本发明公开了一种专用于换挡摆杆的毛刺去除夹紧机构,包括工作台、滑动托板,滑动托板的上方固设有汽车摆杆套装圆柱、汽车摆杆防转块、水平气缸、汽车摆杆销孔定位顶杆,滑动托板前侧壁铰接有一根手动摆杆,滑动托板的前后两侧各设置有两个左右间隔布置的轴承为滑动托板的左右移动导向,滑动托板的颈部的左右两侧各设置有一限位板为滑动托板的左右移动限位。构思新颖,设计巧妙,操作方便,自动化程度高,显著提高了生产效率和产品一致性,具有广泛的推广价值。

一种专用于换挡摆杆的毛刺去除夹紧机构
技术领域
本发明机械加工设备技术领域,具体涉及一种用于去除汽车变速器换挡摆杆上销孔内毛刺的夹紧机构。
背景技术
换挡摆杆是汽车变速器的重要部件之一,结合图1、图2所示,换挡摆杆包括本体A,本体1的一端为球头B,另一端为钢球槽C,本体A上开有换挡轴安装孔D和定位销孔E,定位销孔E与换挡轴安装孔D垂直。
定位销孔E贯通整个本体A,定位销孔E机加后会在销孔内留下毛刺,影响换挡轴的安装,常规去毛刺的方法是由人工利用锉刀,将锉刀伸入换挡轴安装孔D内去除毛刺。这种去毛刺的方法效率低,且产品一致性差。
发明内容
本发明针对上述技术问题进行改进,拟提供一种专用于换挡摆杆的毛刺去除夹紧机构,自动化程度高,效率高且产品一致性好。
为此,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种专用于换挡摆杆的毛刺去除夹紧机构,包括工作台,关键在于:所述工作台上设置有滑动托板,所述滑动托板的中部宽度小于上下两端的宽度形成颈部,所述滑动托板的上方固设有汽车摆杆套装圆柱和汽车摆杆防转块,所述汽车摆杆防转块共两个,位于汽车摆杆套装圆柱的正后方且左右对称布置;所述滑动托板的上方还安装有水平气缸,水平气缸驱动汽车摆杆销孔定位顶杆左右移动,汽车摆杆销孔定位顶杆的左端头位于汽车摆杆套装圆柱的正右侧;
所述滑动托板前侧壁的中间位置处铰接有一根手动摆杆,所述滑动托板的前后两侧各设置有两个左右间隔布置的轴承为滑动托板的左右移动导向,所述轴承通过各自的安装轴安装固定,所述滑动托板的颈部的左右两侧各设置有一限位板为滑动托板的左右移动限位,且每个限位板的前后两端分别固定在同侧的两安装轴上。
使用方法:首先放置待加工工件,将换挡轴安装孔套入汽车摆杆套装圆柱上,同时将球头卡入两汽车摆杆防转块之间,从而限制工件旋转,再启动水平气缸,水平气缸驱动汽车摆杆销孔定位顶杆向左移动,汽车摆杆销孔定位顶杆正好抵在换挡摆杆销孔的右端,进一步保证换挡摆杆在去毛刺过程中可靠定位。将旋转锉刀(刀具)伸入到换挡轴安装孔内,握住手动摆杆,向左扳动手动摆杆,带动滑动托板向右移动,滑动托板的右颈部抵在右侧限位板上即为到位,再由旋转锉刀去除定位销孔右内端的毛刺,再向右扳动手动摆杆去除定位销孔左内端的毛刺。四个呈矩形布置的轴承为滑动托板的左右移动导向,并减少了移动过程中的摩擦阻力。
作为上述方案的优选,所述滑动托板的上部宽度小于下部宽度。
本发明的有益效果:构思新颖,设计巧妙,操作方便,自动化程度高,显著提高了生产效率和产品一致性,具有广泛的推广价值。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例并结合附图,对本发明作进一步说明:
结合图3、图4所示,一种专用于换挡摆杆的毛刺去除夹紧机构,由工作台1、滑动托板6、汽车摆杆套装圆柱7、水平气缸8、汽车摆杆销孔定位顶杆9、手动摆杆10、四个轴承11、四根安装轴12、两个汽车摆杆防转块13、两个限位板14等组成。除水平气缸8、汽车摆杆销孔定位顶杆9外,毛刺去除夹紧机构整体为左右对称结构。
工作台1上设置有滑动托板6,滑动托板6的中部宽度小于上下两端的宽度形成颈部6a。滑动托板6采用上、中、下三块宽度不等的钢板制成并固连成一体。滑动托板6的上方固设有汽车摆杆套装圆柱7和汽车摆杆防转块13。汽车摆杆防转块13共两个,位于汽车摆杆套装圆柱7的正后方且左右对称布置。汽车摆杆套装圆柱7的直径与工件的换挡轴安装孔直径匹配,汽车摆杆防转块13的间距与工件的球头宽度匹配。滑动托板6的上方还安装有水平气缸8,水平气缸8驱动汽车摆杆销孔定位顶杆9左右移动,汽车摆杆销孔定位顶杆9的左端头位于汽车摆杆套装圆柱7的正右侧。工作时,水平气缸8驱动汽车摆杆销孔定位顶杆9向左移动,汽车摆杆销孔定位顶杆9正好抵在工件销孔的右端。汽车摆杆销孔定位顶杆9的左端头为锥形头,且最小直径应比工件销孔的直径稍小。
滑动托板6前侧壁的中间位置处铰接有一根手动摆杆10,手动摆杆10可左右摆动,如图中箭头所示。滑动托板6的前后两侧各设置有两个左右间隔布置的轴承11为滑动托板6的左右移动导向,共四个轴承11,呈矩形布置。轴承11通过各自的安装轴12安装固定,滑动托板6的颈部6a的左右两侧各设置有一限位板14为滑动托板6的左右移动限位,且每个限位板14的前后两端分别固定在同侧的两安装轴12上。限位板14的高度不得大于滑动托板6的颈部6a的高度,以保证限位板14能伸入滑动托板6的颈部6a内。
最好是,滑动托板6的上部宽度小于下部宽度。
如图4所示,支撑柱2安装在工作台1上,支撑柱2的顶部设置有机头部,机头部由驱动电机3、手动转盘4和旋转锉刀5组成。驱动电机3带动旋转锉刀5转动,手动转盘4通过齿轮齿条机构带动旋转锉刀5上下运动,为立式钻床中常用的结构,在此不再赘述。汽车摆杆套装圆柱7位于旋转锉刀5的正下方。

1.一种专用于换挡摆杆的毛刺去除夹紧机构,包括工作台(1),其特征在于:所述工作台(1)上设置有滑动托板(6),所述滑动托板(6)的中部宽度小于上下两端的宽度形成颈部(6a),滑动托板(6)采用上、中、下三块宽度不等的钢板制成并固连成一体,所述滑动托板(6)的上方固设有汽车摆杆套装圆柱(7)和汽车摆杆防转块(13),所述汽车摆杆防转块(13)共两个,位于汽车摆杆套装圆柱(7)的正后方且左右对称布置;所述滑动托板(6)的上方还安装有水平气缸(8),水平气缸(8)驱动汽车摆杆销孔定位顶杆(9)左右移动,汽车摆杆销孔定位顶杆(9)的左端头位于汽车摆杆套装圆柱(7)的正右侧;
所述滑动托板(6)前侧壁的中间位置处铰接有一根手动摆杆(10),所述滑动托板(6)的前后两侧各设置有两个左右间隔布置的轴承(11)为滑动托板(6)的左右移动导向,所述轴承(11)通过各自的安装轴(12)安装固定,所述滑动托板(6)的颈部(6a)的左右两侧各设置有一限位板(14)为滑动托板(6)的左右移动限位,且每个限位板(14)的前后两端分别固定在同侧的两安装轴(12)上。
