本发明公开了一种导电塑胶板及其制作方法,包括:导电基体板和表面导电布,所述表面导电布热合在导电基体板表面,所述导电基体板为聚碳酸酯、聚丙烯、十溴二苯醚、三氧化二锑、玻璃纤维、染色剂和导电炭黑混合制成的塑胶平板,所述表面导电布为腈纶铜络合纤维制成,导电塑胶板通过备料、混合、干燥、制板、热合和切割后制成。通过上述方式,本发明指出的一种导电塑胶板及其制作方法,采用了多种成分,制得的导电塑胶板表面具有出色的导电性,在使用过程中可减少与元器件的接触不良,阻燃性好,使用更加的安全,制作工艺简便,生产效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及导电塑胶板生产领域,特别是涉及一种导电塑胶板及其制作方法。
背景技术
传统认知上,通常认为塑料导电性差,因此常被用来制作导线的绝缘外套,而导电塑料是将树脂和导电物质混合,用塑料的加工方式进行加工的功能型高分子材料,赋予塑料一定的导电性能。
导电塑胶板是指具有一定导电性能的塑胶板。导电塑胶板多用于电子元器件的防静电和抗干扰领域,而在电力传输或者元器件的线性连接领域使用较少,主要是因为普通的导电塑胶板在使用过程中,容易造成元器件的接触不良,而且导电性能差,应用范围有限,需要进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种导电塑胶板及其制作方法,制得的导电塑胶板导电性能好,方便与各种元器件的顺畅连接。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种导电塑胶板,包括:导电基体板和表面导电布,所述表面导电布热合在导电基体板表面,所述导电基体板为聚碳酸酯、聚丙烯、十溴二苯醚、三氧化二锑、玻璃纤维、染色剂和导电炭黑混合制成的塑胶平板,所述表面导电布为腈纶铜络合纤维制成,所述导电基体板中各成分所占的重量份数为聚碳酸酯60~66份、聚丙烯8~14份、十溴二苯醚2~3份、三氧化二锑1~3份、玻璃纤维3~9份、染色剂2~8份和导电炭黑15~21份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述表面导电布热合在导电基体板的单个表面或者多个表面。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述导电基体板中各成分所占的重量份数具体为聚碳酸酯60份、聚丙烯8份、十溴二苯醚2份、三氧化二锑3份、玻璃纤维5份、染色剂2份和导电炭黑20份。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种导电塑胶板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
备料:根据生产任务,按照以下重量份数准备各原料:聚碳酸酯60份、聚丙烯9份、十溴二苯醚2份、三氧化二锑3份、玻璃纤维5份、染色剂2份和导电炭黑20份;
混合和干燥:把称重后的原料投入搅拌机中搅拌,并给搅拌机筒壁进行加热,温度保持在60~70℃,并监测搅拌机端口的湿度;
制板:将干燥后的原料投入塑胶挤出机中,加热熔化后注入模具制成塑胶平板,定型后拉出;
热合:趁热将腈纶铜络合纤维制成的表面导电布贴合在塑胶平板的表面,牵引至电加热辊处进行加热和压合,使得表面导电布熔合在塑胶平板的表面形成初步导电塑胶板;
切割:将初步导电塑胶板进行冷却和切割,制成标准规格的导电塑胶板。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述制板以及热合步骤可替换为:将模具进行预加热,接着将腈纶铜络合纤维制成的表面导电布贴合在模具的形腔表面,然后将干燥后的原料投入塑胶挤出机中,加热熔化后注入模具制成塑胶平板,使得表面导电布热合在塑胶平板的表面,最后冷却定型并拉出。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明指出的一种导电塑胶板及其制作方法,采用了多种成分,制得的导电塑胶板表面具有出色的导电性,在使用过程中可减少与元器件的接触不良,阻燃性好,使用更加的安全,制作工艺简便,生产效率高。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例包括:
一种导电塑胶板,包括:导电基体板和表面导电布,所述表面导电布热合在导电基体板表面,提高导电基体板上表面导电布所在面的导电性能,所述导电基体板为聚碳酸酯、聚丙烯、十溴二苯醚、三氧化二锑、玻璃纤维、染色剂和导电炭黑混合制成的塑胶平板,所述表面导电布为腈纶铜络合纤维制成,所述导电基体板中各成分所占的重量份数为聚碳酸酯60~66份、聚丙烯8~14份、十溴二苯醚2~3份、三氧化二锑1~3份、玻璃纤维3~9份、染色剂2~8份和导电炭黑15~21份。
进一步的,所述表面导电布热合在导电基体板的单个表面或者多个表面。根据需要可单独在导电基体板的各个面进行表面导电布的热合,减少不必要的浪费。
进一步的,所述导电基体板中各成分所占的重量份数具体为聚碳酸酯60份、聚丙烯8份、十溴二苯醚2份、三氧化二锑3份、玻璃纤维5份、染色剂2份和导电炭黑20份。精确的配比,对制作工艺的指导意义重大,提高生产的效率,而且有利于原料的合理采购。
一种导电塑胶板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
备料:根据生产任务,按照以下重量份数准备各原料:聚碳酸酯60份、聚丙烯9份、十溴二苯醚2份、三氧化二锑3份、玻璃纤维5份、染色剂2份和导电炭黑20份;
混合和干燥:把称重后的原料投入搅拌机中搅拌,并给搅拌机筒壁进行加热,随着原料的搅拌,加热更加的均匀,温度保持在60~70℃,并监测搅拌机端口的湿度,标准化的操作确保原料的绝对干燥;
制板:将干燥后的原料投入塑胶挤出机中,加热熔化后注入模具制成塑胶平板,定型后拉出,制得的塑胶平板具有均匀的导电性能;
热合:趁热将腈纶铜络合纤维制成的表面导电布贴合在塑胶平板的表面,减少贴合时塑胶平板的再加热,节省电力,牵引至电加热辊处进行加热和压合,使得表面导电布熔合在塑胶平板的表面形成初步导电塑胶板,表面导电布与塑胶平板的表面合为一体,提高了塑胶平板表面的导电性能;
切割:将初步导电塑胶板进行冷却和切割,制成标准规格的导电塑胶板。
在本发明一种导电塑胶板的制作方法中,所述制板以及热合步骤可替换为:将模具进行预加热,接着将腈纶铜络合纤维制成的表面导电布贴合在模具的形腔表面,然后将干燥后的原料投入塑胶挤出机中,加热熔化后注入模具制成塑胶平板,使得表面导电布热合在塑胶平板的表面,最后冷却定型并拉出,避免了电加热辊的使用,更加的经济,但模具需要打开进行表面导电布的贴合,生产效率有所降低。
综上所述,本发明指出的一种导电塑胶板及其制作方法,制得的导电塑胶板具有出色的导电性,与元器件的接触更加的通畅,应用范围更加广泛,生产效率高,工艺过程简单,性价比高。

1.一种导电塑胶板的制作方法,所述导电塑胶板包括导电基体板和表面导电布,所述表面导电布热合在导电基体板表面,所述导电基体板为聚碳酸酯、聚丙烯、十溴二苯醚、三氧化二锑、玻璃纤维、染色剂和导电炭黑混合制成的塑胶平板,所述表面导电布为腈纶铜络合纤维制成,所述表面导电布热合在导电基体板的单个表面或者多个表面,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
备料:根据生产任务,按照以下重量份数准备各原料:聚碳酸酯60份、聚丙烯9份、十溴二苯醚2份、三氧化二锑3份、玻璃纤维5份、染色剂2份和导电炭黑20份;
混合和干燥:把称重后的原料投入搅拌机中搅拌,并给搅拌机筒壁进行加热,温度保持在60~70℃,并监测搅拌机端口的湿度;
制板:将干燥后的原料投入塑胶挤出机中,加热熔化后注入模具制成塑胶平板,定型后拉出;
热合:趁热将腈纶铜络合纤维制成的表面导电布贴合在塑胶平板的表面,牵引至电加热辊处进行加热和压合,使得表面导电布熔合在塑胶平板的表面形成初步导电塑胶板;
切割:将初步导电塑胶板进行冷却和切割,制成标准规格的导电塑胶板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导电塑胶板的制作方法,其特征在于,所述制板以及热合步骤可替换为:将模具进行预加热,接着将腈纶铜络合纤维制成的表面导电布贴合在模具的形腔表面,然后将干燥后的原料投入塑胶挤出机中,加热熔化后注入模具制成塑胶平板,使得表面导电布热合在塑胶平板的表面,最后冷却定型并拉出。
