Abstract

本发明公开了一种线切割棒材夹具,属于夹具技术领域,包括V型块和U型夹,U型夹的两个自由端设置有向U型夹中心弯折的L型段,V型块的两侧面开设有滑槽,U型夹的L型段沿滑槽滑动嵌合在滑槽内,U型夹的顶部开设有螺纹通孔,螺纹通孔内匹配设置有螺栓。通过U型夹上的螺栓将V型块上的棒材夹紧,并且对于不同尺寸的棒材均可通过螺栓拧紧抵至棒材表面实现夹紧,U型夹可滑动至相应位置实现不同的夹紧位以便加工,操作简单快捷,提高了效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及夹具技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种线切割棒材夹具。
背景技术
线切割加工是利用电极丝与工件二极之间脉冲放电时产生的对工件的熔蚀效果来实现的,正常切割时,电极丝与工件之间是非接触状态,不存在切削力。因此,线切割加工时工件的装夹一般只需考虑工件的定位,线切割加工中的夹紧主要是为了防止工件在受到外力作用下而可能发生的位移。在多次的手动穿丝和去除废料的过程中均可能与工件相碰而引起工件的移动,切割时机床的振动也可能引起工件位置的改变,因此需要一定强度的夹紧。现在普遍是通过压板两端分别压在工件与垫块上,再将压板通过螺栓和位于工作台T型槽内的螺母固定在切割机的工作台上,每次更换不同的工件都需要调整不同的垫块,以达到与工件相同的高度,较为繁琐,影响效率,尤其是对棒状材料,有较多的直径规格,更换垫块或使垫块层叠以满足高度,消耗较多的时间。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种线切割棒材夹具,以解决现有线切割夹具通过垫块及压板实现夹紧而带来的操作繁琐、消耗较多时间、影响效率的问题。
为实现本发明目的,采用的技术方案为:一种线切割棒材夹具,包括V型块和U型夹,U型夹的两个自由端设置有向U型夹中心弯折的L型段,V型块的两侧面开设有滑槽,U型夹的L型段沿滑槽滑动嵌合在滑槽内,U型夹的顶部开设有螺纹通孔,螺纹通孔内匹配设置有螺栓。
进一步地,U型夹的顶部固定设置有柱体,所述螺纹通孔开设在柱体上。
进一步地,U型夹为铁夹。
本发明的有益效果是,通过U型夹上的螺栓将V型块上的棒材夹紧,并且对于不同尺寸的棒材均可通过螺栓拧紧抵至棒材表面实现夹紧,U型夹可滑动至相应位置实现不同的夹紧位以便加工,操作简单快捷,提高了效率。

图1示出了本发明提供的线切割棒材夹具,包括V型块1和U型夹2,U型夹2的两个自由端设置有向U型夹2中心弯折的L型段3,V型块1的两侧面开设有滑槽4,U型夹2的L型段3沿滑槽4滑动嵌合在滑槽4内,U型夹2的顶部开设有螺纹通孔,螺纹通孔内匹配设置有螺栓5。
U型夹2的顶部固定设置有柱体6,螺纹通孔开设在柱体6上,增加了螺纹段的长度,使夹紧更加可靠。U型夹2可为铁制的夹。夹紧时螺栓5旋拧抵在棒材7表面。

1. 一种线切割棒材夹具,其特征在于,包括V型块和U型夹,U型夹的两个自由端设置有向U型夹中心弯折的L型段,V型块的两侧面开设有滑槽,U型夹的L型段沿滑槽滑动嵌合在滑槽内,U型夹的顶部开设有螺纹通孔,螺纹通孔内匹配设置有螺栓。
2.根据权利要求1所述的线切割棒材夹具,其特征在于,U型夹的顶部固定设置有柱体,所述螺纹通孔开设在柱体上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的线切割棒材夹具,其特征在于,U型夹为铁夹。
