本发明涉及一种用于钻具拆装的金刚石自由钳结构，包括前钳夹、后钳夹及手柄，后钳夹的两端分别与前钳夹及手柄转动连接，所述前钳夹与后钳夹、后钳夹与手柄间分别通过销钉组件转动连接，所述销钉组件包括端部带有螺孔的销钉及螺旋装置于所述螺孔中的螺钉。本发明相比传统的销钉加卡簧结构，提高了自由钳工作的稳定性及可靠性；相比铆钉连接结构，便于自由钳的拆装和部件更换，提高效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及地质勘探设备领域，尤其涉及金刚石自由钳。
背景技术
金刚石自由钳以其耐磨、使用时不打滑、不伤管壁可延长钻探工具的使用寿命而广泛应用于绳索钻具的装拆。金刚石自由钳由钳夹及手柄构成，传统的金刚石自由钳的钳夹之间、钳夹与手柄之间均通过销钉转动连接，销钉的末端添加卡簧紧固，这种连接方式的金刚石自由钳使用过程中易出现钳夹脱落的现象，需要进行多次固定，严重时还易引发安全事故。目前已出现了铆钉替代销钉将钳夹与手柄间连接，其可以防止钳夹脱落，但铆钉连接不便于自由钳的拆卸及更换。
发明内容
本申请人针对现有用于钻具拆装的金刚石自由钳结构存在的上述缺点，进行研究和改进，提供一种用于钻具拆装的金刚石自由钳结构，其能使钳夹之间、钳夹与手柄间连接稳固，便于其拆卸。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下：
一种用于钻具拆装的金刚石自由钳结构，包括前钳夹、后钳夹及手柄，后钳夹的两端分别与前钳夹及手柄转动连接，所述前钳夹与后钳夹、后钳夹与手柄间分别通过销钉组件转动连接，所述销钉组件包括端部带有螺孔的销钉及螺旋装置于所述螺孔中的螺钉。
本发明的有益效果如下：
本发明相比传统的销钉加卡簧结构，提高了自由钳工作的稳定性及可靠性；相比铆钉连接结构，便于自由钳的拆装和部件更换，提高效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图，说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1、图2及图3所示，本实施例的用于钻具拆装的金刚石自由钳结构，包括前钳夹1、后钳夹2及手柄3，后钳夹2的两端分别与前钳夹1及手柄3转动连接，前钳夹1与后钳夹2、后钳夹2与手柄3间分别通过销钉组件4转动连接，销钉组件4包括端部带有螺孔411的销钉41及螺旋装置于螺孔411中的螺钉42。装配时，前钳夹1及手柄3夹持于后钳夹2之中，相互之间的安装孔对正后，将销钉41贯穿插入安装孔中，将螺钉42螺旋装置于螺孔411中；拆卸为安装时的逆过程。
本发明相比传统的销钉加卡簧结构，提高了自由钳工作的稳定性及可靠性；相比铆钉连接结构，便于自由钳的拆装和部件更换，提高效率。

1.一种用于钻具拆装的金刚石自由钳结构，包括前钳夹(1)、后钳夹(2)及手柄(3)，后钳夹(2)的两端分别与前钳夹(1)及手柄(3)转动连接，其特征在于：所述前钳夹(1)与后钳夹(2)、后钳夹(2)与手柄(3)间分别通过销钉组件(4)转动连接，所述销钉组件(4)包括端部带有螺孔(411)的销钉(41)及螺旋装置于所述螺孔(411)中的螺钉(42)。
