技术领域
本发明涉及一种兽用制剂，具体涉及一种治疗牛腐蹄病的中药喷雾剂。
背景技术
腐蹄病是牛秋、冬常见病，其病因主要是草料中钙、磷不平衡，致角质蹄部疏松，加上圈舍潮湿泥泞，蹄部经常为粪尿、泥浆浸泡，使局部组织软化。还有，石子、铁屑、坚硬的草木、玻璃碴等，会刺伤软组织而引起蹄部发炎。病牛食欲降低，喜趴卧，站立时患蹄负重减轻，走路跛行、疼痛，用叩诊锤或手按压蹄部时出现痛感。用刀切削扩创后，蹄底小孔或大洞中即有污黑的臭水流出，趾间也能看到溃疡面，上面覆盖着恶臭的坏死物。重者蹄冠红肿，痛感明显，牛产奶量明显下降。传统疗法有单独用抗生素封闭治疗、高锰酸钾、碘片－松节油疗法等，但治疗效果都不太理想。
中草药是我国特有的中医药理论与实践的产物，资源丰富，历史悠久，是人类最早应用的纯天然有机物质，据不完全统计，在目前兽医临床上使用的一千多种中草药中有二百多种作为饲料添加剂原料被利用。中草药具有功能性强、毒副作用小、药物残留量低、不易产生抗药性等特点。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种兽用制剂，用于治疗牛腐蹄病的中药喷雾剂，提高养殖经济效益。本发明是这样实现的：
一种兽用喷雾剂，其特征在于，它是由以下重量份数的原料组成：金樱子1～25份、鸡血藤1～25、犁头草1～20份、艾叶1～15份、松香1～10份、五倍子1～15份、干姜1～15份。
本发明配方按重量进一步优选为：金樱子20份、鸡血藤20、犁头草15份、艾叶10份、松香5份、五倍子10份、干姜10份。
本发明上述的口服液制剂具体制法如下：将配方量的中草药金樱子、鸡血藤、犁头草、艾叶、松香、五倍子、干姜分拣，去除各组分中的杂质，洗净、切片、加入到动态提取罐内，加水煎煮两次，每次2小时，合并煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩至相对密度约为1.02～1.05滤过，移至配液灌中，加入同体积的醋，搅拌均匀，调节pH值3.0～3.5，灭菌，分装，即得。
本发明上述的中药喷雾剂，还可以包括如下制药学可用的辅料：如防腐剂、载体等。
本发明使用方法为：距伤口5～10cm处，均匀喷洒，雾粒越细越好，一日2次，连用5～7日即可有效控制牛腐蹄病，使用方便。
本发明组方各成分功效解析如下：
金樱子：活血散瘀，祛风除湿，益精髓，壮筋骨。治疮疖、烧烫伤。
鸡血藤：主治风湿痹痛，手足麻木，肢体瘫痪，具有活血舒筋，养血调经的功效。
犁头草：清热解毒，凉血消肿，消炎拔毒。
艾叶：利阴气，生肌肉。
松香：祛风燥湿，生肌止痛，适用于痈疖疮疡，湿疹。
五倍子：增强治急疼痛的疗效，各种出血；痈肿疮疖。
干姜：治疗外伤化脓性感染。
本发明将上述原药材或原料组合使用，可最大限度地提高中药成分的功效，发挥互补和提升作用，提高牛群的抗病能力。
具体实施方式
实施例1：
一种治疗牛腐蹄病的中药喷雾剂，它由以下重量份数的原料组成：金樱子15份、鸡血藤25、犁头草15份、艾叶15份、松香5份、五倍子5份、干姜10份。
制备步骤如下：将配方量的中草药金樱子、鸡血藤、犁头草、艾叶、松香、五倍子、干姜分拣，去除各组分中的杂质，洗净、切片、加入到动态提取罐内，加水煎煮两次，每次2小时，合并煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩至相对密度约为1.02～1.05滤过，移至配液灌中，加入同体积的醋，搅拌均匀，调节pH值3.0～3.5，灭菌，分装，即得。
2013年8月，泰州某奶牛养殖场发生以奶牛跛行为特征，伴有蹄叉、蹄冠、系部出现红、肿、热、痛，甚至化脓坏死的急、慢性蹄部疾病，使牛场的产奶量下降，淘汰率上升，给该场发展造成较大的经济损失，养殖户已用高锰酸钾进行涂抹治疗，效果不佳。综合养殖户的叙述，再对病牛进行观察、诊断分析为腐蹄病。使用中药喷雾剂进行治疗，次日情况即出现明显好转，5日后基本康复。
实施例2：
一种治疗牛腐蹄病的中药喷雾剂，它由以下重量份数的原料组成：金樱子20份、鸡血藤25、犁头草10份、艾叶12份、松香8份、五倍子5份、干姜10份。
制备步骤如下：将配方量的中草药金樱子、鸡血藤、犁头草、艾叶、松香、五倍子、干姜分拣，去除各组分中的杂质，洗净、切片、加入到动态提取罐内，加水煎煮两次，每次2小时，合并煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩至相对密度约为1.02～1.05滤过，移至配液灌中，加入同体积的醋，搅拌均匀，调节pH值3.0～3.5，灭菌，分装，即得。
镇江某奶牛养殖户发现部分奶牛站立不稳，蹄趾间皮肤及蹄底破损处流黄色水样液，蹄匣松动，触诊疼痛反射敏，蹄底及蹄趾间皮肤肿胀，两趾外展，穿刺后很快渗出黄色脓汁。经兽医诊断分析为由于饲养环境恶劣，蹄部经常为粪尿、泥浆浸泡，使局部组织软化而感染腐蹄病。改善圈舍环境后，将病牛移至土质柔软、环境安静的地方使用中药喷雾剂进行治疗，使用2天情况即出现好转，5天后基本康复。
