本发明公开了一种大流量过滤阀，包括阀体，所述阀体的一个端口设有盖板，另一个端口为进水流道，所述盖板和阀体形成一个圆柱形内腔，所述内腔中设有活塞，所述活塞为管状结构，所述活塞侧壁中心处设有环形凹槽，所述活塞的内腔中还设有增流圈，所述活塞和阀体侧壁之间还设有密封垫，所述活塞与密封垫匹配，所述阀体的侧壁上还设有中心流道、侧流道、出水流道和排污流道，所述中心流道和侧流道均与外接的处理槽连通。本发明通过在活塞内腔中设置了增流圈，在反洗时，水通过增流圈增加了25%的反洗流量，使反洗更充分。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种过滤阀，具体涉及一种大流量过滤阀。
背景技术
在软化水设备中，处理槽经过长期的工作，置换等会含有大量的杂质，一般通过反洗的过程来清除杂质，但是现有的大流量过滤阀由于流道结构，以及活塞结构只能支持较小的反洗流量，反洗不够充分，还会有一定量的杂质存在。
发明内容
发明目的：为了克服现有技术中存在的不足，本发明提供一种大流量过滤阀，解决了现有过滤阀反洗流量小，反洗不充分的问题。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种大流量过滤阀，包括包括阀体，所述阀体的一个端口设有盖板，另一个端口为进水流道，所述盖板和阀体形成一个圆柱形内腔，所述内腔中设有活塞，所述活塞为管状结构，所述活塞侧壁中心处设有环形凹槽，所述活塞的内腔中还设有增流圈，所述活塞和阀体侧壁之间还设有密封垫，所述活塞与密封垫匹配，所述阀体的侧壁上还设有中心流道、侧流道、出水流道和排污流道，所述中心流道和侧流道均与外接的处理槽连通。
所述活塞在内腔中往复运动，在正常产水时，所述活塞、阀体侧壁和密封垫配合堵住排污流道的端口，所述环形凹槽与阀体侧壁配合构成一条流道，所述流道连通中心流道与出水流道。
在反洗时，所述出水流道外部关闭，所述环形凹槽与阀体侧壁配合构成一条流道，所述流道连通侧流道与排污流道。
所述密封垫包括第一密封垫、第二密封垫、第三密封垫、第四密封垫和第五密封垫。
所述盖板上设有通孔，所述通孔与活塞的活塞杆匹配。
有益效果：本发明通过在活塞内腔中设置了增流圈，在反洗时，水通过增流圈增加了25%的反洗流量，使反洗更充分。

下面结合附图对本发明作更进一步的说明。
如图1所示：一种大流量过滤阀，包括包括阀体1，所述阀体1的一个端口设有盖板，所述盖板上设有通孔，所述通孔与活塞的活塞杆匹配，所述阀体1的另一个端口为进水流道2，所述盖板和阀体1形成一个圆柱形内腔，所述内腔中设有活塞，所述活塞为管状结构，所述活塞侧壁中心处设有环形凹槽13，所述活塞的内腔中还设有增流圈12，所述活塞和阀体1侧壁之间还设有密封垫，所述活塞与密封垫匹配，所述密封垫包括第一密封垫7、第二密封垫8、第三密封垫9、第四密封垫10和第五密封垫11，所述阀体1的侧壁上还设有中心流道3、侧流道4、出水流道5和排污流道6，所述中心流道3和侧流道4均与外接的处理槽连通。
所述活塞在内腔中往复运动，在正常产水时，所述活塞、阀体1侧壁和密封垫配合堵住排污流道6的端口，所述环形凹槽13与阀体1侧壁配合构成一条流道，所述流道连通中心流道3与出水流道5。
水从进水流道2进入，流入侧流道4进入处理槽，经处理后的软化水从中心流道3向上，从出水流道5排出。
如图2所示：为本发明反洗时的结构示意图。在反洗时，所述出水流道5外部关闭，所述环形凹槽13与阀体1侧壁配合构成一条流道，所述流道连通侧流道4与排污流道6。
水从进水流道2进入，流入活塞的内腔，再通过活塞内腔中的增流圈12，增流后的水流入中心流道3进入处理槽，冲洗杂质，然后通过侧流道4向上从排污流道6排出。
以上所述的一种大流量过滤阀，在反洗时将水流通过增流圈12，增加了25%的反洗流量，反洗更充分。

1.一种大流量过滤阀，其特征在于：包括包括阀体（1），所述阀体（1）的一个端口设有盖板，另一个端口为进水流道（2），所述盖板和阀体（1）形成一个圆柱形内腔，所述内腔中设有活塞，所述活塞为管状结构，所述活塞侧壁中心处设有环形凹槽（13），所述活塞的内腔中还设有增流圈（12），所述活塞和阀体（1）侧壁之间还设有密封垫，所述活塞与密封垫匹配，所述阀体（1）的侧壁上还设有中心流道（3）、侧流道（4）、出水流道（5）和排污流道（6），所述中心流道（3）和侧流道（4）均与外接的处理槽连通；
所述活塞在内腔中往复运动，在正常产水时，所述活塞、阀体（1）侧壁和密封垫配合堵住排污流道（6）的端口，所述环形凹槽（13）与阀体（1）侧壁配合构成一条流道，所述流道连通中心流道（3）与出水流道（5）；
在反洗时，所述出水流道（5）外部关闭，所述环形凹槽（13）与阀体（1）侧壁配合构成一条流道，所述流道连通侧流道（4）与排污流道（6）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大流量过滤阀，其特征在于：所述密封垫包括第一密封垫（7）、第二密封垫（8）、第三密封垫（9）、第四密封垫（10）和第五密封垫（11）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种大流量过滤阀，其特征在于：所述盖板上设有通孔，所述通孔与活塞的活塞杆匹配。
