本发明涉及一种吊挂式可张合加热罩,包括一对长条形夹板,两夹板之间留有间隔,两夹板的下边沿各铰接有截面为圆弧状的长条形罩壳,两罩壳合拢后形成可容纳复合管道的桶形腔;两夹板之间的型腔内设有长条形活动板,夹板上开设有沿竖直方向设置的长孔,所述活动板上固连有穿过长孔并绕至夹板上方形成封闭结构的吊环,活动板上侧固连有若干个向上延伸至夹板上方的拉杆,拉杆上端与分布于其两侧的拉绳的上端固连,拉绳下端与对应侧的罩壳外侧固连。该吊挂式可张合加热罩保证复合管道周向受热更加均匀,防止因受热不均造成变形、开裂、粘结不紧密等问题,同时罩壳还能有效减少热量散失。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种吊挂式可张合加热罩,属于复合管道加工设备领域。
背景技术
现有复合管道的加工设备由于自身的结构缺陷,使得复合管道在周向存在受热不均的现象,造成复合管道出现变形,开裂,粘结不紧密等问题,严重影响产品的性能,造成废品率高,人力物力的浪费。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种使用方便,保证复合管道加工时受热均匀的吊挂式可张合加热罩。
本发明采用以下方案实现:一种吊挂式可张合加热罩,包括一对长条形夹板,两夹板之间留有间隔,两夹板两端固定于位于夹板两端的固定支架上,两夹板的下边沿各铰接有截面为圆弧状的长条形罩壳,两罩壳合拢后形成可容纳复合管道的桶形腔;两夹板之间的型腔内设有长条形活动板,夹板上开设有沿竖直方向设置的长孔,所述活动板上固连有穿过长孔并绕至夹板上方形成封闭结构的吊环,活动板上侧固连有若干个向上延伸至夹板上方的拉杆,拉杆上端与分布于其两侧的拉绳的上端固连,拉绳下端与对应侧的罩壳外侧固连以使吊环带动活动板向上运动时能够通过拉绳拉动两罩壳张开。
进一步的,所述夹板上与所述拉杆对应处设置有导轮,所述拉绳从导轮的内侧绕过。
进一步的,所述罩壳内侧沿其长度方向排列设置有远红外加热板。
进一步的,所述罩壳两端300~500mm长度范围内相邻两远红外加热板之间的间隔为5~10mm,罩壳中间段相邻两远红外加热板之间的间隔为40~60mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:该吊挂式可张合加热罩将被加工的复合管道包覆加热罩内,使复合管道周向受热更加均匀,防止因受热不均造成变形、开裂、粘结不紧密等问题,同时罩壳还能有效减少热量散失。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下将通过具体实施例和相关附图,对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1~3所示,一种吊挂式可张合加热罩,包括一对长条形夹板1,两夹板1之间留有间隔,两夹板1两端固定于位于夹板两端的固定支架2上,固定支架2固定于复合管道的两端,两夹板1的下边沿各铰接有截面为圆弧状的长条形罩壳3,罩壳的其中一长侧边与对应侧夹板的下边沿相铰接,使得两罩壳能够合拢张开,两罩壳3合拢后形成可容纳复合管道的桶形腔;两夹板1之间的型腔内设有长条形活动板4,夹板1上开设有沿竖直方向设置的长孔5,所述活动板4上固连有穿过长孔5并绕至夹板1上方形成封闭结构的吊环6,活动板4上侧固连有若干个向上延伸至夹板1上方的拉杆7,拉杆7上端与分布于其两侧的拉绳8的上端固连,拉绳8下端与对应侧的罩壳3外侧固连以使吊环6带动活动板4向上运动时能够通过拉绳8拉动两罩壳3张开,两罩壳3依靠自身的重力直线合拢已将复合管道包覆在内,当复合管道加工完成后,用吊机吊起吊环,则会使罩壳3张卡以取出复合管道。
在本实施例中,所述夹板1上与所述拉杆7对应处设置有导轮9,所述拉绳8从导轮的内侧绕过,经过导轮变向后,使得拉绳的受力方向更有利于拉动罩壳张开。
在本实施例中,所述罩壳3内侧沿其长度方向排列设置有远红外加热板10,通过远红外加热复合管道实现胶合粘结,罩壳能够使复合管道的周部受热更加均匀,防止受热不均造成变形、开裂、粘结不紧密等问题,同时罩壳还能有效减少热量散失。
在本实施例中,所述罩壳3两端300~500mm长度范围内相邻两远红外加热板10之间的间隔为5~15mm,罩壳3中间段相邻两远红外加热板10之间的间隔为40~60mm,由于复合管道两端散热比中间快,为了防止复合管道轴向受热不均匀,罩壳3两端的两远红外加热板排列的密集度大于中间段密集度,使得复合管道两端温度比中间段高30~50℃。

1.一种吊挂式可张合加热罩,其特征在于:包括一对长条形夹板,两夹板之间留有间隔,两夹板两端固定于位于夹板两端的固定支架上,两夹板的下边沿各铰接有截面为圆弧状的长条形罩壳,两罩壳合拢后形成可容纳复合管道的桶形腔;两夹板之间的型腔内设有长条形活动板,夹板上开设有沿竖直方向设置的长孔,所述活动板上固连有穿过长孔并绕至夹板上方形成封闭结构的吊环,活动板上侧固连有若干个向上延伸至夹板上方的拉杆,拉杆上端与分布于其两侧的拉绳的上端固连,拉绳下端与对应侧的罩壳外侧固连以使吊环带动活动板向上运动时能够通过拉绳拉动两罩壳张开;所述罩壳内侧沿其长度方向排列设置有远红外加热板;所述罩壳两端300~500mm长度范围内相邻两远红外加热板之间的间隔为5~10mm,罩壳中间段相邻两远红外加热板之间的间隔为40~60mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吊挂式可张合加热罩,其特征在于:所述夹板上与所述拉杆对应处设置有导轮,所述拉绳从导轮的内侧绕过。
