Abstract

本发明提供一种产品封装边条生产装置,它包括从上到下依次排列的注塑机、出料模具、成型模具;所述注塑机的出料口在下部,注塑机的出料口上装配有漏斗形状的出料模具,所述出料模具的下部装配有成对使用的成型模具,所述成型模具上包括有成型母模以及成型子模,所述成型母模与成型子模靠近的边缘处形成待加工的封装条截面形状,所述封装条从成型模具输出后穿过成型模具下部的冷却腔。该装置通过所述注塑机将融化的原料从所述出料模具的出料口挤出,通过所述成型母模与成型子模之间可以被快速的将截面挤压成需要的形状,通过冷却腔快速冷却定型。

一种产品封装边条生产装置
技术领域
本发明涉及封装材料生产设备技术领域,具体涉及一种产品封装边条生产装置。
背景技术
产品在进行生产的过程中,两个部件之间常常需要连接在一起,在产品生产完成之后需要对一些产品边缘进行封装,在封装的过程中常常需要封装用的边条将薄膜等扣接在一起,一些大型设备在分装时,为了防止别人拆封后还可以继续重新封装,常常需要使用一些特殊尺寸的封装。同时在产品的边缘有时为了防止漏水或者便于连接零件,后者防止金属边缘挂伤工人,常常会在产品零部件边缘使用封装边条,这些封装边条的尺寸常常都不太一样,这种边条通常为塑料产品通过注塑生产而成,而由于这种边条使用量较少。其造价非常的高,而使用传统的设备生产不同型号的边条非常不便,同时也提高了产品的成本。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明提供一种结构简单,适宜小品量快速塑料边条的产品封装边条生产装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该产品封装边条生产装置包括从上到下依次排列的注塑机、出料模具、成型模具;所述注塑机的出料口在下部,注塑机的出料口上装配有漏斗形状的出料模具,所述出料模具的下部装配有成对使用的成型模具,所述成型模具上包括有轴线水平向平行并列放置的成型母模以及成型子模,所述成型母模与成型子模均为轮式结构,所述出料模具喷出的塑料原料从所述成型母模与成型子模之间竖直穿过,所述成型母模与成型子模均通过传动结构带动同步旋转,所述成型母模与成型子模靠近的边缘处形成待加工的封装边条截面形状,所述成型模具的下部固定有环形的冷却腔,所述冷却腔上连接有通气管,所述封装边条从成型模具输出后穿过所述冷却腔。
作为优选,所述冷却腔下部装配有定型模块,所述定型模块包括可自由旋转顶紧轮,以及刀尖部分与所述顶紧轮齐平的刮平刀,所述封装边条从所述冷却腔输出后从所述顶紧轮与刮平刀之间通过。
作为优选,所述出料模具的上部通过螺纹口结构与所述注塑机下部出料位置可拆卸装配。
本发明的有益效果在于:该产品封装边条生产装置通过所述注塑机将所述塑料原料融化,然后从底部的出口送入所述出料模具中,在出料模具的下口形状接近所述封装边条的截面形状,融化的原料从所述出料模具的出料口被挤出后还没有被完全冷却,通过所述成型母模与成型子模之间可以被快速的将截面挤压成需要的形状,所述通过冷却腔快速冷却定型,所述成型母模与成型子模之间连续不断的旋转运行,可以使得封装边条匀速的成型,同时所述成型母模与成型子模可以对所述封装条的上部施加一定的拉动力,便于未成形的封装边条从所述出料模具下口输出。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明:
如图1中实施例所示,本产品封装边条生产装置,它包括从上到下依次排列的注塑机1、出料模具2、成型模具3;这竖直向的排列方式更加符合重力方向,更加方便所述注塑机1内部液体塑料的流动,具体来说所述注塑机1的出料口在下部,注塑机1的出料口上装配有漏斗形状的出料模具2,所述出料模具2的下部装配有成对使用的成型模具3,所述成型模具3上包括有轴线水平向平行并列放置的成型母模31以及成型子模32,所述成型母模31与成型子模32均为轮式结构,所述出料模具2喷出的塑料原料从所述成型母模31与成型子模32之间竖直穿过。所述成型母模31与成型子模32均通过传动结构带动同步旋转,如图2所示,所述成型母模31与成型子模32靠近的边缘处形成待加工的封装边条4截面形状,所述成型模具3的下部固定有环形的冷却腔5,所述冷却腔5上连接有通气管,所述封装边条4从成型模具输出后穿过所述冷却腔5。
在本实施例中,生产的封装边条4截面结构如图2所示,它可以使用在薄边原件7的边缘,如图3所示。具体的生产过程为该产品封装边条生产装置通过所述注塑机1将所述塑料原料融化,然后从底部的出口送入所述出料模具2中,在出料模具2的下口形状接近所述封装边条4的截面形状,在该实施例中为矩形即可,融化的原料从所述出料模具2的出料口被挤出后还没有被完全冷却,通过所述成型母模31与成型子模32之间可以被快速的将截面挤压成需要的形状,所述通过冷却腔5快速冷却定型,所述成型母模31与成型子模32之间连续不断的同步旋转运行,可以使得封装边条4匀速的成型,同时所述成型母模31与成型子模32可以对所述封装边条4的上部施加一定的拉动力,便于未成形的封装边条4从所述出料模具2下口输出。该装置结构简单,使用方便,便于对封装边条4结构的塑料产品进行快速的生产,在小批量生产时,可以大大降低产品的生产成本。
如图1所示,所述冷却腔5下部装配有定型模块6,所述定型模块6包括可自由旋转顶紧轮61,以及刀尖部分与所述顶紧轮61齐平的刮平刀62,所述封装条4从所述冷却腔5输出后从所述顶紧轮61与刮平刀62之间通过。所述封装边条4在所述顶紧轮61与刮平刀62之间顶紧穿过,所述顶紧轮61的表面具有较大的摩擦力,可以带动所述封装边条4向下运动,所述刮平刀62可以将所述封装条4的另一边刮平,同时可以保证所述封装条4的前后两边的距离。
如图1所示,所述出料模具2的上部通过螺纹口结构与所述注塑机1下部出料位置可拆卸装配。同时所述成型模具3也需要采用可拆卸结构装配,所述定型模块6之间的距离也应当设计成可调结构,这样在生产类似结构不同尺寸的产品时,可以通过快速的更换变更件以及调节尺寸来完成对不同产品的快速适应生产。

1.一种产品封装边条生产装置,其特征在于:它包括从上到下依次排列的注塑机(1)、出料模具(2)、成型模具(3);所述注塑机(1)的出料口在下部,注塑机(1)的出料口上装配有漏斗形状的出料模具(2),所述出料模具(2)的下部装配有成对使用的成型模具(3),所述成型模具(3)上包括有轴线水平向平行并列放置的成型母模(31)以及成型子模(32),所述成型母模(31)与成型子模(32)均为轮式结构,所述出料模具(2)喷出的塑料原料从所述成型母模(31)与成型子模(32)之间竖直穿过,所述成型母模(31)与成型子模(32)均通过传动结构带动同步旋转,所述成型母模(31)与成型子模(32)靠近的边缘处形成待加工的封装边条(4)截面形状,所述成型模具(3)的下部固定有环形的冷却腔(5),所述冷却腔(5)上连接有通气管,所述封装边条(4)从成型模具输出后穿过所述冷却腔(5);所述冷却腔(5)下部装配有定型模块(6),所述定型模块(6)包括可自由旋转顶紧轮(61),以及刀尖部分与所述顶紧轮(61)齐平的刮平刀(62),所述封装边条(4)从所述冷却腔(5)输出后从所述顶紧轮(61)与刮平刀(62)之间通过;
所述出料模具(2)的上部通过螺纹口结构与所述注塑机(1)下部出料位置可拆卸装配。
