本发明涉及一种治疗湿热痹阻型类风湿关节炎的中药配方。
背景技术
气血虚弱，不能儒养关节经脉，湿热邪气趁虚而入诱发湿热痹阻型关节炎。此类关节炎的特点是关节红肿热痛，遇冷疼痛减轻，口渴舌红，大便干结。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗湿热痹阻型类风湿关节炎的中药配方，其成本低、见效快、副作用小，清热祛湿，宣痹通络。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种湿热痹阻型类风湿关节炎的中药，由以下重量的原料药物制成：谷精草8-10克，黄柏6-10克，独活10-15克，桉叶3-6克，地龙12-20克，羌活8-15克，茵陈10-30克，炙甘草3-15克，防风6-18克，知母8-25克，泽泻6-20克，黄岑8-20克。
由下列重量的原料药物制成：谷精草10克，黄柏8克，独活12克，桉叶6克，地龙10克，羌活12克，茵陈12克，炙甘草12克，防风9克，知母9克，泽泻9克，黄岑9克。
上述中药为1副药的用药剂量，将上述中药放到砂锅中，加三碗水，大火烧开，中火煎熬，煎熬到剩余一碗水时，倒出药汁口服，每天三次，一副药可以喝2天。
本发明采用的原料药的药性、药理及作用如下：
谷精草：清热凉血，止痛消肿
黄柏：清热燥湿，泻火除蒸
独活：祛风除湿，宣痹止痛，发散风寒
桉叶：疏风解热，祛湿解毒
地龙：清热息风，通络利尿；解热镇静
羌活：散寒祛风，胜湿止痛，解表散寒，祛风止痛
茵陈：解肝郁热，抑制流感和肝炎病毒，促进胆汁分泌
炙甘草：益气补中，缓急止痛；缓解胃肠痉挛，调和诸药
防风：祛风盛湿，解痉止痛，解热镇痛
知母：清热泻火，生津润燥，解肌发表
泽泻：利水消肿，渗湿邪热
黄岑：清热凉血，泻火解毒；抗菌消炎，养阴
本发明根据现代中药药理，结合多年的临床试验，不断探索形成了一种湿热痹阻型类风湿关节炎的中药。经临床治疗有效率可达99％以上，治愈率达95％以上，见效快，能够抑制细菌，解热镇痛，具有清热除湿、宣痹通络的功效，取得了令人满意的疗效。
具体实施方式
下面结合实例对本发明作进一步的说明。
本发明的一种湿热痹阻型类风湿关节炎的中药，由下列重量的原料药物制成：谷精草10克，黄柏8克，独活12克，桉叶6克，地龙10克，羌活12克，茵陈12克，炙甘草12克，防风9克，知母9克，泽泻9克，黄岑9克。
上述中药为1副药的用药剂量，将上述中药放到砂锅中，加三碗水，大火烧开，中火煎熬，煎熬到剩余一碗水时，倒出药汁口服，每天三次，一副药可以喝2天。
根据临床观察疗效总结：
病例1，患者，男，23岁，患者症状：恶风发热，关节红肿热痛，伴有口渴。治疗：口服上述中药制剂，一疗程后症状减轻，继续服用一疗程后病症痊愈，注意调节身体后没有复发。
病例2，患者，女，48岁，患者症状：活动受限，局部发热，早晨起床时关节僵硬。治疗：口服上述中药制剂，一疗程后症状减轻，继续服用一疗程后病症痊愈，注意调节身体后没有复发。
病例3，患者，男，60岁，患者症状：受热关节疼痛加剧，受冷时疼痛减缓，小便短黄，大便干燥。治疗：口服上述中药制剂，一疗程后症状减轻，继续服用两疗程后病症痊愈，注意调节身体后没有复发。

1.一种湿热痹阻型类风湿关节炎的中药，其特征在于：由以下重量的原料药物制成：谷精草8-10克，黄柏6-10克，独活10-15克，桉叶3-6克，地龙12-20克，羌活8-15克，茵陈10-30克，炙甘草3-15克，防风6-18克，知母8-25克，泽泻6-20克，黄岑8-20克。
