Abstract

本发明涉及一种节能调节阀,包括温度显示装置和转换装置,温度显示装置为电子装置,随时显示锅炉排烟温度。转换装置由转轴、翻板、密封板、定位盘、调位开关、定位套构成,翻板固定在转轴上,安装在烟道中,随着转轴的转动而转动,其张开幅度的大小,决定着锅炉排烟量的大小及烟道的长短。当排烟温度高时,逆时针转动调节旋钮,调节阀的开度变小,当排烟温度低时,顺时针转动调节旋钮,调节阀的开度变大。本发明的有益效果是,该装置构造简单,操作简便,适用范围广,可安装在燃烧不同燃料的炉体中。能通过改变烟流量的大小来控制排烟温度,促进炉膛温度的稳定,使锅炉燃烧充分、热效率高,烟尘排放浓度低,更加环保节能。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种锅炉排烟调节阀,尤其是一种通过改变烟流量的大小来控制排烟温度的节能调节阀。
背景技术:
目前,我国所用的锅炉近85%是燃煤锅炉,由于燃烧设备设计不加及配附机不尽合理,锅炉热效率较低,排烟达不到环保标准,炉膛温度变化大。公知的自控锅炉自动化程度较高,热能转换率不断提升。但由于燃料性能的不同,常常导致排烟温度或高或低,热能损失大,很难达到炉膛温度的稳定,达不到节能减排和消烟环保的理想状态。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种能通过改变烟流量的大小来控制排烟温度,促进炉膛温度的稳定的节能调节阀。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种节能调节阀,包括温度显示装置和转换装置,其特征是:所述温度显示装置为电子装置,感温线末端连接至锅炉烟囱出口200mm处,通过热敏电阻传递的烟气温度信号至温度显示器,随时显示锅炉排烟温度。
根据所述的节能调节阀,其特征在于:所述的转换装置由转轴、翻板、密封板、定位盘、调位开关、定位套构成,转轴上设有翻板,转轴一端安装一个金属转轮,金属转轮安装在固定套内,另一端设有轴套,轴套依次穿过密封板和定位盘的中心圆孔,与定位开关相连接。
根据所述的节能调节阀,其特征在于:所述翻板固定在转轴上,安装在烟道中,随着转轴的转动而转动,其张开幅度的大小,决定着锅炉排烟量的大小及烟道的长短。
根据所述的节能调节阀,其特征在于:所述密封板为长方形金属板,其长与宽略大于锅炉上的安装口,用密封材料和紧固螺栓将锅炉上的安装口密封住,密封板外面安装一个设有温度显示器的外装饰罩。
根据所述的节能调节阀,其特征在于:所述定位盘固定在锅炉外包上,中心设有圆孔,圆孔直径大于转轴的直径,在定位盘的左上方均匀地设有多个定位孔。
根据所述的节能调节阀,其特征在于:所述调位开关包括调节旋钮、调节手柄和连接销螺栓,调节手柄的一端安装有调节旋钮,另一端通过连接销螺栓固定在转轴的一端横截面上,调节旋钮可根据需要,在不同的定位孔之间调动,当排烟温度高时,逆时针转动调节旋钮,调节阀的开度变小,当排烟温度低时,顺时针转动调节旋钮,调节阀的开度变大。
本发明的有益效果是,该装置构造简单,操作简便,适用范围广,可安装在燃烧不同燃料的炉体中。能通过改变烟流量的大小来控制排烟温度,促进炉膛温度的稳定,使锅炉燃烧充分、热效率高,烟尘排放浓度低,更加环保节能。

具体实施方式:
如图1、2所示,一种节能调节阀,包括温度显示装置和转换装置,温度显示装置为电子装置,感温线末端连接至锅炉烟囱出口200mm处,通过热敏电阻传递的烟气温度信号至温度显示器13,随时显示锅炉排烟温度。转换装置由转轴1、翻板3、密封板4、定位盘5、调位开关7、定位套8构成,转轴1上设有翻板3,转轴1一端安装一个金属转轮9,金属转轮9安装在定位套8内,另一端设有轴套2,轴套2依次穿过密封板4和定位盘5的中心圆孔,与调位开关7相连接。翻板3固定在转轴1上,安装在烟道中,随着转轴1的转动而转动,其张开幅度的大小,决定着锅炉排烟量的大小及烟道的长短。密封板4为长方形金属板,其长与宽略大于锅炉上的安装口,用密封材料和紧固螺栓将锅炉上的安装口密封住,密封板4外面安装一个设有温度显示器13的外装饰罩14。定位盘5固定在锅炉外包上,中心设有圆孔,圆孔直径大于转轴1的直径,在定位盘5的左上方均匀地设有多个定位孔6。调位开关7包括调节旋钮10、调节手柄11和连接销螺栓12,调节手柄11的一端安装有调节旋钮10,另一端通过连接销螺栓12固定在转轴1的一端横截面上,调节旋钮10可根据需要,在不同的定位孔6之间调动,当排烟温度高时,逆时针转动调节旋钮10,调节阀的开度变小,当排烟温度低时,顺时针转动调节旋钮10,调节阀的开度变大。

1.一种节能调节阀,包括温度显示装置和转换装置,其特征是:所述的转换装置由转轴、翻板、密封板、定位盘、调位开关、定位套构成,转轴上设有翻板,转轴一端安装一个金属转轮,金属转轮安装在定位套内,另一端设有轴套,轴套依次穿过密封板和定位盘的中心圆孔,与调位开关相连接;翻板固定在转轴上,安装在烟道中,随着转轴的转动而转动,其张开幅度的大小,决定着锅炉排烟量的大小及烟道的长短;所述密封板为长方形金属板,其长与宽略大于锅炉上的安装口,用密封材料和紧固螺栓将锅炉上的安装口密封住,密封板外面安装一个设有温度显示器的外装饰罩;所述调位开关包括调节旋钮、调节手柄和连接销螺栓,调节手柄的一端安装有调节旋钮,另一端通过连接销螺栓固定在转轴的一端横截面上,调节旋钮可根据需要,在不同的定位孔之间调动,当排烟温度高时,逆时针转动调节旋钮,调节阀的开度变小,当排烟温度低时,顺时针转动调节旋钮,调节阀的开度变大。
