Abstract

本发明是配制高粘稠度透明酸性洗涤剂的方法,其特征是采用聚乙烯醇作为增稠剂,在温度80—100℃下,将聚乙烯醇与适量水混合,然后加进适量壬基酚聚乙烯醚等非离子表面活性剂或十二烷基三甲基氯化铵等阳离子表面活性剂,再加入适量盐酸、磷酸等有机酸、香精、色素等混合均匀而成。其中非离子或阳离子表面活性剂可分别加进某一种,也可同时加进两种。本发明能制得高粘稠度、透明澄清的酸性液体洗涤剂,成本低、酸味小、清洗效果及感观效果佳。

Description

高粘稠度透明酸性洗涤剂的配制方法
本发明是一种高粘稠度透明酸性洗涤剂的配制方法,属洗涤剂的制配技术领域。
酸性液体洗涤剂多用于厕盆、瓷砖、马赛克等的表面清洗。但是,目前常用的酸性液体洗涤剂及其制配技术,主要存在如下几个问题:(1)弱酸性液体洗涤剂的配制中,多数用胺或胺衍生物作为增稠剂,虽已使弱酸性液体洗涤剂有一定粘度,使其在被洗涤物表面有一定粘附力,增加了一定的洗涤效果,但因为弱酸性,且粘稠度不够,其洗涤效果还欠佳;(2)目前国内尚未有粘度高的强酸性液体洗涤剂产品,特别未见有高粘稠度的含盐酸液体洗涤剂,国外虽有较高粘度的酸性液体洗涤剂产品,但其配制方法未见报导,或虽也有一定粘度强酸性液体洗涤剂,但因不透明,感观效果差,也就是说难以获得高粘度的、透明的强酸性液体洗涤剂;(3)现有的许多酸性液体洗涤剂为了获得较好的清洗效果,盐酸含量一般达到5~10%,使得洗涤剂带有难于遮盖的强烈的刺激性酸气味。使用时对人体刺激大,不容易被广大消费者接受。
本发明的目的就是为了克服现有酸性液体洗涤剂存在的上述难于获得高粘稠度透明的强酸性液体洗涤剂、洗涤效果及感观效果欠佳或具有难于遮盖的强烈的刺激性酸气味等缺点,研制一种能配制高粘稠度、透明的、盐酸气味极小、洗涤效果及感观效果好的酸性液体洗涤剂的方法。
本发明方法的特征是:采用聚乙烯醇作为酸性液体洗涤剂的增稠剂,在温度为80~100℃条件下,将聚乙烯醇与适量的水混合均匀,然后加进壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚等非离子表面活性剂或十二烷基三甲基氯化铵等阳离子表面活性剂,再加进盐酸或磷酸等无机酸、香精、色素等混合均匀而成,其各成份的重量百分比为:
聚乙烯醇:                                    1~15%
壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚或十二烷基三甲基氯化铵:      0.1~10%
盐酸或磷酸:                                  1~15%
香精:                                    0.01~0.2%
色素:                              0.00001~0.0001%
水:                                             余量其中非离子或阳离子表面活性剂可分别加进其中一种,也可同时加进此两种表面活性剂。按上述本发明方法便能配制成高粘稠度、透明澄清、无明显刺激性盐酸气味的酸性液体洗涤剂。
本发明方法与现有配制酸性液体洗涤剂的技术相比有如下的优点和效果:(1)能利用廉价易得的聚乙烯醇作为增稠剂,使成本降低,有较高的经济效益;(2)由于聚乙烯醇中的羟基能与盐酸或磷酸形成

盐,从而使得演算或磷酸能在洗涤剂中稳定,能使酸味大为减小,并能使盐酸在与污垢作用时缓释出来,保证洗涤效果。从而减小了使用酸性洗涤剂对人体的危害;(3)用本发明方法能制得高粘稠度、透明澄清的酸性液体洗涤剂,该洗涤剂在被洗涤物的表面粘附力较强,因而对污垢的作用时间长,能充分发挥洗涤剂的效果,使洗涤剂用量省、洗涤效果好;(4)由于还加有香精、色素,使得本发明方法制得的易被消费者接受;(5)本洗涤剂不仅能广泛用于清洗厕盆、浴盆等瓷器表面的尿垢、澡垢,还能用作其表面水锈的去除剂。
发明人对本发明方法做了较长时间的研究和试验,有很多成功的实施例,并正准备批量投产。下面是其中的两个实施例,其实施的方法均是按上述的本发明方法,而其配方重量百分比及其配制所得的本发明洗涤剂的性质分别为如下:
实施例之一,其各成份重量百分比为:
聚乙烯醇:                        2%
十二烷基三甲基溴化铵(1227):     1.5%
盐酸:                            8%
香精:                          0.1%
色素:                      0.00001%
水:                            余量
所制得的高粘稠度、透明酸性液体洗涤剂性质为:气味芬芳,比重为1.04g/ml,20℃时的运动粘度为:45.4mm2/s。
实施例之二,其各成份重量百分比为:
聚乙烯醇:               10%
壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚:        2%
十二烷基三甲基溴化铵:    1%
磷酸:                   15%
香精:                 0.15%
色素:              0.00005%
水:                     余量
所配制得的高粘稠度透明酸性液体洗涤剂的性质为:气味芬芳,比重为1.00g/ml,20℃时的运动粘度为72.5mm2/s。

1、一种高粘稠度透明酸性洗涤剂的配制方法,其特征在于:采用聚乙烯醇作为酸性液体洗涤剂的增稠剂,在温度为80~100℃条件下,将聚乙烯醇与适量的水混合均匀,然后加进壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚或十二烷基三甲基氯化铵,再加进盐酸或磷酸、香精、色素等混合均匀而成,其各成份的重量百分比为:
聚乙烯醇:                                    1~15%
壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚或十二烷基三甲基氯化铵:      0.1~10%
盐酸或磷酸:                                  1~15%
香精:                                    0.01~0.2%
色素:                              0.00001~0.0001%
水:                                             余量
其中,非离子或阳离子表面活性剂可分别加进其中一种表面活性剂,也可同时加进该两种表面活性剂。
