本发明涉及一种生物新能源燃料。
背景技术
随着国际社会对全球气候变化影响大的日益关注,新能源的开发和应用再次成为全球关注的焦点话题,世界各国对于建设低碳经济以应对全球变暖的共识也不断得加强,向低碳经济转型已经成为世界经济发展的大趋势,作为经济正处于高速发展的最大的发展中国家,中国也同样面临经济发展与环境环保的双重挑战。在中国的化石能源中,基本特点是富煤、贫油、少气,即与石油和天然气比较而言,我国的煤炭的储量相对比较丰富,占世界储量的11.6%,这就决定了煤炭作为一次能源在我们经济建设中的重要地位,然而,随着我国经济建设的持续发展,化石能源中的煤炭使用所带来的环境污染问题日益突出,使得解决能源短缺问题和能源利用中的环境污染问题,将是人类可持续发展所面临的关键所在。为此,从长期的能源发展战略角度来审视,新能源和可再生能源的开发和利用,应从“零”排放或“低”排放的技术方向发展,也是保护环境、走向低碳经济社会可持续发展之路的基本保证。
