料、聚氨酯(PU)泡沫塑料的良好替代品。目前,聚丙烯泡沫制品广泛应用于食品及食品包装领域,例如 :托盘、碗碟、盒、盆、饮料杯、密封盒及饮用水瓶等用密封垫、肉品包装、微波炉餐具等。而这些领域对卫生健康要求较高。
阻燃发泡材料因其具有质轻、阻燃等性能,被广泛用于各种需要防火的场合。但现有阻燃发泡材料,其阻燃性能仍不是太理想,无法满足某些防火要求较高的场合,在使用上还是受到一些局限。
泡沫材料作为各种复合材料的夹芯结构主要用来增加刚度、减轻重量。结构泡沫材料还具有吸水性低、隔音绝热效果好等特性,使其成为要求具有高强度和低密度领域的理想材料。然而,现有的广告用高抗压聚苯乙烯泡沫材料,压缩强度低。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可阻燃抗老化泡沫材料。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明泡沫材料具有优异阻燃效果,还有优良的力学性能,密度小、质量轻,加入抗氧剂能够提高抗老化性能,并同时具有保温、隔热、吸水率低等优点,因此在食品包装及家用设备等生产生活的各方面起到重要作用。
