技术领域
本发明属于中医药领域,涉及一种中药提取物及其制备方法,特别是涉及一种祛斑的中药提取物及其制备方法。
背景技术
雀斑为面部皮肤上的黄褐色点状色素沉着斑,系常染色体显性遗传。太阳直接照射可诱发和加重雀斑。雀斑在女性中较多,其数目随年龄增长而逐渐增加。好发于面部,特别是鼻部和两颊,可累及颈、肩、手背等暴露部位。损害为浅褐或暗褐色针头大小到绿豆大斑疹,圆形、卵圆形或不规则。夏季经日晒后皮疹颜色加深、数目增多,冬季则减轻或消失。常有家族史。黄褐斑也称肝斑,为面部的黄褐色色素沉着。多对称蝶形分布于颊部。多见于女性,血中雌激素水平高是主要原因,其发病与妊娠、长期口服避孕药、月经紊乱有关。
治疗雀斑和黄褐斑的中药较少,专利授权号为CN1207038A的发明公开了一种美容祛斑的中药组合物,包括当归、红花、珍珠粉、维生素E。该发明的中药组合物在祛斑上改善也并不明显。除此以外,大多数的中药在治疗雀斑和黄褐斑中没有较好的疗效,无法避免雀斑和黄褐斑在面部的沉积。因此需要对中药中的有效成分进行提取,来获得治疗雀斑和黄褐斑具有显著作用的中药提取物。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题:面部由于阳光照射或其他原因生成的黄褐斑与雀斑严重困扰着人们生活,生成的黄褐斑与雀斑祛除的方法并不多,中药治疗去处黄褐斑与雀斑的方法效果也较差,不能较好的祛除人们面部的黄褐斑和雀斑,因此需要一种祛斑的中药提取物及其制备方法。
技术方案:针对上述问题,本发明公开了一种祛斑的中药提取物,所述的祛斑的中药提取物包括下述重量份的提取物:冬瓜皮水提物为12~25份、沙苑子超临界萃取物为2~4份、问荆乙醇提取物为3~9份。
优选的,所述的一种祛斑的中药提取物,包括下述重量份的提取物:冬瓜皮水提物为12~25份、沙苑子超临界萃取物为2~4份、问荆乙醇提取物为3~9份、谷芽水提物为2~7份、芦荟胶为3~7份。
进一步优选的,所述的一种祛斑的中药提取物,包括下述重量份的提取物:冬瓜皮水提物为18份、沙苑子超临界萃取物为3份、问荆乙醇提取物为6份、谷芽水提物为5份、芦荟胶为6份。所述的冬瓜皮为干燥的冬瓜皮。
一种祛斑的中药提取物的制备方法,所述的中药提取物的制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将冬瓜皮用水进行提取,提取后分离真空浓缩,浓缩后为冬瓜皮水提物;(2)将沙苑子冷冻干燥、粉碎后进行超临界二氧化碳萃取,萃取后收集分离釜内液体,液体为沙苑子超临界萃取物;(3)将问荆烘干后粉碎,用无水乙醇进行溶剂提取,提取后过滤、浓缩得到问荆乙醇提取物;(4)将谷芽破碎后用纯水进行提取,提取后过滤,真空浓缩,为谷芽水提物;(5)将新鲜芦荟进行打浆,胶液与芦荟渣分离,制备得芦荟胶;(6)按重量取冬瓜皮水提物为12~25份、沙苑子超临界萃取物为2~4份、问荆乙醇提取物为3~9份、谷芽水提物为2~7份、芦荟胶为3~7份,将上述的提取物混合均匀,为具有祛斑功能的中药提取物。
优选的,所述的一种祛斑的中药提取物的制备方法,所述的中药提取物的制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)切取新鲜冬瓜皮,将新鲜冬瓜皮进行打浆,打浆后将冬瓜皮浸泡于水中2h,2h后用水进行提取,提取温度为45℃,提取时间为3h,料液比为1:5,提取后将上清液与沉淀通过离心分离,分离后将上清液进行真空浓缩,真空浓缩温度为50℃,浓缩后为冬瓜皮水提物;(2)将沙苑子首先进行冷冻干燥,冷冻干燥后将沙苑子粉碎,粉碎后进行超临界二氧化碳萃取,超临界二氧化碳萃取压力为25MPa,一级分离釜和二级分离釜压力均为7MPa,萃取温度为55℃,萃取时间为3h,萃取后收集分离釜内液体,液体为沙苑子超临界萃取物;(3)将问荆高温烘干后再粉碎,粉碎后用无水乙醇进行溶剂提取,提取温度为60℃,提取时间为2h,料液比为1:8,提取后过滤,过滤后将上清液真空浓缩得到问荆乙醇提取物;(4)取谷芽,将谷芽用破碎机进行破碎,破碎后用纯水进行提取,提取温度为55℃,提取时间为2h,料液比为1:7,提取后过滤,将滤液进行真空浓缩,浓缩物为谷芽水提物;(5)将新鲜芦荟进行打浆,打浆后将胶液与芦荟渣分离,制备得芦荟胶;(6)按重量取冬瓜皮水提物为12~25份、沙苑子超临界萃取物为2~4份、问荆乙醇提取物为3~9份、谷芽水提物为2~7份、芦荟胶为3~7份,将上述的提取物混合均匀,为具有祛斑功能的中药提取物。
在对中药中天然成分研究的基础上,本发明对不同药性的中药成分中具有特定的祛斑功能的成分进行了提取,提取后进行了混合,组合在一起的不同药性的提取物发挥了相应的协同作用,对祛斑具有较好的疗效。
有益效果:本发明的中药组合提取物在治疗雀斑和黄褐斑方面具有非常好的作用,将本发明的中药提取物稀释3倍后,涂在面部,患者面部的雀斑和黄褐斑得到了有效和全面的治愈。实施例测定结果表明,患者的雀斑和黄褐斑有效治愈率非常高,达到了86%至94%。

(1)切取新鲜冬瓜皮,将新鲜冬瓜皮进行打浆,打浆后将冬瓜皮浸泡于水中2h,2h后用水进行提取,提取温度为45℃,提取时间为3h,料液比为1:5,提取后将上清液与沉淀通过离心分离,分离后将上清液进行真空浓缩,真空浓缩温度为50℃,浓缩后为冬瓜皮水提物;(2)将沙苑子首先进行冷冻干燥,冷冻干燥后将沙苑子粉碎,粉碎后进行超临界二氧化碳萃取,超临界二氧化碳萃取压力为25MPa,一级分离釜和二级分离釜压力均为7MPa,萃取温度为55℃,萃取时间为3h,萃取后收集分离釜内液体,液体为沙苑子超临界萃取物;(3)将问荆高温烘干后再粉碎,粉碎后用无水乙醇进行溶剂提取,提取温度为60℃,提取时间为2h,料液比为1:8,提取后过滤,过滤后将上清液真空浓缩得到问荆乙醇提取物;(4)取谷芽,将谷芽用破碎机进行破碎,破碎后用纯水进行提取,提取温度为55℃,提取时间为2h,料液比为1:7,提取后过滤,将滤液进行真空浓缩,浓缩物为谷芽水提物;(5)将新鲜芦荟进行打浆,打浆后将胶液与芦荟渣分离,制备得芦荟胶;(6)按重量取冬瓜皮水提物为12份、沙苑子超临界萃取物为2份、问荆乙醇提取物为3份、谷芽水提物为7份、芦荟胶为3份,将上述的提取物混合均匀,为具有祛斑功能的中药提取物。
实施例4

实施例5
(1)切取新鲜冬瓜皮,将新鲜冬瓜皮进行打浆,打浆后将冬瓜皮浸泡于水中2h,2h后用水进行提取,提取温度为45℃,提取时间为3h,料液比为1:5,提取后将上清液与沉淀通过离心分离,分离后将上清液进行真空浓缩,真空浓缩温度为50℃,浓缩后为冬瓜皮水提物;(2)将沙苑子首先进行冷冻干燥,冷冻干燥后将沙苑子粉碎,粉碎后进行超临界二氧化碳萃取,超临界二氧化碳萃取压力为25MPa,一级分离釜和二级分离釜压力均为7MPa,萃取温度为55℃,萃取时间为3h,萃取后收集分离釜内液体,液体为沙苑子超临界萃取物;(3)将问荆高温烘干后再粉碎,粉碎后用无水乙醇进行溶剂提取,提取温度为60℃,提取时间为2h,料液比为1:8,提取后过滤,过滤后将上清液真空浓缩得到问荆乙醇提取物;(4)按重量取冬瓜皮水提物为12份、沙苑子超临界萃取物为2份、问荆乙醇提取物为3份,将上述的提取物混合均匀,为具有祛斑功能的中药提取物。
将本发明的实施例1至5的中药提取物稀释3倍后,涂在有雀斑或黄褐斑的患者面部,每个实施例的患者为10名,每天涂30min,周期为10天,10天后患者面部斑点的治愈情况如下。
10天后,实施例1的患者平均面部斑点有效治愈率为94%,实施例2的患者平均面部斑点有效治愈率为90%,实施例3的患者平均面部斑点有效治愈率为91%,实施例4的患者平均面部斑点有效治愈率为86%,实施例5的患者面部斑点有效治愈率为87%。
对比例:
按重量取当归为10份、红花为3份、珍珠粉为3份、维生素E为4份。煎熬后将提取液浓缩后涂在患者面部,患者为10名,每天涂30min,周期为10天,10天后患者面部斑点有效治愈率为55%,低于本发明的中药提取物的治愈情况。
Claims (10)
1.一种祛斑的中药提取物,其特征在于所述的祛斑的中药提取物包括下述重量份的提取物:冬瓜皮水提物为12~25份、沙苑子超临界萃取物为2~4份、问荆乙醇提取物为3~9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种祛斑的中药提取物,其特征在于所述的祛斑的中药提取物包括下述重量份的提取物:冬瓜皮水提物为12~25份、沙苑子超临界萃取物为2~4份、问荆乙醇提取物为3~9份、谷芽水提物为2~7份、芦荟胶为3~7份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种祛斑的中药提取物,其特征在于所述的祛斑的中药提取物中冬瓜皮水提物重量为18份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种祛斑的中药提取物,其特征在于所述的祛斑的中药提取物中沙苑子超临界萃取物重量为3份。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种祛斑的中药提取物,其特征在于所述的祛斑的中药提取物中问荆乙醇提取物重量为6份。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种祛斑的中药提取物,其特征在于所述的祛斑的中药提取物中谷芽水提物重量为5份。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种祛斑的中药提取物,其特征在于所述的祛斑的中药提取物中芦荟胶重量为6份。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种祛斑的中药提取物,其特征在于所述的祛斑的中药提取物中冬瓜皮为干燥的冬瓜皮。
9.根据权利要求2所述的一种祛斑的中药提取物的制备方法,其特征在于所述的中药提取物的制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将冬瓜皮用水进行提取,提取后分离真空浓缩,浓缩后为冬瓜皮水提物;(2)将沙苑子冷冻干燥、粉碎后进行超临界二氧化碳萃取,萃取后收集分离釜内液体,液体为沙苑子超临界萃取物;(3)将问荆烘干后粉碎,用无水乙醇进行溶剂提取,提取后过滤、浓缩得到问荆乙醇提取物;(4)将谷芽破碎后用纯水进行提取,提取后过滤,真空浓缩,为谷芽水提物;(5)将新鲜芦荟进行打浆,胶液与芦荟渣分离,制备得芦荟胶;(6)按重量取冬瓜皮水提物为12~25份、沙苑子超临界萃取物为2~4份、问荆乙醇提取物为3~9份、谷芽水提物为2~7份、芦荟胶为3~7份,将上述的提取物混合均匀,为具有祛斑功能的中药提取物。
